We were traveling. Caught David on his "day off ". He spent from 2pm to 5:30pm. Discovered a newer coach battery was actually bad and fuse hidden under the driver's seat floor was bad! Replaced two batteries and the fuse. No idea how anyone could have found that fuse screwed to the floor. Way above and beyond!

We had a terrific experience here!We had an electrical issue, which David fixed easily and a problem with our water pump. At first he thought it needed to be replaced and we readily agreed. Then he found he could simply replace one of the hoses. So not only is he extremely competent but honest, as well. We were very grateful.Service: Electrical

This place rocks! They fixed a longstanding issue with the housing on top of my custom shocks that other mechanics couldn t figure out. Dave did the work quickly, professionally, and at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Just the RV repair shop have been looking for, folks you can trust. Pleasant and top notch folks. Actually communicates with and discussed issues. Sadly, this type of service is the exception. AND, Rick called to tell me camper was ready, said was coming into town, wanted to know if I needed picked up. Since traveling the west for the last 18 months, have been to 3 other shops ( Poncha Springs, Aztec, and Santa Fe), nice not to be treated like an annoyance.Services: Electrical, Body & Trim

I do my due diligence research before picking a business. I call to find out pricing, listen to the way that I am treated over the phone or in person, read reviews. The pricing was lower than the other 2 options available in Santa Fe & I was treated in a completely friendly manner,, welcomed with a sincere smile. Most importantly the work was done Correctly/Professionally in a reasonable timely manner. Definitely % satisfied with the overall outcome & would not hesitate to recommend"Complete RV Care"for any of your RV repair or upgrade needs.Service: Air conditioning

We had a very excellent experience here. Eddie was so kind and helpful - as well as creative and knowledgeable. We had a quirky fuel filler problem which is typical of our vintage Tiger, as we found out through the forums on the internet. Eddie took time out, spontaneously, to help us look at things and figure out what might solve the problem. I can't imagine what could have happened without his support. With the confidence he gave us, we ended up going to an auto parts store in town, getting some hose, clamps and tools and fixing it ourselves on the curbside. Thank you Eddie! We are so happy we ran across you and your business while on our way to coastal Maine from Tucson in November!

I can t say enough great things about this place. I drove my scamp down and David spent about 2 hours showing me all the ins and outs of my camper. Ended up getting a new inverter, heater and and battery after seeing none of the of the original stuff worked and my scamp now runs beautifully. These guys were fast, warm, friendly profession and too the time to explain all the ins and out of the scamp. Super impressed with this place. Solid reliable service. Above and beyond. David is top-notch! A real professional. He s nice and honest and boy does he know all RV systems. He worked on my Van, which was not easy because it was custom. But he trouble shooted the issue and fixed it up for me. And his prices are very fair. He s a guy you can trust with your RV.Services: Electrical, BatteryServices: Electrical, Battery

Can't say enough good things about this shop! I was having issues with the after market solar the previous owners had installed. They sorted through the tangled mess, fixed the issue (plus a few others i didn't know about!) and left me with some excellent recommendations for future alterations to improve the electrical set-up even more. Price was more than fair and on top of that they were able to squeeze me in last minute since I was only in town for a few days.

We pulled into Sante Fe with what we thought was a broken generator. Dave, one of the owners, spent about 40 minutes giving the electrical system of our RV a thorough checkup. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and explained everything he was doing with patience and not a hint of being patronizing. When it turned out it was caused by our mistake with some some settings on the control panel overnight and no fix was required, he gave us thorough instructions on how to avoid issues in the future and then charged us a pittance for his time. Dave is fair, honest, friendly, personable, and thorough, and we left wishing we had an trustworthy mechanic like him all the time. Complete RV Care is on the outskirts and a little hard to find/get to, but well worth the trip.

We dropped in unannounced on a Monday morning. We had been dry camping when our refrigerator quit on us Saturday afternoon. This put a serious damper on our trip, and being from Florida we knew no one.We had minor concerns on driving to their location as it's a bit out of the way on a narrow dirt road. But once there the facility is tidy and professional. David, the owner, and his father were extremely friendly and accommodating. David took care of us immediately, and spent the time to patiently explain what happened. He had us back on the road in short order. I've no doubt had it been a more complicated issue he could have dealt with it in as reasonable time and manner as humanly possible. On a side note he was very reasonably priced when he had every opportunity to take advantage of our situation. Can't say enough good about them.

I don t leave many reviews, so that being said this is special. I am on a 3,000 mile road trip across the American West & Southwest and I ran into some trouble with my water heater. The Polar Vortex blew that puppy out. I was in a bit of a pickle. But you know who saved me? Eddie and the other fine employees of Complete RV Care. I called when I was an hour out of Santa Fe and Eddie dropped everything to help me. Literally putting business on hold till I was squared away with a new water heater installed and ready to go. He had me in and out in less than 3 hours. Helping me continue my journey, saving me from buying a hotel, etc. I cannot praise them or thank them enough for everything they did. I sure do hope they enjoyed that 24 pack of Blue Moon I tipped them with! They really deserve it. If you are ever in need of RV help. HIT UP COMPLETE RV CARE.

These folks are great! I've been doing business with them since I got my trailer in 2011. I'm so impressed with the variety of rigs they work on.Recently, Eddie very quickly diagnosed and fixed problems I spent hours trying to figure out. In addition, everyone is so friendly. Hats off to David, Patsy, Santos, Eddie, and the rest. I live about 15 minutes away and feel like they are my good neighbors.

We broke our 7-pin cable during our Christmas trip. We drove to the shop without calling, and they came in on their day off and quickly fixed our problem. They were super helpful and very reasonably priced. If we lived in the area, they would be on retainer.

We had a problem with our brand new travel trailer while traveling from Texas. The shower drain was disconnected from the grey water holding tank. Patsy was able to schedule David to come to our park and fix the issue. He did a quality job, was fast and affordable!! Thank You!!

Best RV service we've ever had. Out of the way but worth it! Friendly, accommodating, reasonable - and we just showed up with a refrigerator issue & Eddie looked at it right away. Great people! Eddie even recommended Tomasita's for lunch/dinner - that's another 5 star recommendation. You won't go wrong here!

Rarely do I post reviews however am compelled to provide feedback based on the exceptional service we experienced at Complete RV Care.If you have any RV maintenance or repair needs, this is THE place to go to in Santa Fe. David the owner, and Jerome were professional, knowledgeable, and proactive in sharing information in a way we as newbies could understand. At the height of RV season, we were not met with the "we're-so- buried-don't-know-when-we-can-get-to-you" attitude we encountered at the other RV place in SF. Highly recommend, would give them 6 stars if I could....!!!

High quality work at fair prices. Can't say enough good stuff about these guys: old school customer service and craftsmanship, and I think they know every make and model of RV and camper out there. Twice now I've had a breakdown on the way out of town, and both times they were able to squeeze me in AND fix the problem in time for me to get on back on the road. (They are incredibly busy because of the quality of their work, so don't be mad if they can't get you in like that. The only negative I can say is that sometimes David is too busy to get back to you right away. Keep trying, it's worth the wait.) They've done several mods to my camper without charging for an extra minute. Highest recommendation.

One important note: this shop does not perform mechanical work in regards to the engine. They service RV cabins. I did not know this but pulled in just after they closed bc my class A motorhome engine was making odd sounds. The shop sits on the property of the mechanic s father, Santos. He let us spend the night as his son, David, had already left for the day. The next morning I learned the shop does not do engine work but Santos took a look at my engine anyway and learned I was low on oil (never trust the interior meter). Santos poured in a lot of oil they had and was so kind and generous. If I were looking to service my motorhome interior while in the Santa Fe area, I would definitely give my business to this family. Good, smart people.

Had a water leak on the hot side on our Lance TT. We had our trailer at another shop and they couldn't find the leak. Eddie repaired the leak in less than a half hour and had me on my way. The job was done right at a very fair price.

My friend and I were going to Santa Fe to camp in the Black Forest. We were an hour out of Santa Fe when she stopped at a rest stop and she put her key in her Casita door and the key wouldn t work or even go in. We realized someone messed with the lock while she had it at her house the night before. It was 5 hours back to Denver or find someone to help us on a Friday afternoon. I called one place first which I will not mention. Bad experience with the first place just on the phone. Then I called Complete RV care center. Great customer service. Even though they were busy, the lady on the phone said bring it in and they would look at it.It seemed like the gps was wrong but it wasn t. We pulled in and a gentleman walked right up and said let s see this lock! He got it working! Told us to have a good trip. Even backed out her Casita for her. If you have an RV this is the place! Great people, honest people and very kind!!!! We got to go camping, had fun in Santa Fe!!Thank you Complete RV Care!!!

Can't recommend strongly enough. They fixed my sway hitch problem when I was on the road and were extremely polite. They even plugged our RV in to power so my wife could change our son's diaper in the AC!

This is long overdue, but since we are once again in the Santa Fe area, and need some work done, I'll add my two-cents worth.Back in Summer of 2011, we were volunteer camphosts for USFS at Black Canyon CG outside of Santa Fe, and David Montoya and family we're guests at our campground. As luck would have it (bad & good), the inverter in our motorhome died, and David offered to take a look at it. Long story, short...he removed the inverter , sent it in for repair, and reinstalled it, all without us having to move from our site, and at a more than fair price. He is a wonderful guy, and genuinely wants to help with any problem you may have. I highly recommend David and Complete RV Care for any problems you may have, if in the Santa Fe area.

We were quoted hundreds of dollars to repair/replace our rv steps but no one had time to look at it. Thankfully my daughter found complete RV care who diagnosed and fixed the problem, even with very little notice. Total price $70. I wish I was local.
