Really want to go local but they make it hard. Had to make an appointment 3 weeks out for a service appointment. Assuming if you have an appointment, they'll at least give you a diagnosis the same day. Nope. Service dude told me 3-5 days just for a diagnosis. Again, will have to go out of town...somewhere else. Disappointed since I have purchase
