We had a horribly awkward and heavy king bed that we needed to get up over the balcony. We called and they were there within an hour and a half, gave us a great deal and got our bed upstairs in under 20 minutes. We'd absolutely use this company again for any moving needs.

What a great company! I was nervous about moving my very fragile, very heavy large format printer but they knew exactly what they were doing and got it up two flights of stairs and down another pretty narrow one seamlessly! Super professional, super friendly and super fast. I ll be recommending Exceptional Moving to everyone I know!

I would give them 5+ stars if that was possible! We hired Exceptional for loading our PODS container. Our apartment had a lot of stairs and we were worried about the loading. Exceptional team did an EXCEPTIONAL job! They were extremely professional and absolutely knew what they were doing. Highly recommend!

TL;DR: great service, professionalism, care, and would hire again.My fiance and I had to move on quite short notice. I contacted a number of moving companies on Yelp and Exceptional Moving & More got back to me very quickly!! I spoke back and forth with someone to help schedule the appointment, on a Sunday! And they continued to get the details arranged for me after the office was said to close. The fact that after the first two hours are up they only charge by 15 minute increments was a big selling point for me, as well as the exceptional reviews I read online.Yesterday we had two amazing young men - Pablo and Isaac - come in to help us move. They were efficient, kind, and careful!! They double checked with me to make sure they knew exactly where things needed to go. They also helped us move out the washer and dryer in the place we were newly renting so we could move our own in. I would hire these guys again in a second! They were the best movers I've ever had, and I jokingly said to them "same time next year?" Though if we do end up moving again in a year I'll happily call them up to schedule it right away!

We were extremely pleased with all aspects of the move, from the initial phone call to the truck driving away after the move was done. Carlos was efficient and friendly, and his movers were absolutely delightful. They were punctual, careful with the furniture and possessions, and were happy to deal with all aspects of the move quickly and efficiently. We highly recommend the company, and appreciated the ease and affordability of the whole process.

Exceptional Moving moved us from Santa Fe, NM to scottsdale Arizona. They held our furniture for five days as requested in order to move us into a garage of a home that was being remodeled. They are professional, great Packers , and extremely want to please the customer. They take great care with your belongings and are extremely amenable. The price was great as well. The owner, Carlos, couldn t be more of a positive person to work with. You will not go wrong if you choose this company and you will be very happy with their service. Susan

I would definitely use them again. They arrived right on time. They work really fast without damaging your items, they were friendly, and exceeded all expectations. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for movers. My experience with exceptional movers has reassured the fact that I ll never move myself again. The next time I move, I will most definitely give them my business.

Carlos was friendly and easy to work with on the phone. I hired crews to move into two separate locations on two different days. Carlos offered a very competitive price. Day 1 was Pablo, Jonathan, and Andres. They were great. They took extra care to pad the ramp that was close to our new stucco job. They worked thoroughly and methodically to load as many of our items into the truck for storage as possible. Day 2 we had two crews of guys. Chris & Jonathan loaded the first truck to our future home. They had to take a handrail off the wall, and a screen door off the tracks to move items where they needed to go. The second crew (Brian & Andres) loaded a second truck to go back to storage. They did a great job too, although a sentimental piece of wooden furniture (tea cart) was loaded into the truck upside down, and a heavy item was put on top... causing the tea cart to break. Disappointing, but an honest mistake. We've moved internationally several times, and there is usually always a casualty in the process.

I hired the team at Exceptional Moving to help me when I sold my 3 bedroom house. They have been nothing but exceedingly professional!! I got a call back the same day. The quote was accurate, with no hidden fees. The "A" team was on time, communicative and did everything I asked - with care for my household items. They even came back, 2 weeks later, to help me with the final stuff!! I cannot recommend Exceptional Moving more highly. I've given their contact to several friends here in Santa Fe. Truly a godsend during a stressful time! Thank you!!!

Wow.... I can't say enough great things about this moving company! They came through in a pinch when At Your Service moving company didn't bother to even show up for the job I booked through them. I'm so happy we found them, they were able move us the same day, were very professional, worked quickly without damaging any furniture and wrapped everything in blankets. I can't recommend this company enough, they truly live up to their name!!!

Carlos and his crew are ver professional. They were careful and went above and beyond to help me and my family. I even recommended them to my mother in law and they took care of her as well. We have used them 3 times in the past several years and they have been excellent each time. They took care of our stuff and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

This is the third time we have used Exceptional Moving and More with our moving needs. This team is "exceptional" in all that they do. They worked collectively and diligently, were highly responsive, professional and attentive in each detail of prepping our furniture and packing the moving truck in preparation for a cross country relocation. Upon arriving to our new location, the moving team that assisted with unpacking the truck and setting up the furniture, commented that the manner in which the furniture was packed/prepped was meticulous and that this is atypical of what is customary.This company sets a high bar and we could never have made this move without their incredible support!Service: Interstate moving

Excellent service. We had a huge load and the truck was rather small, but somehow they were able to get everything to fit with room to spare. They were courteous, friendly and professional. They also took time to protect all of our furniture with blankets and shrink wrap. Highly recommend them for your next move!

Exceptional Moving was no less than EXCEPTIONAL! The Team that helped us move my Aunt from one apartment to another at Brookdale Senior Living was amazing. They were polite, prompt, patient, careful and went the extra mile for us. They finished ahead of schedule and did not over charge. I was so impressed and HIGHLY recommend this moving company!

I had a wonderful experience with Exceptional moving! They were beyond professional and so nice! They wrapped every piece of furniture I had with blankets and with shrink wrap. I had very large and heavy things too and they took care of everything! I didn t have to lift a finger! I would DEFINITELY use them for every move I need! Carlos and his team were awesome! 5 stars isn t enough to give them!

I had a hot tub shipped from Wind River Spas in Denver, Colorado to Exceptional Movers facility, where they uncrated the tub and delivered and set it where I needed it. I had some tight spots to get through but it was no problem for these guys. I recommend them highly as a matter of fact A friend of mine purchased a tub From Colorado and it will be ready in February and my friend will be using Exceptional movers.Service: Moving-related packing

The name Exceptional Moving & More says it all. The experience was truly exceptional. We hired them on very short notice to unload a storage unit and large trailer. The team arrived right on schedule and couldn t have been more efficient. We have them coming back this weekend to help assemble furniture.

I highly reccomend this company. Pablo & Andres we re fabulous! Very professional. They were right on time & were very efficient. Very pleasant to deal with and were very accommodating as we had some last minute issues with our POD not fitting where it was intended. They brought a truck & made the transition very smooth.If you need movers - these are your guys!!

Exceptional Movers lived up to their name. There was a miscommunication about packing and they made it happen anyway. The team was great, both the packers and the loaders, and we got everything packed and on the truck in a few hours. The guys were friendly and polite, and they got all my stuff unloaded and setup quickly. I will absolutely recommend them to others.

I used Exceptional Moving and More to move my parents (who developed disabilities) out of their home to life closer to me. They were so patient, understanding, flexible, and hard working throughout the whole process. I was amazed by what a great job they did. The process was about as smooth as it could be in that stressful time. I don t typically write reviews, but I was very impressed with everything about my experience with this business.

Pablo and German arrived on time, worked extremely hard and did a great job moving our furniture from our Santa Fe condo to a home we bought in Rancho Viejo. I would give them ten stars if I could. Price was very reasonable and the quality of their work was exceptional. I would highly recommend this company and specifically Pablo and German!!!!

Exceptional Moving & More was great. I asked for 2 men for 2 hours on 8/12/15 and they both showed up on time and ready to work. They were extremely professional and friendly. Not only do they work expeditiously; they didn't fluff up numbers or inflate the cost. I got an excellent deal and I'm very pleased with what I paid for because it was money well sent. :-)

Our move from Santa Fe to Los Alamos was easy . The three fellows that came: Andres, Josh, and Fernando were calm courteous, professional, friendly, funny and super super helpful. As a home stager, I've moved 8 times since coming to Santa Fe. I know a good moving company when I see it. Exceptional Moving & More is true to it's name. My furniture is huge and there's lots of it. Carlos and his crew did a great job of getting it all into the truck and safely transported to my new place. A previous company over-charged me, but not this company - they asked a reasonable price and even did a few extra things for me. They were on time, proficient, careful, and fun to be around. When I move again, Exceptional Moving & More will be the company I call!
