Did a good job on the install of my sub and amp buttt when I went to pick it up they had said the bottom of my Dodge challenger got caught on one of their pieces that was attached to the floor and ripped part of my front bumper off. They tried to tell me it was broken on the bottom already which caused that to happen. I ve had my 2016 Dodge Challenger for a while now and never had a problem getting caught anywhere. They didn t charge me for the install and said they would fix it but under my car is still broken. All they did was line it up and strew it back on. It s broken under my car and you can see the yellow where they got it caught. Be careful is all I m going to say.

I made an appointment and dropped off a 2016 mustang at 9am for an amp & sub install and troubleshoot of my non-working stereo. I didn't wanna do this myself because I didn't wanna mess up any of the panels or trim so i figured I'll let the pros do it. They called me at 3pm to pick it up telling me they couldn't figure it out. Said he was out his area of expertise and he rather not mess anything up. They didn't even remove any of the panels or nothing. You mean to tell me it took you almost all day just to figure that out? At the end of the day I rather have my car back the way it was than worse. But still it shouldn't have taken you that long just to look at it and say "oh i won't be able to do this" makes you wonder what they did with your car while it was there.

Where do I start... First, it took them almost 8 hours to do the job. The end product looks bad, there are small bubbles a week after install. Icing on the cake they broke my rear-view mirror and one worker tried to play it off that the mirror was already cracked-it was not. I think the owner is a decent guy, but the workers do a sloppy job.

Got window tint done on a brand new 2018 explorer. It looks a mess... had bubbles on my back passenger window and the outside looks like a black marker was used to cover up the tint that was not cut right and had obvious gaps. My front passenger window has a huge bubble in it. I saw this place had good reviews that s why I brought it to them but I m sad to say that it was a horrible job done. Now I m gonna have to pay to have it all removed and redone someplace else!

Each time I've gone in, it seems like they are ignoring me and I have to go get help, but once they are engaging with me, it's 1 on 1. Weird. Haven't decided if I'll upgrade my sound system from them yet.

Highly not recommended for anyone. Very poor quality and terrible service. They never call back letting you know when there is a day available for a job you might need done. Just simply stay away from this place!
