As owner of a European and Asian specialty auto repair shop in town, Meticulous Motors LLC, I often have customers needing that special attention to detail that I get at Extreme Twist when I take my own vehicles in! Recently, I had the front valence repaired on one of my fleet of almost 40 year old BMW E30s. They matched the Hennarot paint perfectly, pulled out the dent and used the minimum panel filler/Bondo possible.Josh is my main contact, and he provides fair pricing and a decent turnaround time while managing customer expectations professionally. The shop yard is always near-full; a good sign of continued community support.With multiple high-quality repairs handled for my shop this year alone, I don t even suggest the paint shop immediately next door to my repair shop- I d rather take the trip over to Extreme Twist for their superior courtesy and workmanship.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

We are extremely pleased with the quality of work, the pricing, the time it took, the friendliness, professionalism, and the extra added services they have done (without charge) to make sure all of our vehicles came out immaculate!!! With our first vehicle that we took to them earlier in the year, we couldn't get in to see anyone for 6 weeks. They told us to come in that same day. With our second, their work looked even better than when we first purchased the car. Gina is one of the most sincere and genuine people to work with up front, and everyone in that company is top notch. Huge thanks to Josh for going above and beyond to help us out! Honesty they did a good job on the outside repair , but as far as the inside my display screen was perfect before taking it in not a single scratch and they used some sort of cleaner and messed it up or scratched it . I contacted them they told me to come in for me just to talk to the adjuster for him to look at me like a joke so I don t recommend this business also there paint doesn t last not even 2 months and it s already chippingService: Body & Trim

I managed to put a small puncture and a huge dent in the side of my almost-new, beautiful truck. Extreme Twist patched and sculpted it so it looks better than when I first purchased it. They did it for less than the quoted price. They were also flexible with me when I had scheduling difficulties. They say they treat their customers like family, and this was certainly my experience! They do first-rate work and are upfront and kind. Highly recommended!

Good- Frendly people who got the work done and it looks to have been done well!Bad- Communication was only had when I would call or show up. Vehicle incurred additional damage in their lot that I paid to repair and am still pending repairs on personally. (Dents,scratches,broken bumper tabs)

I had a simple finder scrap. Even though it took longer than what they said , they did a great job. The one problem was when I would call the girl on the phone would tell me that she would have to call me back, but she never did. I set on hold for 30 minutes one day. Finally I ask Geico ins. To call for me and got results.

Great customer service!!! The prices are great and inexpensive also. I went there for an estimate for the rubber molding on top of my Toyota Tacoma. The lady that helped me was extremely nice and helpful. She gave me my estimate within 5 minutes and gave me cold cokes for my sons and I. This was especially nice because it was a hot day outside. I will definitely be returning for my truck auto body repairs.

Awful experience! Took our Sprinter van to Extreme Twist to have some minor surface rust repaired around our windshield (grinded out, and re-painted), and the windshield replaced. First install leaked at the top near rearview mirror (and they damaged the front speakers, which they replaced, as well as left a mess inside the van), then they damaged their entire paint job while removing the windshield in order to replace it for a second time (they used knives to remove the windshield). They stated that they would re-paint the entire area, again. They installed a second windshield, it also leaked, this time along the passenger side. Went back again to have the leak resolved, which they did by installing masses of caulk. In the process, damage occurred to the interior of the van, as well as tools were left under the hood of the engine when we drove away (luckily they did not fall into the belts), and the trim was not installed properly. Now, 8 months later, the rust we went to have repaired, is re-appearing (at the bottom edge of the windshield) due to an inadequate second paint job, when they damaged the area removing the windshield (I can see scratches still visible near the forming rust). I am unwilling to return to them for the 7th time to have them work on our van after all the issues experienced, especially since the last time we spoke they stated we are done with you and your van (even though they gave me a lifetime warranty on the repair). I have asked for a full refund, which they have refused. Likely they will now disparage this negative review, as they have done to others, or claim our van has a defect , which is untrue. There are other options in Santa Fe and I highly recommend you use those.Response: I did contact the office and requested a full refund. Re: the "glass vendor", he is your employee/contractor, it is not appropriate to put the blame on him when I have no contract with him, only with Extreme Twist. The responsibility lies solely on your company as I have no control over who you use, in fact, I even requested a different glass installer after the first issue, but was told "no". The rust re-appearing is from the poor re-paint after the removal of the windshield, not because of "cancer". Was even told when we picked up the van the first time that it was just some simple surface rust, and not a big deal to fix. Re: 7 visits (1 - estimate, 2 - drop off for original repair, 3 - pick up van, 4 - return to E.T. for speakers and tools, 5 - van towed back without windshield, 6 - returned again to pick up van, 7 - dropped off van again as windshield was leaking, again, 8 - picked up van), vehicle was left in your possession 3 times, and 3 times the van was not left in your possession.Update on 8/12/19: Now the entire lower section of the repaired area is failing. Paint is peeling off, and water is sitting under the layer of paint they applied. Still no help from Extreme Twist. Uploaded photos of the failing repair for all to see.

Very personal, very competent, very reasonable - My car came back in spectacular "showroom condition." I couldn't be happier. Extreme Twist deserves the five stars and then some...!!!

Good work and they detailed the car. But I asked them to buff a small area while they had it in the shop, they forgot, and they wanted to charge me a huge amount, even though it would ve been much easier and cheaper if they d remembered to do it as agreed. They re busy and just didn t care.

Extreme Twist recently stripped and repainted my car. Subaru paid for it as a warranty claim, so I figured they would just paint over the couple of door ding dents that I had accumulated. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they fixed the door dings and a little dent by the windshield before repainting! They did not get paid extra for doing so. I could be wrong, but I suspect that lots of body shops would have left the dents and painted over them. My car looks brand new and I am thrilled! And their staff was so kind! I can't recommend Extreme Twist enough!Service: Painting

I have had them work on 2 vehicles. Both looked brand new when I got them back. Even fixed a few minor scratches and dings that were not on original accident and did not charge for them. Friendly staff, would highly recommend.

This was the worst experience ever. I will never return nor will I recommend this place to anyone. The work was done well but the communication was out of this world terrible. They said my car would be done in two weeks, that turned into two months. When I would call I constantly was left with a we will call you back and they never did. I literally called four times within four days at one point to see the status on my car, and still was left with a hopeless we will have to call you back, so sorry . Consumers are paying top dollar for your services, money that we work hard for, and you re working on our $14,000+ dollar investment, the least you can do is improve on your communication skills.Service: Body & Trim

I recently had a GREAT experience with Extreme Twist Collision. I worked with them through my insurance (Geico) after a fender bender and their work is perfect, I can't point out a single flaw. After being involved in an accident, I had looked up reviews and finally decided to use Extreme Twist. They were absolutely amazing! Not only did they do a great job on the car, but their customer service was fantastic. They reached out to communicate about the status of the vehicle frequently, and when our insurance company was less than attentive, they made it a point to keep following up with them as well. This is by far the VERY BEST collision center in all of Santa Fe (and likely, all of New Mexico and elsewhere!!!). The work done was superb absolutely perfect - and reflected their commitment to excellence. John Ricci was awesome - he spent a lot of his time reviewing the bumper mishap, took myriad pictures and explained exactly what was entailed with the repair. LIkewise, he stayed in constant communication with me re status of vehicle. Upon picking up the vehicle, I was assisted by Luis - he reviewed the paperwork with me and also thoroughly inspected the vehicle with me. And the vehicle was washed and cleaned, inside and out!!!! Someone hit the rear-end of my car, damaging the trunk lid and bumper. I filed a claim through GEICO and selected Extreme Twist Collision as the Auto Repair Xpress shop since it was the closest one to me. Extreme Twist got me in quickly, got me an estimate, and repaired the rear-end, all while handling everything with the insurance. The car looks great, and I'm really happy that everything looks exactly the way it did when it was new.My one and only complaint is that I wish I had received more communication along the way. I called a few times and received different time estimates for the completion of the repair, but I completely understand that sometimes things take longer than expected, and it was only a very, very minor inconvenience.Extreme Twist is professional and they did good work on my 2008 Chevy Cobalt. If anything happens to my car in the future, I'll be going here again.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had a bum bumper and light hit. Extreme Twist was recommended to me. So I dropped off my 2015 BMW for the repair. The car specialists do an excellent job. Very shiny and clean work. I was pleased with the body work they completed. Had a bit of a glitch, but they kept the car and made it good. All good. Luis is an excellent customer service representative for the shop. Wonderful professional and pleasant. Just a comment -- it might be a nice touch for the owner/tech people to present themselves and say hello and check up on the customer. And to return calls. Always good customer service to return calls. Even if you don't always have the information. Thanks again.

They took such good care of my car and me. My car now looks better than it did before the collision! They are considerate, thoughtful and trustworthy and do impeccable work. But what s more, they went way out of their way to help me in details that were not their responsibility. They are a class act and I highly recommend Extreme Twist Body Shop.

Extreme Twist provided excellent service and did their best to repair the interior damage to my brand new truck. With timelines being all screwed up during the pandemic, they did their best to get materials in a timely manner and when we received the vehicle came back, it was like new, Thank you Extreme Twist, very pleased with your work and professionalism!Service: Body & Trim

I apologize for the length of this review.I was rear-ended in my 2019 Subaru Crosstrek on April 30th. Subaru recommended Extreme Collision, so I took my car there. I got my car back mid July. The work looked amazing, but I found an issue with my hatch not latching correctly and took it back to the shop a week later. They ordered a new latch immediately (mid July).In the time since Extreme Collison ordered the latch, I've called six times trying to get ANY update I can on the status of that latch. My insurance has already paid for the latch and body work, except that it hasn't been done. Every time I call I get placed on hold, told that the parts guy is out/on lunch/not there and they tell me they will call me back, which hasn't happened.During the time my car was with them, communication was great. I am absolutely impressed with the work they did. Since I've had my car back, however, I can't seem to get any answers. I understand that a lot of parts are on backorder right now, but I still have no resolution four months later.Edit: after I posted my review, Josh from Extreme Twist called me. Josh had looked into the situation (he wasn't the one I talked to initially or during any calls) and actively worked to rectify it. I appreciate his willingness to figure out what was wrong and correct the issue.

When you have to take your car in for collision repairs, it's never a "happy" time, HOWEVER, the people in this shop made it as pleasant as possible. So pleasant, kind, and friendly. I had my truck worked on here. They did a good job on the body, but they were going to replace the frame and they were paid for the work. I waited for almost a year they were not contacting me about the issues. I called and found out they still had not found a frame so I decided to get my money back to fix the frame myself. Now I when to the location to get my money back and they gave me a run around. Now they said they would mail me back the payment .Services: Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim

Great service - fast, friendly, and professional.I was on my road trip through the area when I got into a car accident. My front tire had broken clean off and I had to get towed. These guys understood how much my car meant to me on my trip and were able to quickly service my car within 24 hrs. I couldn't be any more grateful to them!

After a Geico customer backed into my car, I was recommended to Extreme Twist Collision. Even though it took over a week, I must say that the work was tremendous. Not only did they fix my vehicle to it's original state, they detailed and washed my car before returning it to me. Excellent service!!!

OH my god these guys are amazing. Their work is impeccable. The lady who hit my car did me a favor because it looks better than it ever did. Everyone at Extreme Twist is kind, courteous, and professional. They sorted out all of my crazy insurance stuff, did a rush job for me, and my car looks absolutely perfect. I can t thank them enough!

I came here for a quote. I was very impressed with the professionalism. They took the time to go over the process of getting my car repaired which I really appreciated. The lobby is very clean and they offer cold drinks in a mini fridge. The quote they gave me was less than what I got from another body shop and I will definitely be bringing my car to them when I'm ready to get it repaired!!

They were able to obtain a new bumper for my 2003 Saab which was no easy task. The repair of the bumper and a quarter panel is fabulous!! They were on time for a very reasonable cost. The staff was wonderful! The surprise...they detailed little Saabrina and she looked beautiful upon pick up. I highly recommend them!!
