The whole team was very nice and professional. Lucas really was on the ball with my repairs and keeping me up to date. He did everything to address my concerns and to take care of me as a customer. 10 out of 10. If I ever need more repairs, I know where to go.

I am surprised this place has such good reviews because I have had such a frustrating experience with them since the beginning. I reached out to them over 3 months ago to get my repair started. They outsource a lot of their work so I had to get a quote from a different shop, which I did that right away and that shop sent the quote over to Crash Champions that same day. Crash Champions then took over 2 months to get the estimate loaded into their system, and I even had to call the other shop to have the estimate sent over multiple times. Even my insurance had to call me and the shop multiple times to see what was taking so long. Finally, when they got the quote in they set a time for me to drop off the car and quoted me 2 weeks for the repairs on 2 different occasions. They ordered parts for my car, but didn't check they were the correct parts until they were putting them on my car, so when they turned out to be the wrong ones they took extra time to re-order. Meanwhile I have been having to call to get updates even though they have said they would call me on specific days with updates and they haven't. It is going to take over 4 weeks to get the repair finish and I never would have done it with them if I knew it would take so long. It will literally be double the quoted time and they haven't been responsive or offer any help. This shop has been incompetent through this entire process and I would steer clear of them for any work you may need!

Had to wait 2 weeks to get an estimate. Then it took 8 minutes for the estimator to review what needed to be done. 3 weeks later we are still waiting for a written estimate. Drove out there after one week and they told me they had emailed it to me. I asked them to send it again. STILL WAITING FOR IT.They obviously aren't interested in doing the work. Very bad way to do business. Went there before they were bought out. The service and competency of the former shop was phenomenal. But these folks are not in it for returning customers.

The entire Crash Champions experience was fantastic. The repairs and paint matching on the front to back side-swipe were truly remarkable. My GTI looks as if it just left the showroom. The front office staff was courteous and professional and made sure everything was done in a timely manner. Thank you Alyssa, Maria, and Calista. They repaired massive hail damage on my 2019 Subaru Forester. It took about 20 days after I delivered the car, to complete the work as they had to go back and forth with the insurance company after their inspection of the damage revealed more repairs were needed. Their tools were much more able to see all of the dents than I was. My insurance company caused some delays as they reviewed the additional repair requests. Custom Craft only reached out to me once regarding the delays, with me having to call them at the end. The repair work on the car appears to have been excellent and my interactions with the front office were cordial and professional. A detailed invoice was provided. I will definitely consider using them again if needed.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They did a great job on my vehicle, good as new. It took them 4 months to fix my family s minivan, which we actually need with 4 children. They blame the supply chain, which is certainly a problem, but I have reason to think they didn t order everything promptly, and there were delays and excuses at the end when it was essentially ready. I had to call and check/nag/beg repeatedly for them to make progress and return my vehicle. They don t do glass work, so I still have to get the windshield repaired from the accident.When I arrived to pick it up, they told me they had just nicked the paint on a door as they were getting it ready and I would need to bring it back to fix it. I ve called three times and left messages with the receptionist and the service manager still hasn t called back to schedule it, months later.

Wanted me to sign away my right to repair. Then they wanted me to guarantee them all of the repair money directly from my insurance. All I need is an estimate! Also said my estimate would take 30-45 minutes and then requested I leave my vehicle for at least a week. And this was recommended through my insurance.

Been doing business with them for 25 years. They always do an excellent job. Andrew is always helpful, very knowledgeable, responds to questions timely and has my car ready when he says it will be ready. I received superior customer service and quality-of-work on my Mercedes ML 350 at Custom Craft. I was updated every day on the status of the repairs, and Andy Vigil was extremely helpful, honest, and proactive during the entire process. I live in Oklahoma and would consider bringing my car all the way back here for their service and quality. They even washed the car when it was done!

I highly recommend using a Custom Craft. They are professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and most of all they did an excellent job on my vehicle. I called with some questions throughout the process and every time they were very responsive and friendly. When I didn t call them, they called me to keep me updated on the repair. I had the front end of my vehicle painted by Custom Craft. The work exceeded my expectations. Quality work using quality materials. Custom Craft did an absolute great job on my vehicle! Not only was the work top of the line, but so was the service, anything you need, just give them a call and they will take care of you. Definitely recommend! 5 Stars

I took my toyota here after a minor parking lot incident where the other party was at fault. They did an amazing job on my vehicle, thorough and solid work. My vehicle came out of there beaming.. :) I had never been in any kind of accident before, they were also super helpful in guiding me through the insurance process. All in all I am very happy with the work they did and their humanness and friendly attitude. Highly recommend them :)Service: Body & Trim

Custom Craft is the only auto collision repair business I trust 100% with my vehicles. Their professionalism, communication, thoroughness, cleanliness, honesty, and BEAUTIFUL facility is truly unmatched. Custom Craft has worked on two of my vehicles thus far and did beautiful work on both of them. Thank you for having pride in your product, for making my satisfaction a priority, and for guaranteeing your work. I appreciate all of you!!Side note:In the past my vehicles went to other repair facilities in Santa Fe and my experience was awful! Corners were cut: parts re-used, old clips not replaced, paint didn't match, spots were not painted, work was not done on time, communication was bad, etc. This resulted in far too many return trips to the shop, and I even had to get the owners involved to ensure things got done properly.Long story short...DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE OTHER THAN CUSTOM CRAFT!!

Custom Craft of Santa Fe worked on my 2019 RAM Limited to correct body alignment issues. The results were of the highest quality I am 100% satisfied. From the beginning of the process when I first contacted them to completion, the experience was pleasant & effortless. Staff were friendly, professional & courteous. My family & I now have a place for our vehicles when the need arises. They have my unequivocal recommendation.

Custom Craft did a great job! My car is six years old and the paint matched to the T! The body work looks great to. They went above and beyond to ensure I was happy. They are willing to help you out in anyway possible for you car! They kept their word and provided great customer service!

Andrew Gallegos, and the whole crew at Custom Craft more then took care of my concerns and diligently resolved all of the issues with damage to my vehicle. Their attention to detail and to customer notification throughout the process is superb. I will definitely be sending anyone I know to their facility knowing that no matter the nature of damages my vehicle will look better then brand new upon completion of the work.

My vehicle was fixed better than I imagined possible. I love this family owned business, everyone was kind and hardworking. I took my car in the midst of the COVID pandemic and this shop took all the necessary precautions to make me feel comfortable and safe. Also, Andy vigil was amazing and helped me every step of the way. Thank you so much Custom Craft!

Excellent job of repairing an E350 front bumper and associated under-carriage damage. Andy Vigil provided excellent customer service....a reasonably close estimate of the cost of repair and kept us informed as to the progress with our insurance company and the progress of the repairs. Custom Craft was recommended highly by the local Mercedes dealer as being the best in Santa Fe and we whole heartedly agree.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I brought my car here for a collision inspection after my car was rear ended, the although my car ended up being declared a total loss by insurance, everyone I interacted with at Custom Craft was so helpful, informative, and kind. They walked me through the process and Dave even gave me suggestions on counter offering the insurance settlement.They even provided a ride service home from their facility after I dropped my car off. If I ever need work done on my next car, I will definitely consider bringing it here.Service: Body & Trim

I just had my Honda Pilot repaired at Custom Craft and they did a fantastic job. The customer service was outstanding and they made the process extremely easy - from the initial inspection to working with my insurance company to the final delivery of my vehicle, it all went without a hitch.

Custom Craft Auto Collision did an amazing job on repairing my vehicle. Not only was the work amazing, they detailed my car after they were done and they were fast and efficient. I have used them for auto body repair and they have also done an alignment on my class C motorhome, a wash/wax/buff detail on it which turned out beautifully having buffed out small scratches and got rid of all the bugs. They've also done some minor repairs to undercarriage parts that had come loose...exhaust pipe and a portion of the rear bumper. Very professional, courteous and they always do what they say they can do. Highly recommended!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Custom Craft did a superb job, again! They fixed damage caused when a woman in a truck hit my Honda as I was driving down Guadalupe Street. Custom Craft did a excellent job on our family car. We were pretty bummed out about our Landcruiser we thought it was a goner. The staff made me and my husband feel very comfortable knowing that our car was going to be okay. Words can't say enough but I recommend Custom Craft.
