Jennifer went above and beyond while helping Sadie and I with a major turbo replacement on our RAM 3500 and with a loaner vehicle. The replacement was timely and expertly done while all the staff was most gracious and helpful. My fiance bought a truck over the holiday weekend. We had no intention of buying that day, but wanted to test drive. He fell in love with the truck and said he would come back so they didn t have to work late Christmas Eve. Instead, they treated him like family and stayed late so he could drive away in his first new vehicle. I would rate every person and service 5 stars at this dealership!

Where do I start?! My husband is a car collector and through years we've had to deal with quite a few dealerships but the experience we had today at Sierra Blanca motors has been one the most pleasant one EVER !!!!Amazing customer service all around from General Sales manager, Mr Jason Ware who is definitely an asset for this dealership to all the staff, Jerry, miss Durnell and....Sierra Blanca Motors is where I would take my business from now on !!!!!!Thank you all for being so awesome!!!!!

Ian was great to work with. Assisted me finding the right vehicle for me. Sierra Blanca has the best pricing. I was driving from out of town, Ian went above and beyond to make sure paperwork was in motion and I made the best use of my time. I'm so happy with my experience with Ian and the crew at Sierra Blanca Motors. Definitely recommend Ian!

The people in the service department are AWESOME!!Hot shot trucking couple, with a major emergency repair while delivering a load to Ruidoso. Truck still loaded with trailer four dogs with us. They got us in right away, gave us a loaner and got the repair done quickly so we were not out to many days from our business. They even helped us out and gave us a little discount so we could afford it. It was a spendy repair.Josh was our service advisor and I think Jose was our technician. But really EVERYONE was so nice and helpful.Thank you all for your kindness and hospitality.9/2022

I live and work in Ruidoso and have had work done at SBM for a long time. In the last 18 months I've watched the quality of the service department nose dive.I made an appointment several weeks ago to diagnose a metal on metal grinding noise in the front end of my truck. I even drove my truck around the lot with the mechanic and pointed out the grinding noise. The first day they had my truck the first mechanic said it was definitely the differential going out and that the inside shoulder of my tires were woren but they were going to have another mechanic take a look at it the next day. At the end of that next day after calling to check and see what they had found, that mechanic wasn't even willing to diagnose it until I replaced the tires on the front end. The tires only have 8k miles on them. So after two full days on their lot the only thing they did for me was an oil change....I would've been better off taking my truck to Jiffy Lube. I tell them I'm about to take a 500+ mile trip this week and they tell me when I get back they will put it up on a lift and tear the differential apart and see if it's busted...what have they been doing with my truck for 2 days???I went and picked my truck up at 1600 that day and drove it home. It took me all of 10 minutes on dodge forums and YouTube and I was able to go crawl under my truck and discover that both my CV joints are busted and rattling. I sent a video of me shacking the rattling CV joints to the service department at Sierra Blanca Motors and they replied, that definitely needs to be rechecked but we won't have anybody that can do it for 6 days.I took my truck to Home Town Tire this morning, the day after getting it back from Sierra Blanca Motors. Hometown called me within a couple hours and said both CVs are bad and had a quote for me and a timeline to have it fixed within 36 hours. They also said they checked the differential and it was in good shape.As I mentioned I've noticed the Sierra Blanca Motors service department take a nose dive recently. The last time SBM worked on my truck was for exhaust manifolds. I made an appointment several weeks out to get the work done. I told SBM I absolutely had to have my truck back by a certain date, that's why we scheduled that appointment when we did.They told me bring my truck in the day before so the manifolds are cold and they can get to work on it first thing in the morning and it's absolutely a one day job no worries. Two days later I finally chase down answers from them and they were working on the manifolds but also got busy doing safety recalls on my truck that they didn't tell me about. I remind them that I told them, and they agreed that I had a deadline to have my truck back to me.Sierra Blanca Motors needs to get their act together.

Not sure what car buying is like, but the service department sucks at tire balancing. 1st time with a different car balancing was fine, 2nd time around with a different vehicle not so much. Had to go back for them to fix, then it was still off. Another shop advised 2 tires were off by 1oz, and the other 2 .50oz. It's too bad this is the only shop Tire Rack ships to in town, but going forward, I'm shipping to my home and taking the tires somewhere else. I even gave the tire guy a $50 tip at Sierra Blanca to make sure it's done right, and he couldn't get it done. Never again.

Jennifer, in the service department, has been facilitating the replacement of a windshield, and has been as conscientious as any customer relations employee I ve encountered anywhere. Prompt, courteous, and cheerful.Great representative of the dealership.

Not so good when voltage are somewhat low I am using here in india and I does not recommend any one I personally feel Laxmi motor is way better than Sierra on india

Jared Storey is by far the best salesman at SBM. They are all great, but buying my car from Jared for my first time was a breeze. Walked me through the entire process and answered the millions of questions i had and was so patient through the whole thing. Everyone at the dealership is so welcoming, and will leave you with a smile and a sweet new car. Definitely couldn t recommend a better place to buy a car. Go visit Jared Storey he is your guy!

I had my Jeep serviced here and it was fantastic. Jennifer helped me out. She greeted me with a smile and got my Jeep in right away. This place is crooked. They sold a 75 year old man a death trap and they knew it. If you buy anything or deal with them for any re�on your gonna regret it. They are rude. Read other reviews and you will hear the same thing. This company is no good.

Great service department. They are helpful and friendly. Jennifer was great! Inspected my Ram 2500 and told me that only the front needed brakes and that the rear was in great shape. Nice to get work done on your vehicle by folks you can count on and trust.

This is the only place I buy cars! Jared Storey is by far the best salesmen I have ever dealt with, straight forward doesn'tmake promises he can't keep. 6 years ago they worked their buts off to get me into a car when my credit was so so at best. And have worked just as diligently to get me into something I want every couple of years. I have owned a lot of vehicles in my lifetime and bought 5 from them (new and used) I would never go anywhere else. I call down tell them what I want and a few hours later they call me and tell me its ready. No hassle no back and forth. In and out in 45 minutes. Hands down the best from the sales team through the finance manager.

Michael Wilson always give us the best customer service. He is an honest man, I would highly recommend Sierra Blanca Motors.. We live in Las Cruces NM, but I will never buy a vehicle anywhere else, this is my third vehicle and I will always go back.

I was looking for a Nissan Armada to purchase, because I trust Nissan autos and have owned a few. I saw this beauty at Sierra Blanca Motors in Ruidoso, New Mexico and had to have it. It was used,but had all the bells and whistles that I wanted. I took my Infinity to this dealer and was treated well.So happy with the service. It had a little issue with the heater and front brake rotors with I took it back to repair. No problems at all. Fixed with smiles and we are on the road. Great place to buy new or used. I highly recommend.

I was visiting my local bank today, when I think I recognized this man that I think was the finance manager of this Sierra blanca motors because he talk to me when I was considering buying a vehicle from them. He was being so incredibly absurd with the poor lady behind the counter. I was completely astonished that someone in customer service couldn't be understanding because she was working by herself. He was yelling at her demanding her to do stuff making a scene for something out of her control. This review has nothing to do with Sierra Blanca Motor besides the man who works here! I will never give business to this company because of how childish he handled this situation. After my shift I felt so bad I went back to see if the poor lady was okay.

Just bought a new Ram 2500 here, thank you Michael!Very friendly and not pushy. We went with a truck in mind and was shown that truck but after talking with Michael for a bit he said let's go look at the Rams and see if there might be something over there.And indeed there was something we liked! Walked out of there with a new 2018 Ram Bighorn.I will definitely be back for our next vehicle. And if your looking for a new/used vehicle go and see Michael Wilson and tell him I sent you!!

We had such an amazing experience here. Granted we came for a weekend getaway we are leaving with a brand new Jeep! Michael was an amazing help very informative from start to finish. We loved that he wasn't pushy at all. Also Luis Finace manager made things so smooth and fast We were in and out in 45 minutes! 10/10 experience you need a car this is the place to go!

My husband and I were here in Ruidoso for 4th of July weekend when we suddenly had an issue with our new SUV. We came to Sierra Motors to see if by chance they could squeeze us in their service dept last minute. They were able to accommodate us with no hesitation and take care of our issue promptly! We couldn't be more thankful for their great service and kindness! We hope to never need their service dept again, BUT it's great to know that they're here if we ever do! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for not only helping us on a whim, but for giving us peace of mind and allowing us to enjoy the rest of our stay here in Ruidoso!!!

Bought a case for my Escalade here for $240. However my mechanic diagnosed my vehicle with another part that was not the case. I tried to return the case with its box and receipt but manager at this location said no money back nor exchanges. Did not even try the part on vehicle. Make sure you buy the correct part when buying parts from this location specially when they are really expensive. Really disappointed.

In my opinion the individuals that are employed at Sierra Blanca Motors have very personable and honest work ethics which I highly admire. In each of my dealings with this location my vehicle has been repaired as if it were the mechanics own. And even more important is how I was treated as a paying customer. My bill was always more than reasonable. Which used to surprize me being this is a large dealership. But not anymore.. I have come to respect this dealership for the fairness and quality they provide to me and others that I know. Keep up the awesome personable experience that you are known for. And, Thank you for your honesty!

I called yesterday about a Fiat 500x I had seen on their website, I was greeted and transferred to a salesman named Eddie Browne. Immediately I could tell this dealership was going to be better than the other ones I had contacted. Eddie was very kind, understanding, and honest with me about the car as well as the buying process. I gave him my information and within 10 minutes he had a quote for me from a lender. It was much better terms than any other dealership had offered and I was able to save a good chunk of cash! I decided I wanted to test drive the car and they had it brought up from their Roswell location by the time I wanted to come by. This has been the best experience I have ever had at a dealership and I couldn t thank them more for getting me into the car I wanted! I will recommend them to anyone and everyone I know who s looking to purchase their next vehicle. You can t beat the honesty and kindness of the whole staff!
