If you are looking for a place to guarantee catch this is it! The fish bite immediately. What I thought would take hours to do, took less than an hour to catch 15 fish. You have to pay for everything you catch, so be mindful of that. My son could have stayed there all day, but my pocket book wouldn t allow that. It s .85 per inch. I would say on average most of the fish we pulled out were around 12 , some larger some smaller I personally was estimating around $10/fish. If you pay cash, there is a discount. My boys enjoyed themselves and that s all that mattered to us.

My mother had never fished. So what better way to make her experience worth it. She had so much fun and it was a guarantee catch. As soon as you threw your line in you got a bite. They even cleaned and gutted them for us. Even gave a us a print out of recipe suggestions.

Great lil family owned spot! Stacy was super nice and it was easy fishing! Kudos to her family because they even cleaned our fish for us. Lost a star due to the highway noise. The spots were super close but everyone was really nice. Great place for first timers!

Wow!!! What a great experience and stay at Seeping Springs.... We rented an RV spot with full hook-up for a very reasonable price. Well maintained grounds and water within viewing distance, unless you rent a spot on the water. No additional cost. Stacy did an extravagant job ensuring that our stay went well. We also fished for half the morning. Bait and poles were provided and the fish were definitely biting! Yes, you must pay for the fish that are caught, but, if you don't have a fishing license it is included in the price for the fish. The experience well outweighed the price. We will definitely come back here again!!!

Great fun for kids. Guaranteed to catch as many fish as you want. Bring a cooler with you to bring home your catch.

Stacey, the manager was super! We had an unfortunate experience at a nearby RV park down the street, who weren't very inviting. Stacey however, was the epitome of a camp host--so inviting and welcoming! She welcomed us into the park after dark without any issues. The pond stocked with trout was awesome too! A short walk to the river stream was also relaxing. The park is a bit older, but when you are with family, it didn't really matter.

This is a different type of experience for camping and fishing. My family and I enjoyed myself staying over one night. It wasn't packed at all. I brought my 21' trailer. There were full hook ups. Picnic tables on each pad. All supplies are provided to go fishing. If you have no experience fishing they will set you up. They even clean the fish for you when you are ready. It's great for kids who become inpatient. With in an hour the kiddo and gramps pulled in 7 nice size rainbow trout. They charge 70 cents an inch. I thought that it was totally worth it. The family who hosted the sight were very friendly and nice. They have several friendly kitties that hang out around the pond. There is a very friendly dog that visits with you as you fish. It's close to town and stores.

Fun place to fish for trout with the family! It was raining the day of our visit, but we still enjoyed ourselves. They provide everything you need to fish; license, poles, bait, bucket, rags, etc. They will even prep and bag the fish for you to take home. For beginners like me and my family, great place to go fishing. Friendly and helpful staff made our visit memorable. Prices are fair as they provide a wonderful service and experience. Will return again when it's not pouring!

What a wonderful find! We had to change our arrival time and date last min and Stacy was so pleasant and accommodating. The RV park is not huge but just the right size. You have a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains, yet just far enough from town and close enough to town that you feel like you are not on top of everyone. The Sites are a lil tight but we had plenty of room for our 37ft trailer.The bonus to this place is the fishing and amazing service. Stacy and her family have been here 20+ years and give you he impression that they would give you he shirt off their back to be helpful.The trout fishing was awesome and they will clean the fish for you which is a nice touch. My two boys had a blast fishing and running around playing with the family dogs and animals.Cant say enough if you are looking for a cozy, very affordable place outside of town this is your place.Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Always a great time here at this lake. We catch lots of fish, friendly owners and they clean the fish for you. Great place to bring the family!

Only came here to fish and I wasn't disappointed. We caught 10 trout in about less than an hour. It's 80 cents per inch to have it cleaned and gutted. The guy working there was super nice and wore a mask the entire time. He even gave us a list of recipes and different ways to cook the trout! I included a photo of the final dish we made. We went with grilled trout.

It s not what it is without it s host, Stacy.She made the stay pleasant and helpful. I can see how it attracts the retiree demographic, but if she were to add a little playground for children, it would be the ultimate family attraction. We enjoyed fishing and cooking our fish. Thank you!

Our kids, 3 and 6, had the best time fishing at the RV park. It is a hidden gem. My son even caught a fish without bait. Stacey is so nice and helpful. It is a must when traveling through New Mexico.

Our family had a blast here. Very reasonable price to catch delicious rainbow trout and they even clean them for you. Kids loved catching fish and cooking them up later for trout tacos. Great experience with super laid back and friendly staff. And very reasonably priced (basically only charge for the fish you catch).

This was our second time back, and just like the first time, we enjoyed our stay and the rain made it an even better and fun experience. We don t have an RV or camper yet but we got a mild rough experience with our camp set up, the owners are awesome, accommodating and welcoming. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a mild camping experience or if anyone has a hauler, RV etc head out there, it s not too deep in the woods and it s not too close to the city. Will definitely be returning in the near future.

Took the grandson here and had a great time ! He caught five good size trout before I cut him off... the woman that worked the pond showed him how to clean the trout, let him clean one , and was patient and kind... took the trout to the cabin and had a home cooked feast . Great spot and much cheaper than buying all the gear and out of state license ... guaranteed success on vacation experience !

If you're wanting to catch fish... this is the place. We brought our kids (2 and 4) to fish here and had 10 fish in as many minutes. Staff was fantastic. Experience was very easy and enjoyable.Later on, I dropped my phone into the water while juggling my toddler and his 12inch trout... The owner and her son took no time to jump into the cold, cold water (with me) looking for it. Luckily, we did find it. But the willingness to jump in and the kindness to help in all ways stood out to me more than the experience - which was also top notch.We did also cook and eat our caught fish that evening for a 5 star meal.Would 1000% recommend and will definitely be back!

Kids had an absolute blast! Don't think they would be able to catch a real live fish as easy anywhere else. Definitely coming back!

This place was awesome! I have never fished before and neither have my boys. A wonderful way to introduce yourself or others to fishing.The owner was very sweet and knows how to provide customer service.Have you never fished? Go break yourself in here and you won't regret it.

Just awful! The place is overgrown (could be due all the rain) and it s not we ll maintained. The manager, Stacy, is very friendly and helpful and there are some things beyond her control, like the smell of sewage from the nearby treatment plant, but it was bad enough that we left after 2 days of our 5 day planned stay. There are quite a few permanent residents that have junked up the place And the spaces are fairly small. Although there is trout fishing in the pond behind the RVs, you must keep everything you catch and pay $.80 an inch for each fish. The photos on the website are very deceiving.

We had a great time! Three families with a combined 9 boys and they were having a grand time! Each kiddo caught about 3-5 fish. No throwing back so we have them at home and gonna grill them! They offer cash and military discounts. Perfect place for kids to learn to love fishing because they actually catch stuff! Thank you for a great afternoon!

Stacey was outstanding helping us out with trout fishing. Absolute blast. She offered to feed the fish so my daughter could catch some if they weren't biting, but they were definitely biting! Would recommend.
