I went to your company to repair both windows on my car. The budget was always fair and the treatment was friendly and close. On the day of the repair they did it faster than they initially told me and the two windows look perfectly adjusted to my car. I give them 5 stars.

They came out to my place of work and replaced my windshield and they were very professional and great customer service. The gentleman I talked with was very courteous, as i asked if he would please wipe off the dash. It was dusty and can't reach to the end. He replied and said of course, I always wipe the dust of dashboard. Overall I would definitely recommend them to all my friends and family. Great service.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Took my 10 year old Subaru in to A Touch of Glass for sunroof and windshield replacement. This was an insurance claim through Geico/Sunroof Express. They got me scheduled quickly, got the job done within 2-3 hours but there were 2 trim pieces that were not reinstalled and a razorblade left on the roof. When i got in the car and opened the sunroof shade to take a look at it, a plastic trim piece fell out. Apparently the tech forgot to reinstall it. No big deal, I was able to pop it back in place and drove away. Then after I got home I found a razorblade sitting on/stuck to the roof next to the sunroof, and then found another larger trim piece that had not been reinstalled just sitting below the wiper at the bottom right side of the windshield - where it could have easily blown away on the highway and been lost forever. I was able to re-install this one myself as well so did not have to take it back in. Seems like the tech was in a huge hurry and did not take the time to check that everything was put back together properly and clean up after. Definitely check to make sure they put all the trim back before driving away!Services: Auto windshield replacement, Sunroof glass replacement

Avoid this place at all costs. The owner is a thug and will intimidate you when they mess up your windshield. Trust me, just pay the professionals and avoid these amateur jokesters. Insurance companies and customers beware.

My review is based on Customer Service experience. Andy and Tracy are very personable and knowledgeable. I had appointment on August 23, 2023 at 1:00 PM to get my Windshield Replaced and Recalibrated. I live in Eldorado and it is a 28 minute drive to their Shop at 1121 Calle de Resolana in Santa Fe. Andy informed me, after checking on his Computer, that the Windshield did not come in. I think everyone reading this would agree that a quick phone call to my cell or a text would be the properprotocol to keep me from making the trip.Andy and I discussed 3 options for me to choose from and I picked the middle choice which would cost me a little over $600.The windshield was ordered and Andy made me another appt. for August 28 at 9:00 AM.Ditto - same thing happened. I drove again from Eldorado and when I entered the Office, Andy did not recognize me, he had to ask my name, and went on his computer only to verify that the windshield had not arrived. Andy and Tracy are the owners of A Touch of Glass for 17 years. They have a daily schedule of who is coming in that day and first thing upon opening (after you get your Coffee) is checking to see if parts have come in before the Client arrives. 100% they should have phoned me once again that my windshield had not arrived and I was told my windshield was unfindable and they would keep trying to find my part.That same day, I contacted Extreme Auto Glass in Albuquerque and they found that Tempe AZ has the correct Windshield and it will be in Albq in the next 10 business days.My experience with A Touch of Glass was very poor Customer Service, inexcusable that they didn t inform me not to drive in those 2 days.

Waiting room with legos for kids. Good couches. Quick service. Got me in in 2 days. Even vacuumed the inside seat and floor of my truck. Professional and easy to work with.

Here was a level of customers service rarely seen these days. I showed up in the middle of a busy Monday morning, no appointment, with a small-ish problem, and they promptly fit me in and solved it. Can't recommend ATOG highly enough.Service: Auto windshield repairService: Auto windshield repair

So honest! Thank you telling what the problem was and not just replacing my windshield. You were right. The cowl on my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee was warped and that was what was causing the awful noise. It wasn't a bad seal on the windshield. THANK YOU for being honest and helping me out. We had a window break in while visiting from out of town for our wedding, and every single person we talked to was so kind and understanding. We were able to get in and out to get back on the road very quickly. I cannot say enough how amazing everyone was. Thank you times a million!

This place was amazing. I got there early, thinking I'd have to wait for my appointment, but not only did they get me in early, they finished early too. Then after reviewing my insurance, they saved me over 50 percent by letting me know that it was better to pay out of pocket. They went of their way and wow it really showed!

Easy to make appointment and quick work getting the glass in. If I didn t just spend 2 hours cleaning out my car wouldn t say anything but it would be nice to not have foot prints and trash in the car after. Otherwise great job.

My daughter took her car here off a recommendation from another business for a glass roof replacement. Once the vehicle was finished the paint surrounding the glass roof was completely scratched up. They told my daughter her cars paint was bad. The vehicle is a 2021 so the paint was brand new. After much complaints the owner (Tracey) decided to go ahead and accept responsibility and fix the paint job professionally. The repairs are expected to take several days so my daughter asked for a vehicle to use in the meantime to get to work etc. Tracey said she would not pay for that and she didn t understand how this all fell on her. We will never again take a vehicle here nor do we recommend this business to anyone In The Santa Fe area.

Highly recommend. Wish we could double the five stars. Super, super great experience! We are traveling and needed help quickly. Everyone was so nice and had us back on our route very quickly. The waiting area is clean and nicely decorated too. Our glass was fixed correctly and It was well priced. Definitely the type of business that we like to work with. Nice job Touch of Glass. We took in one of our business trucks and they did the work professionally, efficiently, and did a quality job. The driver brought back the invoice that was accidentally billed to another company. I called the very friendly Tracy and in the blink of an eye, the corrected invoice was in my email. Great business.

I took my car to this place to replace my cracked windshield. The first time I took it I noticed rather moderate damage to the interior of my passenger side door and some handprint stains which seemed to be from the adhesive all around the inside. I told the owners about this and at first claimed that they were not responsible but decided to fix it anyways. I took it back and they fixed the interior but now there is no audio that can be heard on that same passenger door, I don't want to take it back to them at this point out of fear of what they'll mess up this time. Great service! Shop was very inviting and comfy, very clean also. Staff was very helpful and answered questions. I thought I had a rock chip on my windshield and when I went to pick up my vehicle, I was told there was no chip. I questioned that and we walked out to my vehicle to have another look. I pointed out to what I thought was a chip and the owner confirmed it was not. So satisfied with the answers and the service they did do, I paid my bill and drove off a very happy customer. I will recommend their services and have to my place of work and to anyone else. I will most definitely be a returning customer! Thank you!

No Issues. My Vehicle was in and out in 3 hours. Replaced 69 Chevelle windshield. Customer service was "On Point" Very Friendly. I went to 2 other shops before and got the "run around". Thank you A Touch of Glass.

These guys were knowledgeable about what needed to be done to repair my window triming and actually saved me money on parts I didn't need that I had gotten from the Honda dealership. For the simple installation of the trimming that took less than 10 minutes they didn't even charge me for their service. Great staff here would recommend to anyone who needs a car window repair.
