The new team were so kind and helpful to me. You guys did a great job!!! EDIT UPDATE! I AM HOMELESS, LIVE IN MY VEHICLE AND MY HEALTH IS NOT WELL. A little while after the service, I checked my filter and fluids. The filter WAS NOT changed nor the fluids checked. I guess on top of everythimg else, now i need to do my own services cuz i will not Pay for this kind of service! AND AFTER SPENDING OVER AN HR "DOING A REALLY THOROUGH JOB"!

I had a slow leak in my tire and asked for a repair. My husband does our mechanic work but he wasn t with me and I don t live in Roswell. It was reported to me that I needed a new tire. There was a nail on the flat part but angled towards the wall. I just asked for them to put it back on and add some air. Well when I got home we took it to big o in Alamogordo and they fixed it no problem. Thank goodness for honest service people. I can t say enough about big o in Alamogordo. They are awesome.Service: Tires

I knew the reviews, I had no other option on Easter Sunday . 2hours, for a patch. There s like 7 people working, yet they work on 2 cars at a time. No reason for it. They re just slow. They re all nice, decent service, just slow. One kid doesn t know what he s doing and sadly they had him in my car. I watched him stick rows and rows of weights on. Mentioned it to the nice guy that was helping me and he had to go out and correct the kid. Glad I caught it. Just worry about what I didn t catch.

I am not one to leave bad reviews, but this one seems necessary! I went at opening time to have a tire fixed as I was pressed for a family matter out of town, they were the only shop open in roswell that day! Simple tire fix 15 minutes tops, but I understand people have bad days, so let's say 45 minutes max! I sat and waited for over 2 hours for a simple patch, I watched the tire tech walk around and talk to others and lolligag around, I even watched the manager go out and see how things were going, but no speed increase was noticed, I was told when they were writing me up that it would only take a few minutes, so I could keep my plans for my family matter out of town, the tire techs name was Sean and the manager at the time was jason, at 2 +hours, my ticket was only 16 dollars, which I felt it should of been free for how long it took, but none the less, at 16 bucks and 2 hours there is no way that they are turning a profit, I think it's time a general manager has a meeting with his team.Service: Tires

Wish I had read the reviews before going here. Slowest shop I have ever seen. With only 1 oil change and 1 valve stem replacement in front of me it took them over 2 hours to tell me they couldn't patch my tire. Zero sense of urgency in anyone there.

Terrible customer service, bad attitude and zero professionalism , they said they are going to open at 10, but they took 15-20 minutes to do so, starting attending people until 10:15-10:20 a.m.As we had another compromise we asked if we leave the pick-up, but they did not want to take the order until they finishing changing tires for other person.We were not asking to be put first than the other person just wanted for them to take the order, is there just one person working that there is not anybody that can log our service request or something?Service: Oil change

Took half an hour to find my tires nobody at the place other than me and the five techs standing around. Took over two hours when they told me one tops and they really milked the job while I stood in the cold waiting since I couldn't enter the waiting room or store. They really need to get thier act together if they're not going to close during the pandemic. They really insured I will not shop Walmart for tires ever again!

This location took 3 hours to change 2 tires. There was one car in front of mine and they changed their one tire in 20 minutes. I literally sat here and watched the one guy working on my car, stop and have a 30 minute conversation with another work before slowly walking over to my tires to put them on finally. Once I said something to the manager and this point it was an hour past their closing time and he was more concerned in clocking out and leaving than seeing why his guys weren t working. I am really annoyed at the lack of customer service and consideration for other people s time. At least the manager could have asked his employees what the hold up was rather than clock out and leave.

Showed up to have a tire checked out 1 hour and 10 minutes till closing. Said they were closing shop and couldn t look at it. Offered to put more air in the tire like that was going to help. Made the excuse they only had one person working the counter when there were two others that had just finished working on another vehicle in front of me. Don t use Walmart auto. Go use a local shop you ll get treated better and they won t make excuses.

We went in to get our tire fixed due to a nail. They said it would be about an hour and 45 minutes. We didnt mind we understood it's called first come first serve so wait your turn. Well about 40 minutes later a girl comes in and she needed the same thing her tired fixed. We finally walk back after an hour and a half and they had already pulled in this girls car and started to fix her tire before ours! The manager Pete acted as if he didnt care! So I went and found another manager who happens to be a co manager named Lidia! She assessed the situations apologized for the situation and fixed the situation! Exactly what a manager should have done as well as anyone else should have done in the automotive department! She told the guys to pull that ladies car out and do our now. They agreed but didnt do it! Our car sat there in the air for 45 min. The went back to the other girls car and fixed it! More mad then I already was I went back to got Lidia! She came to the automotive department and did what any manager would have done. She corrected it and made it right!! She showed us she cared! So thank you so much Lidia! You took care of us, and we appreciate everything you did!

Lazy, unprofessional, disrespectfull, employees . Took two and a half hours to install 4 new tires. Employees would stop working and go talk to one another every couple of minutes, then slowly go back to their work station. Would not recommend using this shop for anything. Had an appointment at 5pm, took 3 hours for them to change tires. I will never go back, first and last time I go. Guys just standing around talking, worst service ever. If I could give them a 0 star I would.Service: TiresService: Tires

This Walmart sucks. I ve went about 3-4 times to get a oil change and once there was 1 car in the bay and I was 2nd. They said it would be about 2 hrs for a oil change and it was around 430-5pm. So I left and decided to go back in the morning around 8-9am. Well same thing they said it ll be about 2 hrs. I said 2 hrs for a oil change that s pretty ridiculous Judging from the fact that there s one car in bay and I m next. They are really slow at what they do. I feel like at times they tell you it s going to take so long so they won t have to do it or stay late which they wouldn t have to if they actually had a good pace of doing things . The last time they actually did my oil change yea they took 1hr and 30 mins and tried to charge me for full synthetic when I asked for conventional . Better to get a set of ramps,oil pan and oil and filter and do irnos yourself . Might not be as cheap as Walmart but at least it ll take you 15 mins to change your oil than wait 2hrs + .

Dropped off a spare tire to get fixed that another Walmart had messed up and they had us waiting for 3 hours. Turns out the tire was finished and they never let us know it was done even though they saw us waiting. Then they were going to try and still charge for the tire.Service: TiresService: Tires

My husband took his gmc to get a oil change he specifically told them its takes 8 quarters well guess what they only put 5 quartes and still charged a extra quart it was 3 quarts low this is so irresponsible .Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I went a 6pm took over anhour and 40 minutes to change one tire then 15 more minutes to pay and get out door...service was just lacking and 3 workers and 3 different jobs it actually took one dude that long to put a tire on rim wth...had to flag down a associate that was another dept to get my key andvbuzzed out damn door

Posted closing time is 7:00pm. Stopped by at 6:30pm and the place was locked up and all the lights were out. What is the reason for posting hours of operation if you are going to open and close whenever you feel like?

Ordered tires before I had them serviced. When I went to have them put on the order was wrong. The people in front of us waited 3 hours for tires.

Our tire was low n they offered to fix the. Leak for free. We just moved here so its a nice welcome. We will. Buy our new. Tires from wallmart

Bought tires at Walmart went to get a nail out guy said they couldn t patch it supposedly probably trying to make me buy new ones went to another tire store they patched up hole in less then 30 minutes and aired up all my tires !

Came in for a flat tire the tire was new but nail too near the sidewall, had to purchase a new one, they were prompt and efficient, thanks

Rude management, poor service, and when they balanced my tires they were 2.25 ounces off.That was after the second balance they did.

Service was good, once my car got in there it went pretty quick. Manager Steven was nice and very helpful
