We did not use Tom's to tow our vehicle because they were honest enough to tell us they could not get to us in a timely manner. They recommended someone else and we were able to get help.There is no higher value than integrity and Tom's demonstrated high integrity by putting our safety first and by suggesting a quality strategic ally in their industry. For that, they deserve a full five stars.

I was involved in an accident and had to have my car towed, the police called "their guy". And let me tell you, these folks were so great!! Very helpful.

Our car was flooded and we called this company. They answered the phone right away and sent someone out right away as well. Paul even gave us a ride to our hotel afterward. Great company! Excellent service. I do recommend Toms Towing for any of your service needs in regards of Tow. The staff member was awesome she explained and did all her work professional. Good attitude. That is a pointer for me

Took more than an hour to pick up the car. Very rude... racist saying they were American..But they looked more Mexican than me damaged the car. DO NOT GET THIS TOWING COMPANY.
