Called ahead to make sure they could get my oil change done but when I got here the guy was put out that I was there and said it would take hours for a simple oil change since a bunch of them were about to leave and there would only be one tech. No thanks.

Tire pricing decent. No alignments done. The mechanic was very kind and observant. Mentioned my front driver side tire pretty worn. He checked all my tires and filled them. Offered suggestions where I could try to get alignment done. His behavior caused me to purchase my tires there.

The tires were cheaper then everyone else. Bit the customer service at the Auto Care section is very bland and at times seem irritated by anyone. Will have the tire pressure and rotates done elsewhere. Great American tires on the other hand. DEXTROS

All bays were empty , it took them 3 hours to change oil, 1 tech started then went to lunch in middle of oil change. Was told it was completed only to get check engine light oil low the following day. It was never done!! A bunch of clowns trying to be mechanics!!

There is only 1 person working there and it took 3 hrs for a simple oil change because the one auto tech had to do everything in the whole shop including work the register. If you can't wait all day for auto service do not come here for anything.

Went to get a tire replaced under warranty but Manager would not honor the warranty due to alignment problem!! Went to the dealership no problems with alignment!! Still nothing. Service people were so understanding about the problem!! Another person was so upset with the service cashier

I bought 4 tires on a Black Friday event on a carry out sale and when I went to install them, I discovered that one of them was damaged. According to Walmart Policy I had waited too long for the store to be liable and then after some back and forth the store manager gave me store credit (as a goodwill gesture)towards a replacement tire that cost more because it was no longer carried at the store so I had to order it at Walmart On Line . I was told by the tire factory customer service rep that Walmart might be able to get a credit on a return but I must return the tire to Walmart. It was a bad situation that no one was 100% happy about, but at least I am satisfied enough that I will continue to use Walmart Auto service.Service: Tires

Went in for an oil change and instead of them emptying out the oil they emptied out the transmission fluid. So obviously they overfilled the oil but once I drove away all my lights inside the vehicle came on. Had to do a transmission flush with a new oil change, vehicle isn t like it use to be but all the lights are off. Pretty sad the didn t know the different between the bolt and where the liquids come out of. Will never go here againService: Oil change

Had very good service not only with a short wait time and knowledgeable and very friendly/helpful staff but the price for service is competitive and I have only had positive experiences at this location and will be back

Went in to get an oil change. I was told it would take an hour and a half. I asked them to put new wiper blades on and a bulb in my left brake light. They did the wipers and put everything else was checked. That was a lie. When I got home my daughter and son checked it and it was burned out. That could result in someone hitting me from behind or the very least getting a ticket. Not happy.

2 hours to change tires on a Toyota corolla. I was next in line with an emergency flat. Discount tire can change 4 tires and have you back on the road faster than Walmart can dismount/mount one tire that is already off the car. Needed a tire repair or replacement. Very slow. Think sloth slow like in Zootopia. Last time using any of Walmart s automotive. This is ridiculous. Second store today, nice employees but no one works with urgency. It s a shame. Two hours later still not ready for one tire.

Amazing service! Today my husband and I were stranded with two flat tires and ten minutes to close the manager of the auto center took care of us. He still had people he needed to take care of and he didn't leave us stranded. I couldn't be more happy with the blessed service I received today. Thank you so much!

Pay a little more for quick service. Over an hour and a half wait on a simple tire change. People that arrived after me got out before me and they were getting oil changes. Later after complaining they said we prioritize oil changes because we re timed.

Well this place use to have great customer service, but it has since gone down hill. The main issue is lack of attention. When you are asked why you are there and you specifically tell them what you want done and they verbally repeat and confirm your services to later then find out they only complete 2/3 of the task if your lucky and instead of apologizing and correcting the issues they find it easier to call you a liar in front of an audience and make you wait another 2hrs to get right what they should of got right initially. If you are pressed on time find a different location because you are probably gonna have to wait twice for it to be done right.

My car wouldn't start when I was leaving Walmart last Saturday. I am new to the area and didn't know where to tow my car. I was upset and asked the guy at the auto center, right there at Walmart, for advice. He went the extra mile and went to the parking lot to see if it was the battery, and it was. He made sure that my car was quickly serviced with a new battery. He was so kind and helpful. He saved the day for me!! It meant a lot to me! His name is JB and the young service guy that installed the battery is Brandon. Both very professional, helpful, patient, kind, and knowledgeable. I'll always have work done at this location!

Had a tire tread delaminate and took me for a wild ride! Needed tires done before i drove to work in early morning. There's Walmart, ready to get it done. In and out with two new tires today. Great staff back there, clearly hard at work. My visit was swift and painless. (Except to my wallet, haha!) Had the tires I needed, at a great price. Road hazard and everything. Easy sale, and beats (major tire chain here) hands down.

Not very professional wanted me to wait 2 hours or come back another time so I went to a different Walmart had more cars In line for services but they still had me in and out in less than 45 mins!

Service was good but I'll never know how long it really took since I was never called or paged (I paid attention while shopping) so when I finally went to check (after 1hr+) my car was already ready.

When I got here waited over an hour in my vehicle for someone to come out and help me the gentleman inside kept saying he would be right there however he was too busy chit chatting with coworker then to help me went into speak to the man behind the counter and he was extremely rude and disrespectful this is awful customer service I guess what can you expect from Walmart will not be using this place ever againServices: Tires, Oil change

Very sad that it's more often closed due to no employees than open! A combination of management and lazy employment processes are not a successful business move for this place at this time.
