Michael and staff are honest, helpful, friendly, and efficient. They explain to you what is going to be done, why, and if anything can wait, due to your budget constraints. I highly recommend them. They also offer a 2 year zero interest credit card through Synchrony. It is an Automotive Repair/Gasoline credit card that you can apply for. Saved my chicharon, I tell ya.

Just moved to Santa Fe and after having my car shipped out (a 2012 Toyota Prius) heard horrible noises coming from the rear wheel well - turns out I have a rusted dust shield that had broken off. Took it in as they were near me at the time it happened and they removed it free of charge - great service. So recently went in again (same day appointment- Toyota was 10 days out!) as now more noises from the car - and they found the source and fixed it for me - reasonable prices considering I was there 3 hours and they had to remove more rusted dust shields and replace brake pads and rotors. Nice people too and very informative on what the problem is.

I was able to walk in to get an oil change and they said it might take 45 minutes to get to my car, but they'll do their best and hustle to get me in and out. and it actually took 35 minutes, from me walking in to walking out with my car. I had an issue that needed immediate action, luckily I was able to get in almost immediately and even tho the staff was low on a Saturday they were able to punctually diagnose and begin corrective measures on my vehicle. I will continue to follow up with the other necessary repairs for my vehicle. I was also able to get a differed payment by signing up with synchrony, for 12 months giving me plenty of time to pay my repairs off.

The technician performed a thorough check of my brakes and provided a detailed report with affordable options. The work was completed rather timely and I was back on the road sooner than I expected.

Brakemasters on Cerrillos has consistently given me great and speedy service. They don't try to upsell me and always feel better having my car checked out with them before a roadtrip, as well as regular maintenance.

In & out in a timely manner; finishing a small front end ball joint grease job and cleaning same. J.L. didn't complete the initial workscope and left an awful mess the day before and "missed" a fitting. B.M. did exactly what was asked in a professional, workmanship manner. Thx. Guys, I'll be back!

Comete garbage i called yesterday made an appointment was told my car would be ready by three call at 2 they havent touched it the guy had an attitude and said he didnt know if it would be ready or not before end of day dont go here bad attitudes and they dont care about you o

The service provided by Shop Manager Jerome Chapin and his team fully deserve every star I can give them! His service to myself and the service I witnessed him provide other customers was excellent! No customers were told he could not help them and he did everything he could to take care of everyone as quickly as possible. To know that this type of customer service is the norm for Jerome and crew is so refreshing in this day and age - Great Job Jerome!

I was greeted and treated professionally. There was clear communication on what was needed and pricing was clearly estimated. Work was done in a timely manner and in the few days that have passed I ve noticed smoother braking and better shock absorbing over bumps. It was an easy 5k maintenance, but I ended up spending $100 more than regular price. They broke the oil filter housing during oil change, and said it was the previous oil change place overtightened the housing. But: (1) I had been going to the same place for oil change many times, each time with less than 30 minutes quick change, no damage to the filter housing whatsoever, so it is probably this place is not as competent (2) they charged me $89 for the part that they broke, I checked later and found it only cost less than 50 or even less than 25 I think I was being way overcharged for a part that shouldn t have been charged. Anyway, I don t think I would recommend this place. The employees are friendly, but they are not as competent as other places.

Went in without an appointment on a Saturday afternoon and was taken care of with open arms. Don't remember the guys names that were working but it was this last Saturday 04/22/23 around 2 p.m. so whoever the two guys working there they deserve a raise! Very helpful, honest, and had great work ethic which I respect 100% will be going back!Service: Oil change

Mike Solis suggested I bring my car early for early bird service. They addressed my brakes quickly and did a fabulous job. I was so happy they did not take advantage of me and suggest that I needed brakes in the front. Mike told me I had quite a bit more mileage on my front brakes, and I need not get those replaced. This day and age people and or women can get ripped off and knowing what the project really is. I really appreciate Mike Solis thank you brake masters and I will recommend you to friends and family.Service: Brakes

This is my second time going there and they treat me like royalty better than family. They re very fast, comprehensible, polite, respectful, and are generously kind and professional. I highly recommend brake masters! I had an outstanding experience with store manager Mike. He was so thorough in inspecting my brakes, taking the time to explain to me what was happening and did not pressure me to get unnecessary work done. I 100% will be going back and will recommend this brakemasters location to my friends and family.

Mike the Store Manager made it the easiest experience. I dropped off my car before work and picked it up on my lunch break. He was friendly and the service was quick. The guys at Brake Masters are fantastic!!! The manager was so helpful. Explained everything to me. Kept me updated as they moved along. I had a hard time finding the best place to get my brakes done. I appreciate the excellent service I received at my Santa Fe Brake Masters #227. In addition to brake service, I was helped with diagnosing and repairing a costly CV joint that was leaking. The staff was friendly and very helpful and I will return.

Unfortunately never trust them again quoted over $2500 in front end work when I only took it in for brakes. Took it somewhere else and was told absolutely nothing was wrong with the front end. Everything was tight and 8m good shape. I almost had them do it. Never trust them again.
