Good morning this is again another awesome review on Discount Tires with Isaiah helping us out w a friendly greeting & approachable -asking what could he help us with- we jus need our tires checked since we are from San Antonio Texas heading to Denver. I'm in town working and the guys at the shop spent a few hours troubleshooting my Tire pressure sensors. They replaced them and all is perfect. They went above and beyond. I highly recommend this location.

Isaiah was the young man that assisted me and was very knowledgeable about the weight that should be put in the tires for an SUV. He showed me the door panel with the information to verify his statement, gaining his trust.The Discount Tires have a nice easy entrance and exit setup for people just needing their tires check for low tire pressure with this cool machine that tells how much air you have and when to ..Super cool.There was no need to exit the vehicle, they come to you providing great service. You may have to wait a few being they were busy helping paying customers inside, but once they see cars waiting they harry on out.No, there is no charge, not sure if they are allowed to accept tips.

Oscar is the best!!!! These guys went above and beyond to get my car off the tow truck and on the road again. I was 2 hours from home with no spare, they were amazing!!!!

I went in person to show them a wheel I wanted to get mounted and I asked them if they can mount a certain tire size and ask them clearly if they could do it and they told me yes so I made the appointment and I was waiting there for like an hour and they came out and looked at them like three times and after a whole hour they come on and tell me they can't do it that's why I asked clearly so I wouldn't have to be there for a full hour waiting I am never doing business with Discount Tire ever again

I am driving back to Austin and stopped at Discount Tires in Roswell NM. Aaron A checked my tire air pressure and asked about the spare tire. I( know I have one.)Aaron suggested we check the spare tire. I finally said yes. The spare tire was flat Aaron went above and beyond today. Give this young man a raise

Discount tire has always been my favorite for probably more than 30. Yes, they are very professional. They have free air service free tire air service. To make that clear you roll up and they will check your air pressure and add to your tire. If needed, I just really enjoy always visiting discount tire every time I do have tire issues. Or low air in my tires. It is the first place I think of stopping

We were driving to Ruidoso NM and before Roswell NM we were having a low tire so called and asked if they could get us in near closing time. These guys were awesome they got us in and repaired our tire. Thanks

I was in desperate shape when I called and spoke to Chris on a Saturday. He found me the tires I could afford and then Zach and his crew went beyond the call of duty to take care of me. I am more than satisfied with the product and service I received!

I made an appointment online and the staff was done with my car within 30 minutes. Very friendly and courteous. I will definitely go back for all of my tire needs.

I understand the Roswell, NM store may be short staffed but as a customer standing in the lobby along with 7 other customers not being serviced because answering phones was more important it is a little frustrating. Customers in the lobby are there to spend money. People on the phone are checking prices. Not making purchases. If the company was more concerned about profit, calls should be routed to a call center while in store customers are attended to. You lost 3 of the 8 people standing in line this afternoon. I would have been one of the ones to walk away but I was just trying to pick up my vehicle. This isn't a one time incident. When I dropped my vehicle off this morning the same thing was happening. Four people in line and phones being answered first. Another suggestion would be to have an associate just available for those wanting to pick up their vehicle since that should be a quick in and out trip rather than waiting in line for all those who still need to see an associate and make a purchase. Not a positive customer experience and will probably pay more to go somewhere else next time. Time is valuable too

They took care of our needs in the best time they could. We were headed home from vacation and had a blowout on our trailer. We needed to get a replacement tire. They checked out the others and suggested we replace one other. They were busy, but fit us in. Great staff.

Cody helped us patch our tire that had a screw in it. We really appreciated it because we were driving across the country. We had to wait about three hours but it was worth it because we had a safe trip. Thank you for everything Cody!

Had a flat on our big RV 30 min outside Roswell. Rolled into Discount tire Roswell on a spare. We were helped out SO WELL by Carlos the manager and salesman Cody and their team of awesome techs! They fitted us with four new tires on our trailer .We come to discount tire for customer service and DT Roswell did not disappoint! THANK YOU GUYS for getting us back on the road!!! Happy traveling family....

We were driving through Roswell going to Texas, stopped for gas and my husband noticed a nail in my tire. These guys got us in quickly so we can get back on the road. Rob was great and worked his magic to get us in. Thank you Rob for having great customer service.

In addition to waiting in line for a long time while they take phone calls they said it needed 2 hours to fix 1 tire. And I didn't need to take the tire off the car and put it on, just fix it. I'm on the road, waiting two hours for a 30-minute service is unfeasible.

The salesperson, Manuel AP went above and beyond in helping me. I am on a very tight budget right now, and he understood that and did everything in his power to get me in safer tires. His and the garage crew's work is truly a blessing! Their help is so gratefully appreciated!

On a Cross Country road trip and needed to stop in and re balance the front tires. I had a rotation and balance done the day before the trip. They found a issue with a rim. Suggested to go ahead and rotate too, for a smoother drive. Smooth ride now!

I have been a Discount Tire customer for over 20 years. This is my first visit to this location. Rob, the service writer did a great job. I would definitely recommend Rob and this discount tire store for the great service they provide.

Really have to point out the man that helped me isaiah this man was truly a blessing to my family we were on a long road trip cross country on a really tight budget needed 3 tires as 2 were starting to show wire and one was getting pretty bald when we arrived extremely courteous and helped us out greatly got us a great price with fantastic and timley service if wver in the area again this will be the first place i come now 100% best tire experience ive ever had highly highly recommend!
