I got my car back quicker than expected, beautiful repair and the car was immaculate. I was kept up to date on the progress of the repair, everything was explained to me and the staff was respectful and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Talk about a horrible post experience. After paying we received a letter saying we owed a difference in balance, zero explanation as to why. It turns out that they reversed the numbers when they entered them in the credit card machine when charging our card. It took one of their employees there who wasn t even involved to help us figure it out, and I appreciate their help. I called later to pay the balance with the same American Express card we used to pay the original invoice, the girl said I was missing a digit and entered the card incorrectly and also did not take the right security code. The card ended up getting declined so I told them we were trying to figure out a way to get up there and pay them. More threatening letters on the day that they received their payment from us via certified mail came. There was zero acknowledgment that they were the ones who enter the number wrong into the credit card machine. Sending us copies of documents signed to pay a certain amount when there was no argument of that, it is not our fault that you guys do your job incorrectly and then failed to explain what happened.

Very disappointing experience. I do not recommend this location. I made it clear to them the damages to my truck were directly related to the accident. Instead of completely repairing my truck, they attempted to paint over the damaged area and now even looks worse. They have caused me extended rental fees, multiple phone calls to my adjuster, now multiple and escalated disputes to try and find resolve. The manager even admitted that it was his mistake and still refused to repair the vehicle. I consider them a ripoff as they claim on the paperwork to have completed the repair when in fact they did not. Stay away!

The work done on the vehicle was great. Everything looked brand new. Car came back clean.I wish the timeliness of repairs was better without the false promises of "only a few more days". Communication could of been better between customers and staff.

Highly recommend this body shop! They were extremely friendly, communicative during the entire process, and delivered my car back in excellent condition. My insurance claim was even transferred from a different state partway through the process, and Crash Champions handled it all with ease.

This was our second time using this body shop. Previously known as Don Juan's, Crash Champions has maintained their high level of service and customer support. Hopefully we will not need them again, but, if it happens, we will gladly return our car to them for their expert repair.

I've used this shop twice for my vehicles and could not have been any more satisfied with the work done. Everything from start to finish was perfect. The communication, updates, workmanship all exceeded the expectations. I will continue to refer everyone one I know to this shop. Front office staff were professional and polite. damage occurred to my spoiler and rear bumper while it was ant the shop and my vehicle will have to be taken back to Crash Champions. A big Well Done to Crash Champs Santa Fe while we were on vacation and high winds had ripped the rear wheel fender flare and I had to duct tape it! The truck was originally fixed at the Crash Champs in Omaha and luckily they are a national chain and took good care of us.Thanks Crash Champions!Service: Body & Trim

It's stressful when you need your car's body repaired. My car looks perfect, the work was completed on time and it's super clean inside and out. The office personnel were kind and friendly, I received text updates and would feel confident recommending Crash Champions to family and friends.

Lucky for you they don t need the business. $30 fee and appointment required to get an estimate for a quarter-sized paint scratch.We have been bringing our cars here for years, but no more.

Worse costumer service I have ever dealt with! Took my car I October 16 of 2023 along with a check of $3,600.00 plus which somehow got cashed the second I walked out their door. The following day I received a call from insurance and Crash champions informing me that my car was a total loss. Went by the shop to sing some papers to release my car to be towed. Not once did they mention anything about refunding my check. It's now January 31 2023 and they have not payed me back. I have called numerous times always and no response from management Adam the district manager has spoke with me once and never returns my calls. The manager on site Santiago has never taken the time to give me a call, or update me on any action he has taken to help return my money. I've also contacted their corporate office and nothing. Besides a lady named Linda that always takes my calls and tries her best to help sure it's above her pay rate to do the complete job these so called management can't. I have been more than patient but their lack of attention has driven me to file a small court claim. Note that this is after I reported Crash to the BBB. I can assure if I was the one that owed your company over $3000.00 you wouldn't be taking this lightly and ignore me like you have for over 3 months. Do better and stop stealing from hard working people.

My wife and my daughters favorite place to go out to eat. I go because I love them more then the food I prefer. It great and the staff on Silver are amazing. Go check it out.

Where they will take a fender bender and turn it into a total loss of a vehicle!!!It was not until a worked my way up to the manager 2 weeks of going around with their "estimator" that I was able to get clear communication about what was going on (the only reason this is not a 1 star review). I was able to take this vehicle to another body shop where they were able to repair the body and make it 100% safe and drivable with an out the door costs was 1/3 the estimated costs from this shop. If you can go elsewhere I'd suggest doing so.

I thought they had done a great job, until I saw that they had missed a place on the rear bumper cover of which I had sent them photos and we had discussed and looked at in person. They did one side but not the other. I took it back and Juan told me that he had not added that into the estimate. I looked at the estimate and it says "overhaul and repair bumper cover", so that sounds to me like it meant the whole thing, and he well knows that is what was meant. When I took it back, he said he could do the part they missed for $1000! Their mistake but I pay. What happened to customer service? It doesn't happen there. BEWARE.Service: Painting

This was perhaps one of the best, easiest, most professional experiences I have ever had! Everyone here is friendly and will make you feel like your issue is as important to them as it is to you.
