Well what can I say I worked with Thomas Martin and the team at Roswell Nissan. They were very informative and went above and beyond with their customer service. It s not very often you get an honest dealership I would highly recommend this Dealership for quality cars and customer service. They explained all paperwork, process and helped me find a car to suit my needs. Thank you guys!! I will be back when I feel that dodge Charger coming on or Nissan Z lol

I Purchased, a 2019 vehicle there. The sale went pretty smooth. The sales person was OK. I tried to be friendly and make him laugh a little bit. That was kinda hard. I had issues with my battery. It left me stranded 13 days later. Tried to reach out to the sales person. No response I called the dealership spoke with about three people one girl there recommended that I boost my car and drive it 500 miles round trip , just so they can CHECK my battery that was a big no for me. I finally got Jonathan Smith on the phone. He was so caring and understood. He offered to replace my battery. I paid for it and they offered to reimburse me. Thank you Jonathan Smith, may God bless you and all that you do..Thank you for caring

Nathan and Nick exhibited the professionalism too often lacking in the dealer experience. Their willingness to work with me, rather than push me, led to my having a high degree of trust in them that a fair deal could be reached. Excellent experience. I couldn't be more pleased with the process.

As you read all the other reviews from people that gave five stars, you will notice that the dealership ASKED someone do that . It doesn t take long to figure that out You came here to read reviews before you make a purchase, take the advice you read for its 100% accuracy . For any dealership!!! Look for genuine reviews.. All you gotta do is read the first 10 reviews .Let THIS review make your final decision. I m telling you right now, go SOMEWHERE ELSE . Run.A few REVIEWS BELOW, THIS ONE, YOU LL SEE ANOTHER ONE STAR WHERE SOMEBODY STATES THEY WERE LAUGHED AT WHEN THE DEALERSHIP SOLD THEM A FAULTY Vehicle..By the response of the dealership, and by the genuineness of the review, you can absolutely tell that this person was absolutely laughed at The dealership is a mess.. If you end up with no other choice or you don t take this Advice Seriously, be aware of Lorenzo (car sales scam artist) he is a liar and a crook.I have been a customer of his . Don t do it

Service staff was friendly, knowledgeable and also recommended additional services that I felt were a good add-on to my oil change. I was called when my service was complete and the service rep went over all that was done when I arrived. I LOVE my local Nissan Service center!

They worked on my Titan several times did the inspection hundred percent as it supposed Did a fantastic job on the maintenance they re fast, professional, kind and helpful even though I bought a truck somewhere else I still take my vehicle to get maintenance there

Had the best experience with our vehicle purchase today. Johnny and Drake in sales were the best, so helpful and nice! From the moment we walked on the lot everyone was so great. Juan in finance sealed the deal with the customer service experience. If you are looking for a vehicle go see the guys at Roswell Nissan.

Chris V. was an amazing salesman. He was honest and showed me cars that I could realistically get in to and loved. He noticed my interest in the Altima before I even said anything. I will definitely be recommending him to anyone I know that is in need of a vehicle. Best salesman I ve ever had at a dealership!

Absolutely terrible customer service! I bought a 4Runner from this dealership on August 31st and when my tags were ready to be picked up I informed the dealership that the front two speakers in the car were blown out. They scheduled me an appointment to get them looked at and proceeded to tell me it would be 700 dollars to get it fixed when I had the vehicle less than 30 days and said it was my fault. I then talked to Marissa the customer service manager and I misread information online and when I was explaining it to her she laughed at me over the phone. Extremely unprofessional The following day I received another phone call from Kim the service parts manager and she had told me the same thing and worked the price down a measly $100 and said that s the most I can do and Marissa the customer service manager blatantly lied and denied the fact that she ever laughed at me over the phone. They will not admit they knew the speakers were faulty and will not replace them for free when it s something that they overlooked and are going to have me pay for it. I highly recommend that you look at another dealership!!!

Loves this place. And they were very friendly and helpful. Excepted my dealership kept hurrashing me to give them a good review and promise whenever I finished give them a good review that they will give me a full tank of gas.Anyway after I gave them a good review they turned around and don't even bother give me a full tank of gas. And pretended to forget about it instead after many times to give them a good review.After it's pretty bad experienced when it's come to the car dealerships. Just don't trust them period. I meant their promise it's mean nothing as long as you already gave them the reviewed keep in mind.

Everyone was super welcoming in the service department and Kim was really nice and her service was exceptional. I have purchased a vehicle from Roswell Nissan, but this was my first time as a customer to the service department and I had a great experience. I will return for routine oil changes from now on.

My '17 Pathfinder needed repairs while I was on a cross country road trip. Thankfully I found Roswell Nissan on my way to the next destination. They thoroughly checked and repaired my SUV. I was back on road later that day. Excellent service team.

If you could give a sixth star, I would. Bryan, the salesman and Juan the F&I guy, stayed late to accommodate my busy schedule. They re upfront, no nonsense approach was appreciated. The only small hiccup was all but erased by the professional posture of the two employees mentioned. Will definitely push business your way. Bravo Zulu

By far one of the best car buying experiences my husband and I have ever had. We worked with Lorenzo and told him what we needed and he came through with all of our wants and needs. He made this such a positive experience. When it came time to fill out all the paperwork Juan was great and explained everything to us and even kept us laughing. We will definitely go back for our vehicle needs!

Had the regular maintenance on vehicle, The gentleman went above to help me schedule same day because system was down. He went to check on his own to see if an opening was available , called me back and scheduled me same day. I had a trip the next day so it was a great thing, Thank you

Jonathon was very helpful from the beginning. When I first called, he provided me with all the information I requested and even sent me s video and pictures of the car. When we showed up, Jonathon was helping another client so Bryan stepped in and sealed the deal. They were all so friendly and did everything they could to meet our needs.

For several years, we have enjoyed fantastic service on our vehicles by Kim and her service team. The service department is staffed with friendly professionals that provide excellent and effect service.For this reason, we chose Roswell Nissan to purchase a new vehicle the date of this review. Our sales representative, Jessica, was very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient during this process. I was amazed at her level of professionalism.I would recommend this dealership above all others.
