My car battery died right as I was about to drive (to move ) to Oklahoma AND it was on my birthday. So stressed out but then Luis at Autozone helped me pick the right battery and changed it out free of charge. He was super fast and so friendly! Thank you Luis!

I went in on 4/29/23 around noon on a Saturday. I thought for sure they would be busy. Lade at the register helped me out. I asked him if he could test my battery because it had died a couple times in the past week. He grabbed his machine and followed me to my car. The battery definitely needed to be replaced. We figured out what battery would do. I had a question about the battery in my key and he helped me with that. He grabbed some tools and went back to my car and swapped out the batteries. I was in and out of there in 10 minutes. This was huge help for me. My car had been at Ford in Santa Fe for 5 days. They sent me an estimate for $2400 for what my car needed based off the mileage not my concerns.Lade was a great example of what great customer service looks like. Thank you!Tania

Awesome experience. Went in to find out if I needed a battery. Ladi came right out tested it. Sure enough, I needed a battery.Went in the store, phone rang. Ladi picked it up, Luis jumped in to take over. Luis got me the battery and installed it. These two, bang, bang. Where do you get service like that these days? And everything with a smile. Thanks guys, you made my day!!!

Sold me used oil that was opened. Didn t get a receipt because I put in my rewards number. When I came back to return they gave me a hard time saying they can t do anything without the receipt. Apparently inputing your phone number is only for a warranty but the oil doesn t have a warranty so why ask. Secondly I had my card I made the purchase with but they can t look it up that way either. Extremely rude acting like I m scamming when they scammed me. Make sure you open the oil when someone returns it to check if fraud is happening. To top it off there website said they had oil filters for my car but the store was out so I had to go to oreillys.

Do NOT go here. I went to have them test my battery after it wouldn't start. The rep did the test and saw the area. I asked after the test failed if they can install a new battery he said it would be a problem. He didn't show me all of the options I had already looked online just incase he tried to sell me the most expensive and did his best to hid the more affordable options and after the sale he brought the battery to my car and said oh no I can't install this I don't know how. HE SAW THE BATTERY BEFORE I ASLED IF IT WAS POSSIBLE!! And he broke a piece of my car.

The battery in my truck was not functioning properly, it needed to be boosted every day, I went to Autozone, the clerk checked it and it was a bad battery , he took it out and installed a brand new replacement on a very cold night, I didn t get his name but he was great, their was no charge as the battery was 2 years old and under warranty, that is some top notch service! I really appreciate it. the store is located at 1005 S. St. Francis Drive in in Santa Fe NM

Always having to return parts cause they hand you wrong ones. It shouldn't be that difficult you give them the information they look it up and should get handed correct parts.

What happened to a parts store being able to help you with your custom builds. What happened to the guy behind the counter being knowledgeable about the industry they are in. All they know at this store is what is on the computer. I asked for a simple keyed starter switch. The " manager" told me they are all vehicle specific, even though I told him I have bought one from them recently. He was not willing to help. When I asked him if he knew anything beyond his computer he stated he did not really work on cars. When I asked if anyone else did that understood what I was asking for he told me to Google it and show him. Wow. No wonder brick and mortars are going away. If I have to do all the research I can just order it myself. I shop at brick and mortars to keep the locals working. This is outrageous. I ended up going to Oriely's the they found what I was looking for in 2 minutes. When I asked for the regional manager I was told I could Google it. Then he told me to leave. Really unimpressed. I own over 6 vehicles and have shopped at this store for over 25 years and now I will never go back.

Asked them to charge a battery for me and was given a receipt. Went back to pick up the battery and there was no knowledge of my receipt in there system. When I showed them the receipt it read the name Jon Paul M******** and my $150 battery was gone. They said you only have 24 hours to pick up a courtesy charge. Yet that is not stated anywhere when I dropped it off and was never told that. I felt like they stoled a battery that was mine and it seemed to be premeditated because they never asked me for a name. Just gave me a receipt. I called to complain about it and the person who answered the phone told me that the core was only worth $18. I honestly feel cheated and will never go there again. What a sham, these guys used to be good to do business with. I do not recommend for anyone to take there battery there, and if you do, make sure your receipt has your name on it and do not leave it there for over 24 hours. I would really like to speak with a manager or regional manager about this situation.

Excellent customer service. I needed something as simple as changing the brake and signal lights and a very polite young man helped me, his name is Isaac. Whenever I need something for my cars I come to this place. The staff is very attentive to customers. I definitely recommend this place !!!

In checking a battery that I had, which turned out to be a dead one, Luis helped me in getting a new marine battery. He was very helpful in all that he did to make this a painless experience. I will continue to shop at AutoZone. The customer service I get at the two stores are great and I commend the employees at both. As a senior citizen, I rely on their expertise to help me in making my purchases.

Never have I been to an AZ and have one of the employees tell me they have no clue how to help me. Was looking for a fuse, needed help reading the box (never done it before) and the very young man told me he couldn't help me, (after I waited 15 mins in line.) Because he couldn't look it up on the computer. There was plenty of help, or seem to be, but only 1 person was running the register. Everyone else was running around. Santa Fe #2517

This store has outstanding support! I ordered a brake kit for my 1997 4runner, one of the calipers was received damaged. They immediately got another kit on order and replaced the caliper within days. I was helped throughout this process by 3 different employees, each one was very nice.

A place where real men drive the machines! Anyways I found the perfect license plate cover to help the paint last. Ever wonder how cheap the paint is? It just falls of the plate.

Are you tired of quick and easy checkouts like at most stores? Are you someone that loves to strike up a conversation for about 20 minutes with a cashier while there are 20 people in line behind you? Well this is the place for you! Their cashiers are just as chatty! And don't have the balls to tell someone like you to shut up and let them take care of the line. Come on by and hold one of their cashiers conversationally hostage, and help guarantee the 20 minute checkout time that this place apparently strives to uphold.

Brought my battery in for a recharge, was ready the next day. They double checked it to make sure it was fully charged, and carried it out to my other car. It was great service

These guys were so helpful. My car started acting up on a Saturday at 2pm after a week long road trip and I was trying to get back to Denver that day. Dominic helped me by doing a diagnostic on my car and doing everything in his power to help me. When we found out it was a transmission issue he wrote down all the local shops that could help me with their phone numbers and addresses and gave me great advice even though I was crying and stressing out and looked crazy. That guy deserves a raise for his customer service skills and knowledge. Thank you for your help!!

Visited the Cerrillos Rd location needing new windshield wiper blades. Employees were very helpful looking up what size I needed & recommending which brand to choose. Associate Lee S. was very friendly and came out to my car and replaced them for me. As a single woman, that type of helpful assistance & friendliness, like it wasn't a bother, is greatly appreciated & I'll return to this location.

I had to return an unused relay and they were a little rude. They questioned me about whether it was used, which it wasn't, and finally gave me the refund I wanted. I expected better customer service, especially for a part that cost a whopping (sarcasm) $25.
