I cannot say enough about this shop and the people who work here. Very attentive and polite and most of all knowledgeable and willing to explain each and every facet of the issues and resolutions. On top of all this the timing of their work is on point and precise. No sometime next week and have you waiting for weeks on end......they have renewed my faith in mechanic work and have a customer for life!!!! Do yourself a favor and call or go by.....you will NOT be disappointed!!!!!

Took my F-150 in that was showing check engine light. They diagnosed it within minutes and was able to fix my truck up same day, mounted my new tires too and it s been running smooth since then. And the customer service is A+. The even took me to work and back to pick up my car. Definitely a 5 star auto shop.

This is a garage, very high tech, very clean and organized. Patrick was very knowledgeable about my sports car. He was able to diagnose and forecast areas of needed maintenance.Tao, in the front office was able to locate parts for my vintage car and get them quickly delivered. Highly recommended. Go.

I'm so excited! Since the Lexus dealership was sold in Santa Fe I've been trying to find a GOOD Lexus mechanic. I've now found a great auto shop, and they service everything , not just Lexus, and these guys are GOOD. VERY GOOD. Cutting Edge Automotive right here in Santa Fe. Just walking in you can tell these folks are worth a try. I've entered many filthy auto shops but these guys keep a tight ship. I figure if they care enough to keep a clean shop then they aren't just in it for the money, they care about their surroundings and they care about your vehicle.First thing they do is inspect your car. Stem to stern. No charge. After that they told me (and gave me a printout) what was good, what was not so good but not a real problem, and told me what really should be done to keep the car safe and in good running condition. They were correct on all counts. In my younger years I built hot rods and I have a pretty good knowledge of when someone is just trying to make a buck off of me. I know my car well and I take good care of it, and I agreed with everything they told me. I had one thing they said was really in need and they were 100 percent correct about it, and I knew it before I took the car to them. They then fixed the problem, did a general servicing, which I requested, and took care of some little things, like filling my spare tire that was a bit low, no charge. And getting to the spare on this SUV is a job in itself. Trust me, try them out and you'll not even consider going elsewhere. They were efficient, they found only one thing I was not already aware of, and it was something they said was not a real problem. Yet. But no rush. And even that made sense, I had just not even thought about it. They even offered to take me home and pick me up. They are probably not the cheapest, but much less than a dealer, in my experience. But it's your car, not a good place to cheap out either. Quality has great value.

Excellent service - professional, qualified, and considerate. Teo, Danny, Matthew, all were great. I rarely write reviews since every time we purchase anything or use a service we are asked to post a comment - which is quite annoying. Cutting Edge is worth taking the time.

I needed a repair to my Volvo and was lucky enough to find Cutting Edge. Staff were very helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to take the time to answer my questions. Repairs were made quickly and I was back on the road. I will definitely be using Cutting Edge for any future service/repairs. Positive experience.

Broke down near Santa Fe, had vehicle towed to cutting edge automotive in Santa Fe. Vehicle had one spark plug blown out, I supplied coil pack, spark, plug, and boot. Was charged $300 to install one spark, plug with coil, pack, and boot. I felt I was ripped off and taken advantage of but had no choice. Very dishonest and unprofessional. When I got home had all 10 spark plugs and boots replaced for $650. Would not recommend this shot.

Fast, friendly, competitive. Went in one afternoon to inquire about pricing for brakes. They took my car in, checked my brakes, advised which parts I needed on which wheels (not all of them, just the front), and said they could squeeze it in same day, or I could come back in the morning. Went back the next morning (a few blocks walk back to my house), and the work was done in two hours. Very clean shop, knowledgeable and friendly owner. Competitive pricing.

Cutting Edge Automotive is an outstanding auto repair shop. I had a brake job done but they also provided a thorough inspection of the car and noted some other issues that needed to be addressed. There was not a heavy sales pitch to complete the work but an honest assessment as to the degree of urgency of each of these items. I highly recommend this shop for one's automotive repair needs - very professional and reputable.Service: Brake service & repair

Truly amazing, honest, dedicated,... I trust them and their remarkable customer service.Time and time again, Cutting Edge saved me money. When others claimed that my late model vehicle needed repairs, this was not the case. I drive an electrical van True Light electric and broke down in Santa Fe. I called 28 different mechanics. They were all booked up. The 29th Mechanic I called was cutting edge Automotive. they were booked up for two weeks but I desperately asked them if they can get me back on the road and they told me bring it in. I ll take a look at it and fix it the next morning. I wish there was a Cutting Edge automotive in Albuquerque to take care of all our fleet of vans. Thank you cutting edge automotive!

We've taken both of our cars in to get worked on and their team has done an excellent job, everytime. They take the time to explain what needs to be done, why it needs to be done, and how it will be done. I appreciate that they take the time to explain it to us in layman's terms. I trust them, and to me, that's as valuable as the important work that they do.

They rebuilt the engine on my classic 86 Toyota pickup!! I bought a truck that had been sitting for 15 years. It needed a serious over haul. These guys delivered some great customer service, they updated me as they were rebuilding with photos/videos and were very informative on what was going on. They did such a good job. No surprises. I ve put about 2k mikes on the rebuild and my truck is running GREAT!! As long as I live in Santa Fe, I ll be taking my cars to cutting edge! Thanks guys!!Service: Engine repair

Mary Carafelli here. I was recommended your service by a friend that sang your glowing praises.I was not disappointed.Each person I encounter appeared patient and supportive and way knowledgeable. My car was in for service within a day .. and even with a major snow storm, the repairs were completed by Friday, which was surprising and wonderful.I found myself last minute without a ride to pick up my car Friday afternoon, so I was going to wait until Monday. Happily for me you offer rides as such within Santa Fe for that very need. (A RIDE IN A TESLA!!! a bucket list moment. )The car sounds good which helps bring me peace of mind. The staff here are wonderful and deserve 5 stars! They fit me in their busy schedule in a time of need. They fixed my car window button so I didn t have to drive home in bad weather conditions with the window stuck down. I am so grateful that they saved the day and I would highly recommend their work.Two thumbs up!!

I had the best experience with Cutting Edge Automotive. They were communicative and reliable throughout my entire experience fixing up my truck. Unlike my other experiences with mechanics, these guys prioritized my truck, and I got the best possible service and parts to keep my 2001 Toyota Tacoma going strong. I will definitely be returning! I m so thankful for the guys at Cutting Edge! I m in good hands here. I don t know if I will ever find a better shop.

I had a weird fluke with my SUV. It would not start one morning. I kept trying to start it but, be careful not to flood it. Lol turns out, I still did. I had it towed to get it looked at. Lol turns out that's all it was. As much of a big laugh I'm sure I gave the guys. They were extremely friendly and kind. They did not charge me a dime!!! They are great!!! Thank you so much ...

Over the last few years I've taken all my vehicles to the Cutting Edge team. My wife's Mercedes Benz CLA 250, my Lincoln MKX, my daughters Volkswagen Beetle, and my mom recently took her Toyota Tundra. They've always been very easy going and helpful. They're a locally owned company. The service is very reliable and the techs are competent.

helped me with my car a while back, but then had car problems and a new mechanic told me they shouldn't have worked on my car at all because it was bad. not blaming them, but SOMETHING happened. beyond that, good service and conversation in between service.

Cutting Edge just SAVED me! I couldn t get anywhere to help me in my emergency repair. Not only did they manage to work on my truck, but calmly, kindly, and professionally they zeroed in on the problem, gave me a ride, nice clean and orderly shop. My car is aging and needed a lot of work. Cutting Edge estimate was detailed and they didn t call me once work had begun with additional costs. I couldn t leave my car overnight so they did half the repair so I could drive it home. A couple of months later, they did a free inspection when I became concerned about some clunky noise. I will be using them again.

I rolled into Santa Fe last night after a 14 hour drive and got the stop engine! Coolant low message on my Volvo xc70. My heart dropped because I was planning to travel around and explore a lot this trip before making the 14 hour drive back home. I texted Cutting Edge last night and they got back to me early this morning. They told me to bring it in despite their packed day and ran diagnostics and fixed my car on the spot. They made what could ve been a majorly stressful situation into a pleasant experience and put my mind at ease that my car is in good shape safe to drive. Had my truck towed to Cutting Edge early on a Sunday morning. Called Teo and was professionally reassured about 8 AM the next day. Teo let me know the shop phone was having trouble but he d work to figure it out and have my truck taken care of. Must say Teo was extremely professional, understanding and made me at ease about the issue. Got a text from the shop they had fixed my issue (starter replacement) about 2 hours later and was reassured that me not being able to pick up the truck until the afternoon (due to work), was not a problem at all. Truck has been running cherry chingon since. Highly recommend Cutting Edge Auto!

I feel it's like a lot of European automechanic shops where they charge a lot for very little work that takes a long time to complete. I'm sure there are reasons for that but it's best to know what's wrong with your vehicle and you know exactly what you want before bringing it in so it's not drawn out in more ways than one.They did the work, 3k later its working and we'll see how it goes.

I brought my car in for routine maintenance and everything went smoothly. The staff was courteous, timely and were able to respond to my questions with knowledge and confidence.. This has been consistent on every visit whether it is a major repair or routine maintenance .
