Got an oil change and tire rotation here, they broke multiple wheel studs, charged me for the wheel studs and then told me they couldn't replace anymore. My vehicle is a Toyota and when I got those wheel studs replaced the proper way it cost well over $1,000. If you go here, you have been warned!

We were in town on vacation and had a minor issue with our car. The salesman was knowledgeable and helped us with the issue. We were quickly able to go back to enjoying our vacation

Best service anywhere in town. All of them assisted me in finding the brakes I needed for my WRX. Very commedering and professional service. Parts fit perfect and will do business with again. Thank you all again.

We re always happy with the service and work we have done at Western Auto. We ve had brake work, oil changes, new tires, and recently had a hitch kit installed. They do a great job and it s always at a fair price.

I ve bought stuff here since I moved to the mountains. I always have been treated good until today. Thanks for ruining my day. Waited over 30 minutes and they waited on 10 other people in front of me. It s because they don t talk to each other or don t give a #><. I won t be back unless I have to. Have a great day at N A P A !!

Western Auto NAPA Dealer on Mechem Ruidoso NM is a 5 star.I'm from Wisconsin and had truck problems and they had it fixed in 24 hr. Thank you allGreat team work

So the gentleman that assisted me Mark has worked at this sight for at least 20 years I believe and he was patient not only with me but with his coworker Joe who was not being very professional at the time. So I appreciated Marks patients and tack in dealing with Joe in the presence of customers. I feel I have always been treated in a dignified manner when visiting this Western Auto. I needed snow chains they had 2 types one on display Mark didn't try to sell me the more expensive we discussed both and he demonstrated the one on display at my request. That being said please allow me to recommend JW.org (the official website) it promotes Bible principals it gives honest scriptural answers to life questions. It is free and private no tagging. It has something for everyone young and young at heart. You can experience it in your choice of 1 thousand languages. I know you will find something beneficial for yourself and your loved ones. I hope a pleasant day for you all.

I was visiting Ruidoso when I realized the battery in my key fob needed changing. I had never replaced one before and was missing the hubz. I was very fortunate in that Drew S. was there, and boy did he live up to his name badge which said customer service.He went above and beyond, replacing my battery, taking the keys off the ring and then reassembling the whole thing. He did this all with good humor, even taping up the extra battery I purchased so it wouldn t get lost.A big thanks to Drew at Ruidoso s Western Auto!

Had a caliper bolt fall out. The manager not only got a bolt from across town but also installed it and only charged me parts bailed us out while we were on vacation from Texas. It's nice to know there is still good people in this world!!

The best parts store in Ruidoso. Jimmy/owner is awesome and very knowledgeable. And Mark is by far the best parts guy in New Mexico. Super knowledgeable and very friendly. Both have been at western auto for my entire life so they know everything you need to know.

We were in need of brakes and quickly due to the impending weather this weekend. I called and spoke to Mark who asked a few questions to get a better idea of what was going on with the vehicle. He quoted brakes and a few other things just in case, and I brought in today for the work.Within one hour of being there, I was informed that it wasn't the brakes, just the rotors that needed to be "turned." Although the process took longer than they expected, I appreciated the total honesty in that they didn't try to get me for more work than what was necessary. I will definitely come back next time my vehicles need work!

Bought two tires here yesterday, mounted and balance, cheaper than any place around, couldnt even get em cheaper online, better load and taller for the price. Fun bunch of folks, great service.

In a small town, you need a full service Auto parts store with knowledgeable staff and a big store inventory. NAPA has been winning that category in Ruidoso year after year.

Can't say that we "hate" NAPA in Ruidoso cause the little dog on the counter is all about customer service. Made an appointment to have AC recharged only to find that the appointment THEY made was suddenly unavailable. Why schedule appointments if you can't keep them?? We WILL NOT return... Deb & Les unJolley

I had a serious problem with my car. I called Napa. They responded with a sense of urgency seldom seen. From diagnosis to resolution took less than an hour.Bravo!

I had a estimate done last spring for a front end rebuild and was quoted $877 for an upper ball joint and 2 lowers. This included a Pittman arm, idler arm and alignment. Assuming it was done I bought 2 new AT tires also. About 700 miles into a 1000 mile trip the front end started seizing up and the vehicle started to become hard to control. I stopped at a tire shop in Chadron, NE. and was told the lower ball joints were not replaced. He greased them up good and told me they should get me home. Got me back to Vaughn, NM. before they started seizing up again. All I got from the owners was a "We wouldn't do that" and a general blow off. Ended up spending another $511 to get the job finished elsewhere!

Napa has everything you need for auto maintenance. My husband got his windshield wiper blades and young man actually came out to his truck and installed them. Also, we bought our fishing license for 2021/2022 at Napa.

Very helpful, even when they didn't have the parts, they located what I need and made it easy for me. My only comment is they need a bigger toilet.
