I have been to this O'Reilly location multiple times and each time I always get something dumb. This evening I walk in to pick up my pickup order and the guy tells me I have to pay again.Um, why if I already paid online? He had an attitude, per his usual, and tells me he didn't know but I had to pay. If I ordered online doesn't that mean it's already paid for? This is just one example of many where this employee is a total prick to me and I ways have to come back a second time to deal with someone else.

Great costumer service I d say the best customer service in auto motive hands down in the Roswell area. They are friendly, helpful, and fast. They even do battery installments, head lights and tail lights, and they will even help replace the windshield wipers you buy there. If I need to shop anything automotive O Reilys is my go to place. Only way I will step foot in any other auto store is if I can t get it here first, and they have a never say no policy, plus they will also do price matching so you can guarantee it will be the lowest pricing available.

I recently went in needing a simple part for my car and was treated very poorly. The person went out to look at my car after I explained exactly what part I needed and he didn't believe me so he had to see it himself. He took one look and agreed I needed that part but a more expensive added part to it and there's no way around it. He closed the hood, said to find a mechanic to order the part and walked away.I went to AutoZone. I was heard, helped and given options because they did not have the part I needed. They sold me a similar part, told me how to install it and within an hour I had it installed and my car running again.Simple as that. I am a woman and I know about fixing cars and the parts to use, but the person at o reilly acted like I insulted him by knowing the name of the part I needed and what it connects to. O'Reilly, you lost my business and that of those on the side mechanics in my circle.My advice is to figure out what you need, find a honest mechanic if you need to and arm yourself with all the info you can before going into these stores. I needed a simple part to get my car going and was not even offered or given options other than to have a mechanic order it.

If you are local, you get preferrential treatment. Day or evening, didn't matter. Ordered items in person, the order was not placed with their fulfillment dept. Ordered items over the phone & was told it would be in on Thursday, nope, Friday, nope, Saturday, was fed 2 wrong answers, not available & no record of the order. When asked to explain, the guy said, next in line & wouldn't talk to me anymore. I was neither rude nor agressive. This store # 177 is the worst one I have ever dealt with

They always have what I need.The store is always clean and comfortable.The staff are usually very knowledgeable.I shop there often enough they know me by name.Easy to locate with excellent parking, plus they don't mind if you have to use the parts you buy to fix your vehicle right there in the lot. Ive had to do that several times.

The employees of this store make it worth coming back. In comparison to other similar stores this O'Reilly's beats their customer service by a long shot. They are readily available to answer questions and help find the correct parts needed for the job. O'Reilly's is also the only parts store in Roswell that allows you to order parts without having to pay in advance. If you want knowledgeable staff and affordable options this is the store to shop in

These people go out of their way every time I go in there just to make sure they know what I'm talking about and cannot find what I need they always have what I need though good job guys keep up the great work

The two employees who closed last night were EXTREMELY HELPFUL when my car died at the grocery store near by. They even let me borrow pliars and helped me jump my car. I'm forever grateful.

I traveled from Denver, headed towards Carlsbad Caverns when my car was having starter problems. I Googled the symptoms of my car and another user mentioned that you can get your starter, battery and alternator checked by O'Reilly. I called and the friendly O'Reilly rep confirmed they'd be able to check those items. I pulled in and it was a VERY busy store that night. But, they were able to check all of the items and even helped install a new battery. By the end of my visit, I had contact with all 4 reps and each one was fantastic! I was really surprised how much they were engaged in my issue and willing to make sure that I was 'ok' to keep traveling to Carlsbad and be able to return home. They truly cared. When I got back to our hotel, I told our grandma, who grew up in Roswell, of the night's surprising events and she said that "in Roswell you are treated like family". Thank you O'Reilly and wonderful staff on 7/8/14! I appreciate you and I was definitely treated like family.

I've always shopped at O'reilly's. But I won't be back to this one. It's not stocked very well. I bought wiper blades and light bulbs. One wiper blade was used. Package was just taped back together. One of the light bulbs in the package was also used and burned out. It's package was also taped back together. It was the only packages they had. They need to check before accepting returns. Very disappointed in this store.

I was in today sun the 21 the of May 2 cashier's one didn't know anything about nothing and the other one almost the same way,but I had to find what I needed myself cause of them didn't know what I was talking about,come on Ol Riley's train your workers!!!!computers are not for everyone if you don't have the knowledge to work in a parts store.

Every time I need last minute fluids, parts, or accessories O'Reilly's has what I need. Their representatives have the knowledge to help get things done. Even my wife (not to sound sexist but she is nowhere near car savvy) goes here when a service light comes on in her car. The representatives are able to tell her what is the issue and how to fix it.

Personable and knowledgeable employees but after returning 3 starters within four months that were purchased here I have to take a star. Parts aren t free, warranty is, but replacing the part twice makes my labor free also.

Very rude walked in to store no hello i was standing in line paying and got helped after a guy who wasent in line plus the cashier was rude as well and plus the guy with the glasses separating items to carts was very rude throwing items and kept watchin me like i was gonna steal something. Im a paying customer!!!!

Much like any other auto parts store every employee is busy busy busy. These folks get it done though. Never had an issue returning wrong parts or warranty items. Store hours are comparable to others and the parts are almost always in stock.

Tonight we had a uhaul trailer with the running lights, brake lights , and turn signal lights that didn't work. JoseB went out and helped us within seconds. He was great!!!!! And took care of us right away with some new fuses ! Best O Reileys I've been too.

Great store the employee's there are very helpful and will do everything to to make get what you want they will even call other parts stores and even different buisness parts stores for you to get whatever you need,they go the extra mile to get your business and keep you as a customer ,o riellys is a great parts store.
