Great service and good prices. Steve the sales guy went above and beyond. I had 2 blowouts on my camper and had left it on the side of the highway with my wife and the dogs while I drove 24 miles to Big O Tire. Steve actually took the tow wheels into the shops and installed the new tires and fixed up one of the mag rims that had been driven on a bit too long. I was in and out of the store in under 20 minutes. A great bunch of guys.

Jose and Hugo came to my rescue when I needed a flat tire repaired at the last minute. They were prompt, professional, and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of tire repair services.

Rescued by FamilyWhile visiting my mother-in-law for her birthday in Santa Fe, her left rear tire was completely flat one morning. After securing the doughnut spare, I was at a loss as to where to take the flat tire. The immediate response from two neighbor was, Big O Tires! In a call that was immediately reassuring, Steve simply asked if I could get to 3153 Cerrillos Rd in a half hour. I had an appointment. While just getting out of the car, Jose came out with my service order all started, asked if there was anything else that needed attention and asked for the keys. In 30 minutes I had new friends at Big O Tires that felt like family, sending me off with all the wheels checked and the spare stored away.

Jos� Ramirez was in it from the moment he answered the phone! I was taken care of fast and very thorough! The owner Hugo Miramontes was and his staff were all professional and thoughtful!! Highly recommend got alignment, tires and struts! What a help!!

Very friendly and fast service. Hugo checked me in and listened to all of my tire issues. My car was in their garage 5 mins after checking in. They took care of me quick and was very nice about everything.

These guys are the best! Another shop told me my flat couldn t be repaired, then quoted me $1400 to replace all four tires. Big O quoted me $820 for a similar tire, which I was already pretty happy with. And then they were able to fix the flat after all! It s such a relief to deal with honest folks. I will definitely come back her when it s actually time for new tires.

Where do I even start? I scheduled an appointment online and when I arrived at my appointment they told me it was going to be a 2 hour wait. So I scheduled an appointment for the next day. Then when I arrived at my new appointment, they took over an hour to even bring my car into the shop. I showed the guy a coupon and he nodded. After another 35 mins they finally finished. Then before checkout they told me the coupon I wanted to use did not apply to my service even though it was a synthetic oil change. So they charged me $58 more than I was expecting the cost to be (more than double). This is the worst service I ve ever experienced at a shop and I feel like I was scammed.

Just the best customer service EVER! Honest assessment of what I needed. Jason saved me hundreds of dollars and was so kind and understanding. Fixed my tire and rim very quickly. I ve gone to Big O Tires for 20 years because they are so so reliable!

We were visiting Santa Fe from out of town. My tire light in my vehicle clicked on due to recent cold weather changes. The personnel at Big O brought in my vehicle, refilled my tires with air for free, and had us out of there in 10-15 minutes. Thank you all for your timeliness and excellent service!

Wow! We had a valve issue on our trailer while traveling and they got us in right away! Super friendly service, above and beyond offering to check our truck tires as well and gave us a gauge to keep an eye on things. Highly recommend!!

I've had to use my tire warranty twice now and BigO has been great. They've gotten me in fast and fixed my issue(s). Way better service than the Subaru dealer.

The Santa Fe Big O staff is great! They worked with me to get the right tires for my vehicle, ordered them, scheduled my appointment when I wanted and had me in and out in an hour, pit crew fast!

I had two holes on two of my tires, and the guts at the Santa Fe, NM store repaired them in a fast and friendly manner. I will not do business with any other tire store. They have been my tire store for about twenty years, and they've always been professional.

Amazing! I have Mud Bogging tires on my Jeep Grand Cherokee .. Hugo and his team did an amazing job properly aligning my vehicle to exact factory specifications with a print out!!! Everywhere has told me that this vehicle is very hard to do an alignment on and get right. This Big O team has proven so many people wrong I am so glad that I have brought my vehicle To Big O!!

Took my car here to get the two front tires replaced. After only driving it twice I found out the passenger rim was cracked. When I brought this up to Hugo he told me it was impossible for their machine to crack a rim and that I must've hit a pothole. I'm sure I did not hit a pothole. I contacted the corporate office and they told me the issue was resolved and that they were not going to reimburse me the money that I had to pay to get a new rim. I'm not sure how the rest of the locations are but I would not trust the Santa Fe location if you care about your vehicle

Big O is my go-to place for all services for all my vehicles. I take my Audi A3, Dodge Ram 3500 Diesel dually, Kia PHEV Sportage, and even my Ford Class C RV for all oil changes, tires, struts, shocks, brakes, inspections, etc. They always deliver friendly, excellent and honest service. I recommend them to everyone that needs automotive service.

Cannot say enough great things about the team at this Big O! They were able to help us fix a flat in record time, at 4pm on a Friday, in the hot sun, with smiles on their faces and great attitudes. We so appreciate the help, you all saving our travel plans and being so good at would you do and helpful!

Like usual place is crazy busy but Jose was kind and was able to get me in.took awhile which is what happens when you do not have an appt.. Warranty expired but they still took care of me. Faces change but cs is always phenomenal here!!
