Would give zero stars if able. Where to start the lady behind the counter might be the most disrespectful customer service rep out there. Called for an update after 10 days and she was very snappy, rude and gave inaccurate information just to get me off the phone.Fast forward to picking up my car. They pull my car around and obviously I go to check their work. I immediately noticed that a piece of the bumper they had replaced was hanging off completely unsecured. When I brought this to one employees attention he scoffed, walked over to my car, and beat my bumper into place with his fist. He looked at me and said, better ? And walked past me. (Unbelievable). I then noticed a piece of protective plastic they put on had multiple air bubbles underneath it. They told me they would order another protective piece and replace it.I go to the grocery store and open my trunk to load groceries. I had a bottle of protein in my car that was brand new. The top looked like an angle grinder was taken to it and protein powder was all over my trunk. (How fitting for my experience thus far). When I took it back to have this problem addressed I was told it looks like a rat chewed on it . I can accept that. What I cannot accept, the rat came from their shop, them seeing the mess in my trunk while it was in THEIR shop, and letting me drive off with a $60 bottle of protein scattered all over my trunk. The guy helping me only offered to throw my bottle away. Not replace it, not even a simple gesture to vacuum my car out. (Some quality customer service right there!)Fast forward a week: my car kept making emergency alerts while in reverse. Come to find out my sensors were falling out of my bumper. (Oh boy) I bring it to the shop and I m told that instead of using brand new 3m tape to secure my sensors, they tried their best to clean the original tape and re-use it. They told me I will need to drop my car off and have it repaired.Dropped my car off and was informed they did not order a new protective clear coat plastic, instead, they plan to fix the bubbles they created. Oh, and now they are going to use new 3m tape to secure my sensors to my bumper. Why the new 3m tape they have in stock at the shop wasn t used is beyond me.They fixed my sensors (at least for now) but my protective clear coat plastic still has air bubbles in it.Throughout this endeavor, the manager has yet to speak to me face to face. He sends his minions out to do his dirty work for him. Some quality leadership right there. Explains their top notch customer service! Needless to say I informed my insurance company of how unsettling my experience had been with west mesa auto and they will no longer be sending customers there. I ve also contacted my lawyer and he eagerly waiting to see the results of my car being in the shop this time around. My lawyer had me contact the BBB and report them as well. I don t understand how this place is still in business.Do yourself a favor and stay away from west mesa auto. The management and customer service alone is the worst I ve ever seen. They won t touch another vehicle of mine

They fixed my son's truck in 4 days. It had a dent and a broken tail light. They did a great job and the truck came out really nice. They were always super helpful when I called or stopped in. I had a good experience.

charged way too much for scratch and a few spots for paint. was promised that they would also (as part of the service) fix the other paint chips on the back bumper but never did. charged me over 1100. big time crooks and took advantage. 2 stars because the job was at least done.

Never properly fixed, never even fixed the front of the vehicle, was not ready first time when they said it was since they had not repaired all damage, installed rear windshield wiper improperly, did not test or confirm if all replacement parts work properly, left entire vehicle extremely dirty, could not bother to clean battery terminals to let car hold a charge and told us it was our issue to clean and replace even though this could have been easily performed. Felt outstanding issues were better off fixed elsewhere due to poor workmanship and inability to perform work properly the first or second timeService: Body & Trim

I trust this shop. A few years ago I got rear ended at a stop light while driving my 99 Corvette. I immediately took it to West Mesa Auto Craft. They repaired with OEM parts and the repairs were not visible. Today, I brought in my 2010 Toyota 4Runner for replacement of a rear hatch molding that came loose. Priced very reasonable for both repairs. This is the only auto body repair shop that I will use.

I waited 3 months for a repair of double sided tape and a side fender. Im afraid to wash my truck because the double sided tape they used on my fender is showing.My windshield was also broken during the process of repair and they refused to replace the tint because its not covered by my insurance. Also beware the woman in the front is so rude and will hang up on you if you ask questions.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

These folks had done a great repair on a car a few years ago. However, I have unfortunately had to take my Nissan Titan to them twice. The first time the tail gate need some simple repairs. However, they fail to replace a part that allowed the gate to lower slowly. Consequently, I had to take the vehicle to the Nissan dealer and pay more than $200.00 dollars to make the repair. This current visit was for a simple scratch and a slight dent in the bumper and rear panel. Upon receiving the truck. The AC and fan would not function at first. The passenger side turn signal was flashing very quickly. Either removing or reinstalling the radio antenna they scratched my vehicle near the antenna. There are two chips in the tail gate where it appears that they had struck the gate when reinstalling the bumper. The bumper is not square to the vehicle and my truck bed is misaligned. I showed these issues to the owner who was quite dismissive. I measure the difference in the bumper aligned and returned the vehicle to be repaired correctly. I have already been with out my truck for two weeks. Now it is back in their shop. I really hope they make this right. I try to support local small business but I do expect decent service.UPDATE: I received my vehicle today after three weeks at the shop. I appreciate the shop making an effort to fix the problems they had created. However, the owner was verbal aggressive regarding my previous accurate and factual google review. The truck was original released to me with a misaligned bed and bumper and additional scratches caused by shop. They did fix the scratches and aligned the bed and bumper. What I don't understand is why the gentleman who made the quote informed that the truck bed would need to be shifted in order to paint correctly. Consequently, I felt that I could assist the shop by removing my tool box and hitch draw bar. However, the owner stated that he did not shift the bed. Question then is was the job done correctly? Lastly, why would they not double check the work before attempting to release the vehicle to the customer? Why were they alright with a misaligned bed and bumper and scratches they caused? In short, I left a poor google review because it was warranted. As for the aggressive nature of the owner, perhaps he should not interact with customers or better yet learn to accept responsibilities for his failures and do quality work.UPDATE: I hope that nothing else occurs and this is my last update. When I had retrieved my vehicle early in the morning and the lighting was shadowed. I have not driven my vehicle until today since picking it up. With better light I realized, while putting items on the passenger side of my vehicle that the shop did not reinstall my door mirror correctly and had damaged the boot around my radio antenna. I will not be returning my vehicle to have them make these corrections. I will pay out of pocket and have professionals at the Nissan dealership correct their mistakes and damage to my vehicle. My simple advice is to think long and hard before you take your vehicle to this shop.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I m happy with the service these guys did on my car. Someone banged up the side of my brand new Mazda. But after these guys were done, it was as good as new!They re booked out very far, so the whole process took about 4 months between waiting for them to take my car, waiting for the parts, and doing the work. But after it was all said and done, my car is back in its pristine shape.NOTE: make sure they have all the necessary parts before taking your vehicle in. I took mine in, and a week later they called me and said that the parts weren t in yet, and I had to pick my car back up. If I had rented a car, that would have been a total waste. But I ll keep the 5 stars because my car is fixed and in the end that s all that matters to me.

I'd give 0 stars if I could. A piece of our bumper fell off after getting our truck back. They also took our LED headlights and put in cheap lights that don't work. Claimed to not have our LED headlights just a few days after repair. Very dissatisfied and would not recommend.

Go ANYWHERE ELSE but HERE! Gave me my car back with inoperative windows, lights, malfunctioning door locks, and misaligned doors. Getting them to fix what they finally did fix was a hassle (8 months). They broke some buttons on my dash panel, scratched my gear shifter box, and cracked the 2 mahogany panels on the doors they worked on. Four expensive things (~$3.5k) that were not broken, now in need of repair. There were still other problems that were their responsibility, they refused to fix them. Had to have them repaired by another body shop, pay out of pocket, and absorb the cost of a rental car to do so.Spoke with someone who works at AutoZone who said they did the same thing to them. Wish I read the bad Yelp and Google reviews before ever bringing my car to them. May anyone reading this be spared the nightmare of dealing with these people!This is the worst-run business I have ever encountered.UPDATE: I have reported them to the Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau. Hoping that others who have bad experiences here do too.

When I took the car to the shop he said he would keep me updated. I clearly said car thieves have the key to my car. They broke in my house and took my keys and car. When I picked up the car, no update at all, no key was made, or reprogramming, although it is in my policy. He said, your ins. Co. denied that. Now my door feels hard to open, and he was totally indifferent to me, I knew I made no difference one way or another to him. I may as well have been talking to the wall. I will never be back there, or recommend this shop.

Joe the Counter staff could have been More Friendly as well as informative concerning the wait time on repairs for Our vehicle and service to be performed.Although the Shop was able to get the vehicle in for the Service sooner than the expected appointment date.Concerning the quality of the repair, completed as per estimate.

I haven't had work done yet. However, I dropped in the office and was impressed with the immediate acknowledgment as I stepped in the door. Within minutes I was in the system and they where prepared to keep the car immediately. I will be there tomorrow morning for repairs.

Don't go to them or let your insurance use them. They told me three different stories about my car when I tried getting more information they kept changing what was wrong. Finally got it back with two scratches that wasn't there before. The days they said it would be ready kept changing was well. To make it worse we got it back with an added 100 miles on it. Very disappointed and dissatisfied with Joe and Kelly. Take your car anywhere but to this place.Service: Painting

Back in 2013, I brought a c3 Corvette in to have the frame inspected before I began restoration. $350 for the inspection. Was told everything was fine and began work on the car. Few years later had a mechanic install a new engine (mind you the car hasn't been driven at all, garaged the entire time as work was done off and on). Was told by said mechanic that the frame was bent and showed me where and pointed out how the engine was slightly tilted to one side.. So whoever "checked the frame" at this shop either didnt at all or didn't know what they were doing. Wouldn't recommend under my circumstances, being as a frame inspection was neglected to be done properly.

This autobody shop means business. Steve and his crew had done an excellent job fixing my Toyota Sienna. On top of that, they did it in half a day while other shops can't. Price-wise is very reasonable and I'm very satisfied with the work they have done. I highly recommend this place. FIVE STARS for you guys...Thanks a lot.

I would give this place 0/5 if I could had a paint job done and it came out looking like an orange peel all texture. They told me to pay an extra amount additional to final cost to have it look normal. Then the paint was peeling not soon after. Truck was parked for several days not used. After a couple of days sitting there I noticed a paint chips coming off. Questioned them about and got nothing but attitude back from them just plan rude and made me feel as if I was dumb for even asking why it would chip if it was parked for several days...not to mention I was proud to show of the paint job and I would have noticed the chip when I got home parked and looked over the final product. In closing, I would not recommend their services find a more honest and reputable business!

I've had my vehicles into Steve's shop on several occasions and he has ALWAYS been reasonable on prices and willing to work with me and my schedule. He is a top notch body man and super painter. I appreciated that when my 1963 Thunderbird was having problems he treated it (the T-Bird) like it was his, and gave it his top priority and care. He's a super guy to go to with any body shop needs.
