Had my oil changed at Jiffy Lube, although there were 2 people ahead of me, I was surprised it took a total of maybe 10-15 minutes. A nice clean small place, and the lube guy who took my payment was very nice and professional, he even shared a little about Roswell. After reading the bad reviews for this place. I was expecting something to go wrong with my car, so far everything seems to be fine. I will probably take my car back after the next 3000-4000 miles for another oil change.

Great place with great service starting from oil change and everything else. Each person was very polite, helpful and wouldn t mind taking time to explain everything in details. Search every possible option to get you the parts cheaper and faster. Definitely recommend.

Just had the best experience! We came in for an oil change and when we left I couldn't get the glove box to close right.We went back and the manager came right out, took out apart and fixed it in 5 seconds. Really really great guy. "Trevor"? Or "Trent"? Anyway, GREAT GUY! Thank you!

Overall the employees were quick, informative, and friendly. I was passing throughout this town and needed a oil change. The gentleman in the bay when asked how much, (because there is not a sign in the waiting room with a price list) he advised me it would be $59.99. I told him awesome, and thank you. When it was time to checkout, the cashier told me that it was $99.99 before taxes. I told her it was quite far off from $59.99. She told me it was because they used a synthetic oil. I told her it that was not the price I was quoted by the gentleman. She said sorry. Like I said employees are friendly, things I would change is don't quote a price that is not you are honoring. Also too many upsales guys!!

I just left this place with my Malibu.They told me the estimated time the services would be for the extras that they added on. Unfortunately it exceeded the time they gave me by a little bit.However here s what I want to emphasize. I know for sure my services that I asked for/paid extra for were done right.Genuinely thank you for ensuring my vehicle was taken care of properly and making sure that it was done the right way.I d recommend this place to anyone and still go to this place (and specifically this location) for my maintenance needs. Thank you!

Was in and out very quick. The work was completed and all levels were checked, vacuumed the floor area,cleaned the windows. Was very impressed with there work. Would recommend this to all my friends. Thank you Jiffy Lube.

I feel like these people have inflated the cost tremendously compared to the same Services I received in other spots in a much quicker manner. However the time that I did spend there allowed me to see that not one single person of the six people ahead of me had a filter that was worth saving nor were any of my tires any good they couldn't Mount and balance them unless they were able to sell me a complete set of tires so I had no choice after the oil change but to pay the inflated price just to leave and obviously feeling very uneasy about my tires however my tires are actually not in as bad of shape as what they were made out to be and more than half of the fluids that were checked off as having been checked or indeed low or needing more fluids added after I left their business so I highly recommend going somewhere else I do however recommend you Jiffy Lube in Clovis New Mexico where I have been many times that's where I'll be going next time againServices: Tires, Oil change

I received great service during my visit! Jeremy went above and beyond to, not only make sure my oil change and tires were taken care of, but personally handled a windshield washer fluid line issue on the spot for me! I waited an hour and a half before someone came to check me in. Once I was checked in, it only too about 15 minutes for the oil change. I would give 5 stars for the change but 1 star for wait time.

Par Excellence! I drive all over the Country and have had oil changes in numerous States. This place has a Highly Competent Crew and a Professional, Personable Lead man on site! "WHICH IS GREAT.27 min in and out, Tire rotation. Fluids, Synthetic & all air filters...Best service I've received in the Good Ole US of A!!

Originally I m from California and if you didn t know JL is the last place you take your vehicles. That being said Travis and his team completely crushed that sad reputation-in every great, amazing, and FANTASTIC way! From Desiree to Travis this entire team went above and beyond to not only help me with an oil change and a what I thought complicated battery problem to a full detailed overview of the health of my vehicle. Huge Thank You! And now store 1993 has my loyalty and every recommendation going forward.

The team here was awesome!! Mark and Kevin were super nice and professional. They didn't try to upsell us or force us into repairs we didn't want. They did what we asked, and we were out of there in like 30 minutes. Great experience overall.
