They were very quick putting on 2 new tires and a full size spare. They were done 15 minutes before the estimated time on the app. No matter where I go Discount Tire service as a company is reliable and consistent. I will continue to be a customer because of this. Their employees are very helpful and never condescending.

Purchased 4 brand new tires $1500+ and the performance was shocking. I should have took pictures initially but I didn t. There was liquid material from the install ALL OVER the new tire. Made it look like it was used tires being installed. This is unacceptable. The reason I am making this post is because I experienced a flat tire the next day on one of the tires. We got a low tire pressure notification but I dismissed it thinking it was due to new install and I reset it. However half way home 150 miles of driving got another notice and checked tire psi at 22!!! Filled it up and finished out 350 mile trip and the next day after work arrived to see the tire completely flat to the rim thankfully I parked in the garage. I called and complained to their call center. I am grateful they are going to accommodate me, however I now have to go out for my way to travel 2+hours to the nearest location. For a long time I have been the biggest promoter for discount tire. This is the second set of tires I ve purchased with discount tire. And being in my twenties you can imagine how many more sets of tires I ll be purchasing in my life time. After this experience I am leaning Towards being a detractor. I really hope they replace my tire in glenwood springs which is under my warranty 30 days and it s only been 6 days. I wouldn t recommend this location solely due to performance. Their customer service is great, they layaway 4 tires for me as I was traveling 350 miles to do business. For a corporate business I have high expectations and this location failed to meet them. I can understand if a tire is defective but take pride in the work you do and treat it like art and I say this because the tire going flat could have been a result to poor mounting and installation.*edit: I made it to the nearest discount tire and they re mounted the tire and discovered the beads seal was not sealed allowing air to leak out. We were compensated for the installation and part of the tires cost about 1/4. I am satisfied and will continue to use discount tires services- bumping review to a 2 star as result. I still wouldn't trust this location

My family and I are from the east coast and were recently traveling through NM and TX in a rental car. One of the vehicle's tires lost pressure in Santa Fe, and we were directed to this location by a car rental company representative. Antonio at the counter diagnosed a minor issue, brought our vehicle into the garage almost immediately, and got us back on the road in less than an hour. We are grateful to both Antonio and the technician in the garage for the kindness they showed us, especially since the business did not benefit very much financially from helping us!

I have been buying tires for at least a dozen cars, over 45 years in five states. Discount Tire stands alone at the top of all providers with the best equipment, scheduling, personal service and on time completion. They are unmatched starting with my use of the app to narrow my choices to expert advice on site for final selection.

This location at 1372 cerrillos road is the only location to go to. The service is so much better at this location, the turnaround time for work is so much quicker. The prices are great. I walked out of there with a set of all season yokohama's with a service plan for $600. That's not bad at all. The Southside location however, down at the mall, is a totally different experience and I don't recommend the other location at all.

The salesman on the floor was very nice and wished me a happy birthday. They convinced me to try a special helium/air hybrid in my tires which makes your MPG go up by 25. The was a birds nest in my engine but would go back.

Brought my car for one tire pressure sensor. Had an appointment. Was told it would be done in an hour. I waited three hours. This is ridiculous. If I had been told it would be more than an hour I would have simply left. Instead I wasted a whole afternoon for nothing.

I ve visited this location to get a set of new tires and to have a flat repaired. It is easily the best experience I ve ever had at a tire shop. Everyone on staff is wonderful and helpful and always a pleasure to speak with. They work quickly and get the job done well. Their waiting room is clean and nice - and it doesn t hurt that an Iconik coffee shop opened next door. 10 stars for every experience I ve had here!

They are always busy but friendly. I recommend getting an appointment online. You can walk across their parking lot to Ikonic Red, a coffee shop with limited food. Your Discount tech will text you when your car is ready.

A rare find in SF. Professional tire sales and service, they do the work they promise in the timeframe they quote. I have been doing business with this company for over 20 yrs and they are simply the best. If you find a lower price they will match it. You may have a wait but the work is done right and you can't put a time or price on safety. I recommend using their website to make an appointment if possible.

THE LEATHER SEATS IN MY CAR WERE TORN DURING MY LAST VISIT TO DISCOUNT TIRE. I was 100% sure the tears were not there when I dropped off the car - as I had just purchased the car 2 days previously and had checked everything closely at that time.Weeks later, Discount Tire's Adjusters have determined that there is no proof that the damage occurred while the car was being serviced at their shop, and that they are not responsible.BEWARE!! The employees at Discount Tire wear keys hanging from their belt loops, and either their keys or some tool in their pocket, likely tore my seats. Both the rear of the seat and the bottom of the seat were damaged as a person slid into my driver's seat with something sharp attached to the back of their pants.The Manager said they would take care of it. They didn't.The employee with the keys on his pants acted like he had no idea how that could have happened..... Obviously, Discount Tire would rather walk away and take no responsibility than take care of their customers. They may just be too busy to be careful with our cars?

Fast, clean, great customer service. A little bit weird that they get digital pictures of every tire tread of every car no matter what you're in for. Pull all the way in and park in rear, walk to the right all the way to the front, sit an wait, or leave the key. They will do the rest.

After a scary blowout on the highway I called this store to arrange for new tires to be delivered ASAP (I needed to replace 2 at a time). Not only were they able to do this within a few hours, every employee I spoke with was courteous, kind, efficient and knowledgable. The manager was exceedingly kind as well. Excellent coffee shop next door made the short wait a pleasure.

My son and I were passing through and got a flat tire on my rental, I had picked up a huge barn nail in the tread and it left a hole too big to repair. They replaced the tire and had me back on the road in no time. Great customer service.

The staff here is amazing! Super helpful and professional. They went above and beyond to help me get not only the best deal on four tires but went out of their way to go and pick them up from another location, saving me a weekend without my car. Miguel, Ralph, Frank and Alex all assisted me and I am so thankful. Keep up the great work guys!

Good customer service, but please make sure you do your job thoroughly, and install all items your customer pays for in first initially setting and drop off,we spend enough time waiting for a thorough installation. Thanks for the call that you said something wasn't installed, but ultimately I don't think anyone wants to go back the same day for another instillation that should have been done in the first place.

Great service from Michael at checkin -- calm, professional, very helpful with my questions. Job was done quickly. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was the techs forgot to reset the TPMS, but Michael took care of it when I noticed the low pressure warning light was still on.

Too busy for customers! They want appointments only! Even though my request only took another tire company 15 minutes to resolve. I "used to" recommend them..Not any more. Lost a customer and many more

Very professional service. I had a flat tire on a rental and a competitor tried to sell me a new tire after I had a puncture. I went to Goodyear since that was the original brand and discount tire fixed it free of charge. Very quick very professional service. Nice facility as well.
