We were on vacation when our exhaust started making a rattling noise. Being in an unfamiliar town, we googled repair places and chose Golden Rule. What a great decision. The owner was pleasant and got our vehicle in within 10 minutes. Within 20 minutes he had it fixed and at a fair and reasonable price! The facility was clean and comfortable for waiting and the office staff was pleasant. I highly recommend this business!

The owners and staff of this shop are awesome, caring people. I took my truck in for a tune-up and a new fuel pump and was extremely pleased with the work and fair pricing. Not only do they do a great job, but they are there to answer any questions you may have before AND after their work. UPDATE: 5/11/23 I have been going to this shop now for almost three years. This is the ONLY shop I will take my vehicles to.

There is good professional and honest. But sad they kind rude little mean. I ask them only ac cold not ask for parts. We know lot parts for my daughter s car need just cold ac that s it. They keeps ask need too much parts. Now they said can t come back. Unfair, two of my friends said they can come back but why me can t come back. My language not well I am second language English. I guess they not like to commutation with me.

I had an appointment scheduled for 8:00 AM on 4/14/23. Prior to my appointment they took the time to find the muffler and sound that I requested for my truck. Once I arrived from out of town, I was in and out with in an hour. Everyone is customer friendly and they do exceptional work. I love the the sound of the new muffler. (No Drone) My wife even likes the sound. I will be doing business with them again!!Service: Exhaust

I liked the service I got from them a lot. They kept me in the loop about my truck and what was going on and how much it was going g to cost and it didn't break the bank. My mom and sister in law also have taken their vehicles in to them and they did a great job. Will definitely be a returning customer.. just hope not very soon!

One of the employees made a racist joke to my wife. They also wanted to charge an insane amount of money to do the work on her car. i wouldn t go here if my car was on fire!

They are great, every t time I have taken my car to them it has always been fixed right. Never had any problems. Also every one there has always treated me so nice!! I will always continue to take my car there. They are great.

Dealt mostly with Tommy, he was very professional and had great customer service. He also offers Veteran discounts which is a plus. Took my 77 Dodge Pickup and had the mufflers redone, I m very pleased with the outcome. Also the warranty provided of their work is amazing. I highly recommend this business, the prices are fair and the jobs well done.

Owner is rude. Did not get what I asked for. Went back to have them fix the mistake they made. And was told I had to pay for the work and parts again... I do not recommend this place to anyone.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

Scheduled the appointment, dropped off the truck at 8am, ready to go at 4pm after replacing lower ball joints, struts, u-joints and alignment. This is awesome for Roswell, usually the land of ma�ana. Reasonably priced. Thanks GR!

Tommy and his vehicle service personnel are the best in town. Our family owns a total of 7 vehicles ranging from a 1995 ford van to a 2019 Honda; the Golden Rule provides the preventive maintenance, checks and services, and necessary maintenance repairs - for all vehicles.Tommy and his personnel are honest, ethical, competent and fair. I went here to get my modified jeep repaired since since it had an axle leak.I presume the owner came out and inspected my truck in a few minutes. Even though he was unable to repair the part he was nice enough to refer me to another repair shop that would know how so that was very much appreciated.

I came from artesia and they jumped right on my vehicle when I arrived. They weren't busy but still. Very professional and polite. Gave me more than a fair charge and did great work to my vehicle. Will go back there for sure if need alignment or something else they offer.

Everyone told me to be afraid of muffler places, infested with cheapos and sharks. They told me to expect high prices and long waits for trivial fixes. I was no doubt completely surprised and elated when these people did the job in A SIXTH OF THE QUOTED TIME for A FIFTH OF WHAT I EXPECTED TO PAY! They were all helpful fast and friendly and let me tell you, I was shook. Will not go anywhere else again.

We travel with a 5th wheel and got to Roswell with a problem with the engine.I came there after 3 other places turned me down and didn't want to touch my F250. They told me what to get (a special epoxy glue) and took care of my truck the next morning with no appointment and no hassle what so ever!SUPER GUYS!!!!Thank you guys!

Had to get the clutch replaced on my wifes car a second time. The first time we had Tate Branch of Artesia replace it. They did a HORRIBLE job for VERY EXPENSIVE. We brought it to Golden Rule and were treated like family. The quote was 1/2 of what Tate Branch charged us. When we picked it up the total cost was actually CHEAPER than we were quoted! Clutch works awesome. Wife is happy. Life is good. Golden Rule truly goes by the "Golden Rule" and treats others like family. A+ 5 rating from us!

My sons were traveling out west. They had a couple issues. First day the price seemed fair for a catalytic converter. The second day they needed an alternator. $600 for an alternator and some belts seems opportunistic. However, they were able to move on to Colorado.

My Experience with this business started off from a recommendation from another Business there in Roswell. Started off pleasant and kind till I pointed out they botched the job. Things went pretty well south from there. I've been in business for myself for over 30 years in various business ventures. If one single employee ever treated a customer the way I was treated, I would make sure they would be looking for a new job by the end of the day. I'm referring to the tall kid behind the counter with the big mouth, he needs to learn the "Golden Rule" The customer is always right even if they are wrong. That is how businesses Stay in business.Roswell save your money, go some where else.D. Ward

This shop is wonderful... I brought my car in thinking it needed an alternator....they were honest....All it needed was a wire adjustment.I have an old car... I will be back...Thank you guys!
