These guys rock!! I've been going to them for a few years now because they give great service.. Had a blow out near Riverside in my big horse trailer rig loaded with horses and they were out there to help me in about 30 minutes and I was back on my way!! Super grateful! It was by birthday weekend!! THANK YOU JUAN!

Best customer service ever. Picked up a screw in one of our 34ft 5th wheel tires fixed, in and out in an hour. Lots of room to pull up to a service bay and then turn around. All employees where supper friendly and helpfull.D & S from Montana thank you again

We stopped in to get our tires balanced mid cross country road trip. They did an excellent job at a great price. We have large 11 ply truck tires and they were able to dynamic balance which previous shops were unwilling to do. Our dog was also welcome in the comfortable waiting area!

I have used tire services all over town and found Powell tire to be the best. They are courtious, very professional and speedy. I personally wouldn't use any other tire service.

Never accept a door dash from here. Got paid 2 dollars and drove across town TWICE because burrito express forgot their food and we aren't supposed to get into the food to see. Door dash is the one who paid 2 dollars at that!! Next time you order a million things off the menu and your door dash driver goes above and beyond to make sure the customers happy "Michelle" make sure to tip them at least something.

Highly recommend! I went in to get my flat tire fixed. Service was great. Everybody was friendly and did an excellent job explaining everything to me. I very much appreciate that they got me in and out in a timely manner. Overall great experience.

Had to have a flat fixed while traveling in our rv. Once the road service got things settled, they came in about 30 minutes. Took the mechanic about 20 to change an inside dually. Was told I could get the others changed in the morning. But when I arrived, it was pull it in. Was like an Indy pit crew. Very happy with the service

It's been 5 months since these guys saved us after a tire blowout in the middle of a road trip. Since then we have moved from NC to CA and still wish we could go here for every mechanical service we need.You guys were amazing, and we hope to cross paths again as you were so kind, fairly priced and went out of your way to help us get back on the road asap.

Excellent. Fast service, it took only 45 minutes to remove and mount 4 trailer tires on the trailer and 6 pickup tires on rims to remove and mount. People were very friendly. We drove 70 miles to Powell's because of previous service.

Could not reccommend Powel Tire enough! We pulled in to check our alignment on a pit stop on our road trip and Tyler pointed out that we needed new tires and not an alignment (he was absolutely right, our tires were about to explode). They didn't have our tire in stock so they drove across town to pick up some and had us ready to go in under an hour. Stoked with the service from both Tyler and Michelle and would definitely trust these folks to not rip people off. 6 out of 5 stars. Amazing.

I got a flat while I was in Carlsbad for Thanksgiving, and had to return to ABQ the day after. I couldn't find my size tire in town so my mom found this place to replace it on my way back, they told her that they had a used one in my size for $40. When I arrived I let them know and they took off my tire. After taking it off, they came back and told me they only had a new tire for $110 in my size. I was already on my way so I had to pay for the new tire that I wasn't prepared for, and claimed they had no memory of the call. My mother called back and they apologized and said they thought they had one, remembering her from early. I feel like I definitely got scammed. Quick service however

A company I am starting to go to. One day I was going to change tires and instead of having me change them let me know the tires were still good for awhile. I am glad they aren't just here to take my money when it's not needed. I went to get my tires installed today on my car, they were quick, and very kind.

Friends recommended this tire supply store. I came in told them the tires I needed to buy and put on and they took care of it. They'll give you tire options rather than pushing the most expensive brands. Price was right, staff friendly and got to it right away. I'd come back again.

Scrolled through the web and seen Powell tires and it was a good choice, seemed to me that it was an all around good shop so I stopped by for an alignment and it turned out great, employees are friendly and professional.

They scratched my Rim on my brand new car when they fixed my flat tire. I told them about it and they sent a check to the Dealer to replace the Rim, and tried to wash their hands clean of the matter. The Dealer ( Desert Sun)couldn't get me a new Rim to save their lives, it was a year later and still no new Rim. I finally got tired of the Dealers run around and gave up on ever getting that new Rim so I went back to Powell and talked to them about it and said for them to just get that check back from the Dealer and give me credit for a set a new tires that I would eventually be needing and they agreed. Well when I went to get them new tires this week they only gave me a $150.00 credit for that scratched Rim, (that costs $300.00 to replace ) instead of the full amount which I feel they took advantage of me and did me a grave in justice, I assumed they were going to credit me the full amount of the Rim and not 1/2 of the value of it. Then when they were done I drove off not satisfied and feeling totally ripped off by them and taken advantage of. Then as I was going down the road i noticed the tire pressure light came on and returned back to Powell tire and told them that they messed up the sensor on the valve when they replaced the tire. One of the guys checked all the sensors then said he couldn't hook up the computer to my car cuz it said that the car needed to be driven for 20 minutes at 15 miles an hour, so i took off down the road towards Artesia turned around and went back to Powell tire and it was still messed up, so i talked to the owners' son and assured me HIS GUYS WERE ALL HIGHLY TRAINED AND WOULD NOT HAVE BROKEN IT and tried to tell me that sometimes the battery goes out in them sensors or they just brake and need replacing and that it would cost ME about $65.00 to replace it. He then said I can have my guy take off the tire and show you the sensor if you'd like, and I said YES I'D LIKE TO SEE THAT, so they took the tire off and I was watching them ALL closely and as they were checking out the Rim I could tell they were all puzzled and whispering and then they started looking all around w/flashlights out looking for something (MY SENSOR THEY LOST). They ended up taking off another tire from my car and removing it from the Rim to check out that sensor to see what it looks like and the owners son finally found my sensor, compared it to the the other one and they put my sensor back on the tire (WHERE IT SHOULD'VE BEEN IN THE FIRST PLACE) and put my 2 tires back on my car and I left. That fixed the problem, my car was no longer showing that the sensor was out . The guys they have working for them are not properly trained as the owners son "TRIED TO CONVINCE ME OF" and if they were so highly trained why did they scratch my Rim in the first place, (oh yeah and the lady in front office told me that that guy had scratched several other people's rims at that same time as well, and I noticed that he no longer works there), and why did the guy loose my sensor in the first place?. There were 5 guys looking everywhere for my sensor, even in the trash can, I could tell the owners son was "TOTALLY BURNING" to. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TAKING THEIR AUTOMOBILE THERE FOR ANYTHING....PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE OR YOU'LL BE SORRY JUST LIKE ME. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN FOR ANYTHING....EVER!. THEIR WORKERS ARE ALL UNTRAINED, INCOMPETENT AND INEXPERIENCED NON PROFESSIONALS AND TOTALLY CLUELESS NINCOMPOOPS. I TRUELY HOPE THAT THEY GO OUT OF BUSINESS SOON. They also broke the radiator cap to my sons truck and made him go buy a new one after they broke it, they should've replaced that themselves, they knew they broke it. POWELL TIRE RIPS PEOPLE OFF AND DOESN'T TRY HARD ENOUGH TO MAKE IT RIGHT.....PLEASE DON'T GO THERE.

Need new trailer tires while passing through. They open at 0730 on Saturdays. They got us in and out very quick and we're cheaper than Walmart!

Check tire light Came on took my truck in to them had them check my tire they found a nail that was not actually puncturing the tire!? I was not charge for there service will go back to do business with them for sure!

Rude!!! I purchased my tires there and then went back for a tire repair. They changed me for the repair and were rude. They didn t balance the tire it rides horrible and now I am at Discount Tire getting it done right. I will never go back there.
