This store in Roswell NM, has some of the most skilled & kind shop employees! These guys are quick & beyond helpful! The valve stem on my tire was leaking air out at a ridiculous rate! It was around 630-7pm & we just wanted to get back to Portales! Everything was closed! So I can t explain how thankful I am to the 2 guys who helped my daughters & I! They had my car in & out in less than 10 mins! They removed my tire, fixed it, put it back on & they even checked my other tires! Having highly skilled hands in a shop > is what makes this shop > 1 of THE BEST I ve EVER DEALT WITH! I/We definitely recommend these guys to anyone & everyone!

I stopped by the tire department at 6:30pm. The posted hours of operation say the tire department is open until 7:00pm on Thursdays. Doors were locked and lights were off. What is the purpose of posting hours of operation if you are going to come and go whenever you want? I ve been a member for 7 years. This has me rethinking renewing for for number 8.
