I've been here twice in the last few weeks... once for a "tire emergency" and once for a followup. BOTH times, these folks have gone above and beyond. And the lady who runs the counter, is THE most cheerful person I've ever met! These folks are great! :)

I blew a tire and somehow my rim got a small bend in it. Walmart refused to replace my tire on a bent rim. The guys at Hometown in Ruidoso, NM were exceptionally nice, helpful and had me back on the road in under 45 minutes at a reasonable price. I could not ask for more!

I've had work done here for years and they have always been great. Mark and James and the rest the people that work here do the very best job possible. Mark and James have the best business practices and treat people fair. If you need anything done to your vehicle, take it to them and they will do it right

We got a nail in our tire while traveling through Ruidoso. We quickly pulled in to this shop. They took care of us quickly and were so friendly. Could not have been a better experience. James the manager got us out in 30 minutes even though they were very busy.

Came in to get a flat fixed and did not have the key for the lug nuts. They literally put a socket on it and unscrewed it. Took just as much effort as if I had the key. And for that they wanted $43. That's taking advantage. Do not recommend at all. RIP off

These guys were total heroes for our family in 2021. We visited during the winter and our vehicle wasn't equipped for the snowstorm that hit the night we arrived. We had rented a cabin up the mountain, and got stranded in town when our vehicle couldn't make it back up on the snowy roads.We bought chains for the tires at Walmart, but weren't equipped to put them on. These guys put them on free of charge and were wonderfully hospitable and welcoming while we waited. Our family will always be grateful for how y'all saved the day--and our vacation!

Took my dad in for new tires on his Jeep, the customer service experience was outstanding. Everyone from the desk to the shop workers were friendly, smiling and made my dad feel at ease. Everything went smoothly and we were back on the road quickly. Thank you all.

The guy's at Hometown Tire Pros were truly helpful and educating on everything that was going on with our car. They worked with us and helped us make the best and most cost effective choices! Good people are far and few now a days but I definitely feel we picked the best and most honest mechanics around! Thank you all so very much! We will definitely continue our business with them from now on.

Had a tire light come on indicating low pressure on a tire. I inspected the tire and found what appeared to be a nail. They removed the tire, inspected it, pressurized it and found no issue. They reset the tire warning sensor all at no charge. All in under an hour. Great service in my case.

I tried to give this place a chance once a year when I need something done with my tires. Always a disappointment this time I waited over an hour to fix a nail in one tire watched three attendants working on one car. And then it cost $25. Total rip off if you're going to wait over an hour for a product it shouldn't have been more than 10 bucks. Very very disappointed as usual. Unless the three cars that came in after me and got done before me had appointments I think their priorities are screwed up.

Mike and his crew provide comprehensive and timely care, both for long term reliability and for crises. Accessible and friendly service. Best prices for any type of tires. I recommend Hometown to all my family and friends.

Went in for a tire patch that another tire store said couldn t be fixed and needed a new tire they were able to get it fixed and back going .. great service and very friendly

I was traveling and came through Ruidoso When a low tire indicator came on my dash.I ask someone where I could get a flat fixed they referred me too Hometown Tire Pros. I was just two blocks away. And the experience was five stars or more. The people were friendly courteous and knowledgeable the place was clean and comfortable. I told them I was traveling and I got me in and out very quickly. Thank you Pro Tires.

Mark and the great crew took care of me and always do when I come get my vehicles taken care of for their needs. However this time it was even more impressive!! Got my truck lifted , new tires, rims! Very happy with the out come!!!

This is my go to place for all my auto needs, and my cars always seem happy after visiting. The managemanet and staff is always friendly, and I feel like the work they do is priced right. They also tell me if they see a issue starting with my vehicle, and tell me the work dosent need to be done right now, but to keep an eye on it. I fully trust Hometown tire pros!!!! Keep up the good work.

The staff at Hometown Tire Pros is Simply the Best. They are friendly, attentive, positive and downright good people. I have never had an unfair dealing nor have I ever had a bad experience. I highly recommend Hometown Tire Pros and all of their amazing employees.

I thought Big O was bad these guys are horrible.. I went it for a break job and it turned into a bunch of other stuff.. then when I get my car back the front brakes fail becuase the caliper is coming off the rotor. The tech forgot a bolt... forgot! It damaged the rim the caliper and the rotor and my alignment but they did nothing to repair any of that and when asked if they would the guy said they couldn't do a anthing about.. even after admitting that the damages. So now I have to come out of pocket to repair the damage that they caused. Lesson learned. I'd give them no stars if I could. Did I mention my brand new tires I had them mount leak.. it's like they hire guys off the street and train them on the vehicles as they go..

This place know what they are doing at a great price. The only draw back is they have so much business, the waiting time is a little more than expected. Other than that, this is the place tho get your vehicle ckd and fixed by the Pros. I really recommend this shop.

I've always had a wonderful experience with this Hometown Tire Pros shop. The people who work there are always happy to help and the extra protection warranty is incredibly affordable and covers so much. I would strongly recommend anyone I know to go there for all your tire needs! Thanks guys!

I'm always worried when I have car problems in small towns. I went to these guys because I had a small leak. I thought about trying to make it 3 more miles to a well known tire chain. I couldn't make it. But these people treated me like a local. I hope I have tire troubles near them again.

Very disappointed local customer. We ve given these guys a lot of business over the years with very few complaints or challenges in the past. They did misplace the wheel and new tire for my snowmobile trailer for four days a few years back but we got that cleared up. Then today we took our Cadillac Escalade and Expedition to swap the tires from one to the other and they broke one of the Escalade wheel covers. Not a big deal but the fact that they wouldn t own up to it was really disappointing. The plastic wheel cover was likely brittle from age and I m sure it wasn t intentional but they blatantly denied any fault as I sat there and looked at the little plastic grommets freshly snapped off.80 miles of high-speed freeway and dirt roads that same day so I know the wheel cover was not loose or damaged they felt it was more important to argue and not offer any compensation for that. What a shame over a $20 eBay item they could ve offered to reimburse. Instead they have certainly lost our business in the future and I won t be making any positive comments around town about them either.very nearsighted move.
