Will was outstanding in all ways. He kept us informed of each step our truck was at during its repair and went out of his way to explain what needed to be done. Extremely professional! Our truck looked like new when we picked it up. The workmanship was impeccable! We highly recommend Caliber Collision to anyone who is seeking the highest of quality in customer service and repairs to their vehicles!

Will and Thomas got my wife s Lexus in and repair in the exact time frame they quoted. Vehicle looks great! Hopefully I will not need their services again but if I do I know where I m going!

Went into caliber collision to ask about a small scratch and ding on my car totally prepare to pay high prices of body work. William Kopper at the front desk realized it was a simple fix and took care of the issue in 3 minutes. He was honest in a time when so many people are out to take an advantage of unsuspecting people! Caliber Collision is an honest business that employees people filled with integrity! 5 out of 5 and highly recommend!!!

I just picked up Ruby, my 2015 red Honda Fit, from Will at Caliber Collision and started to cry she looked so beautiful! Yes, I'm emotional about her. Someone damaged her passenger side while she was parked at the notorious Trader Joe's parking lot 2 months ago. Crystal (the office manager), Oliver, and Will (actually, ALL of the staff) were great. Will was there on a Sunday to let me get my car...even though the place was closed. I interrogated him about everything for a LONG time, and he patiently humored me. When I had dropped Ruby off for her plastic surgery, one of Caliber's staff drove me to Enterprise Rent-A-Car when he didn't need to do that. Caliber did great work and the text message updates, etc. were super helpful. I felt cared about. Red paint that is almost 8 years old is hard to match, but you cannot tell where they had to repaint her side at all. If you do need bodywork done, I would definitely recommend Caliber Collision. Will and other employees at caliber in Santa Fe were all helpful, friendly, and efficient and all their interactions with me. The work appeared to be top quality. I would go there again.

Took around a month to get a appointment with them which is probably pretty standard in Santa Fe due to size of the city but estimate of damage was off by over 5,000 dollars and when I came to pickup my vehicle I was missing a pair of 250 dollarRayband sunglasses. When I left my vehicle I totally spaced removing them from the vehicle so that is my fault. Regardless you should be able to trust someone when you are there customer. I am very disappointed and disgusted that this would happen. In short I will never be going to this body shop again and will recommend people to stay away soley based on my experience. If someone from the company is willing to speak about this situation I am more than happy to talk about it. Overall dont leave valuables in your car and you probably wont have any issues. I have also added the price of intial estitmate and final invoice off by over 7000 dollars and they kept changing the price through there app so my car is now considered totaled.

Issue is, our car was rearended, took a month to get into this ran down shop only for the idiot to say we are wasting out time. The car does not have hardly any visual damage on the outside. But these fools didn't put the car on a lift to view the underside of the car. We tried to show him the bent piece of metal right behind the bumper and the reverse lights and drivers window no longer work. We had to change to a new repair shop. This place is a joke, if it isn't a big job they will refuse the estimate. Both the attorney and insurance have been notified and will be opening a case with the BBB. Everyone knows you can't do an estimate from the ground. The car has to be looked at top to bottom and front to back. And to top it off, they didn't even have a desk person at 730. We waited for absolutely nothing.

I met with Will to go over my damage and come up with a plan. He was friendly. He checked to see if I was alright from the accident. He helped me decide what to do. And then he got a tool and spent a few minutes polishing out some fine scratches from the collision. I was very pleased and impressed! Highly recommend going to Caliber!

The people at Caliber are professional and courteous, they explained everything the car might need done beforehand and gave a detailed description once the work was completed which was when they said it would likely be done by. Very pleased!

This place is the equivalent of a body shop McDonald's. Inadequate attention to detail and lacking knowledge to repair simple fender bender damage on my Audi. Two months on and I'm taking it to a different shop to fix what they damaged. Call you car dealership and ask them where they send their used cars.They couldn't figure out how to professionally replace the trim they removed for painting, among MANY other issues. The most aggravating thing they broke is the auto start button, which no longer works. Apparently this was caused by incorrectly reattaching the back door electrical harness. There was so much sloppy work that the list of what they reattached incorrectly and broke is longer than the items that were damaged in the fender bender.

From beginning to end the staff guided me through every step of the process. Cristal was my first point of contact letting me know how to begin. Will walked me through the repair process and Oliver explained what was going on through the disassembly/reassembly and painting of my car and how long untill it was complete and ready for pick-up. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. From the front desk to the technician walking back and forth. Pleasant experience from start to finish. Kacey worked on my vehicle. He was fast, and did an excellent job. I had my car back in 1 week. I would highly recommend him to work on your vehicle.

The employees here were friendly and understanding. They did a great job with my repair, but returned my car with trim falling off (was not given to them that way) and the inside coated in a thick layer of dust. Luckily they fixed it when asked. I'd utilize them again!

This is THE WORST AUTO REPAIR SHOP EVER!! WHAT A NUGHTMAREParts came in waaayy late, the rushed to finalize a couple of "snap-in and snap-on" parts, which fell off my vehicle as soon as i drove away!!!Then they also forgot to place the plastic fasteners inside my wheel well causing those to flap in the wind...Then to top it off, they broke my door lock sensor and window switch on the door they repaired.DONT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES HERE FOR REPAIRS!!!

I am very pleased with the service I received at Caliber Collision. Caliber Collision repaired my wife s jeep grand Cherokee to the original state. The customer service I received at Caliber Collision was exceptional. William (Will) kept me informed of all the repairs while they were working on the vehicle. I would highly recommend taking your vehicle needing repairs to Caliber Collision. I had to change my review. We had another incident and never got a call back. We went in and they said they never got the call or email. They pulled it up and found them. We were told due to COVID it would take a while to get parts. After them having it for several months, we were told to pick it up and when the last part came in they would call us. We were stupid and gave them the check from our insurance but never heard from them. After COVID issues were lifted we called them to find out about the part. We were told they have no record of it. It's been marked as completed. Poor communication and record keeping. Was satisfied with the work that was done. Below was my precious review. Not sure what happened My brand new vehicle was backed into and Caliber Collision did a fantastic job in repairing it so it looks new again. They kept us posted every step of the way

I got some minor work done on the back of my vehicle. The work done seems fine but they messed up my power lift gate and gave me the car like that! I returned once I realized the lift gate wouldn't close. They couldn't fix it and I had to take it to Mercedes. It was a pain but it's all fixed now. I am really writing a not great review because my Mercedes emblems were back ordered and Oliver at Caliber said he would call when they came in. It's been 3 months and no call! We have been asking for them and they just aren't returning our calls now. Accident wasn't my fault and I used the body shop because it was the other person's insurance shop of choice. I wouldn't use them again.

Excellent experience with Caliber! I had a damaged bumper on my VW Jetta, (loose at one end) and another shop wanted almost $2,000 to replace the entire bumper including other parts, painting, etc. Caliber took 5 minutes to repair it on the spot and refused to charge any money for the work. Amazing combination of attitude and skill, and I couldn't be happier.Service: Body & Trim

The lady at the front desk is not willing to help at all. She lied to me about being able to get an appraisal without an insurance assignment even though it was my appointment and I asked for it. She made me feel like an idiot. And another worker told her he COULD do it. Everyone else was super nice. I had one of their guys offer to pull my car into the parking lot for me. And William Kopper was amazing. Helped me get my appraisal done. He actually wants to do his job just like most the other workers there. Friendly and ambitious. The lady at the front is bitter and really brings the whole experience down. Good-luck with her Caliber.
