We brought our car in to fix a small hole and left with the crack much bigger. This was at our risk of course. We then were trying to decide if we were going to pay cash or use insurance. The person told us that it would not affect our insurance, but it does after we contacted our insurance company. Buyer beware. We then tried to get an appt closer to home and they never called us back.

I have so much I want to say about Safelite Solutions I will just keep it very brief I was lured in by the 12:50 hour pay but you will work your hiney off for 8 hours a day and then if the vice president of the company's dreams come true because he came to town and told us he prays for horrible storms and tornadoes which I thought was just terrible. They claim to hire from within yet they hired 17 people from the outside two of them came from zytel and even coaches they had been there just three months and they made them coaches and I don't know if this is true but they're supposedly making $20 an hour and my disgruntled I was I thought I was going to have a lot more support than I did I did not but I found a better job a job that actually believes in their mission statement and treats their employees like their people heed my warning stay away

When trying to schedule an appointment Customer representative did not want VIN # of vehicle, instead asked odd questions is there cup holders ? Service team had poor reviews as well. Zero confidence with this outfit. I chose an established local business and, first question, can we have the Vin#. Fat professional service- Horizon Auto Glass!!

This is by far the best call center I've ever worked for. Pay raises come as long as you do your job and meet your stats. I've been here since they opened and they've come a long way. I remember when there was only one night job coach. What I love most is that management listens to feedback and they take action. They do their best to make the employees happy.

Appointment was for Aug 19th 12pm - 4:30pm.... Spent all day waiting around..checked appointment on website...no call no show. Wasted time.

Originally based out of Ohio, the best CEO in the world. He really knows how to run a company, built entirely around their employees. The vision for this company is excellent. Employees aren't just a number, and can submit changes to pretty much anything to higher management in writing, and improve their call-center surroundings. Was an emplotee here, but never a customer.

I worked there pre-pandemic and when it hit. Started off at 12 an hour by the time I left was at 17, now it looks like they start you at 18.During lockdown we were all sent home. The company paid our benefit selections for us until we came back. The owner made several videos to keep us informed. Was called back and asked to start work from home. Support was rough then but they worked on it and asked experienced employees to help newbies.Skype/Microsoft Teams conversation all day to get help and stay involved. Company celebrates holidays for employees and keeps it fun.Good place to work but gets boring. Stats are easy if you show up and just simply read a script.

Definitely not a good place to work! There are alot of sexual predators employed here. The company says they have a "no tolerance policy" for sexual harassment. But unfortunately they do not follow that policy. People do hard drugs and drink in the restrooms constantly. This place is very unsafe to work!

Decent place to work although employees are treated like temps for the most part. The pay is fair but I really can't say it's good or bad. It's just another place to work and pass the time by clocking in and clocking out.

I work here and have since opening the building. They have a break room with a mini store and really awesome vending machines with healthy choices. Lots of perks even for those who work part time, its hard to keep track!

Customer service is very poor, I picked up my vehicle and was told I only had to pay deductible of $100.00. After work was complete and I picked it up I was told I had to pay the difference of my windshield because it was O.E.M glass( which apparently they only cover after market glass) that was installed which was another $300.00 I am supposed to pay. Very very poor communication and claim process. Would HIGHLY recommend taking your business elsewhere.

This Company will not Pay you when you send the invoice to them for the work they agreed to pay for. I have faxed it 3 times, called, and emailed. It should have taken one simple fax and then one simple phone call after they didn't receive the fax that i have confirmation that it went though. When I call someone always answers after 20mins of holding that is so rude it makes you wonder if they are bill collectors as a second job. All for a 60 dollar bill... My time is Valuable and i don't like when people Waste it. They asked for the Customers signature, the VIN, The referral number and Part numbers on the invoice, So i sent it and i got an email saying it was denied. So i called to find out why and the rude fellow i spoke with told me they had no record of it getting denied or receiving the fax but i received the email denying it. So then he says to email and fax it and if that dont work call back.....? Give me a break BAD SERVICE HELLO YOU GUYS CALL ME WHEN YOUR READY TO PAY ME

I worked here for some time good pay however lots of corporate lieing. I won awards for yearlys and customer commitments. Until 6 months ago we were forced to get a certain amount of credit cards. Job can give you PTSD from listening to 1000s horror stories. They take all hurricane,disaster,fire,etc. home/death first notices of loss. Training was incorrect in relation to HR and company rules. Location is in Bernalillo I was coming from South Valley and the worst traffic was in Bernalillo construction some times 45 minute problems, Safelite did not care but we did get in trouble for late when their is nothing we could do. Their is a massive turn over rate classes have 30 people after 6 months only 2 or 3 remain from 30-40 people some times less. The cafeteria store, all lunches are about $10. Holidays are a requirement. I have seen people drink in the parking lots, after hearing hurricane house losses for hours I have seen people throw up. I have seen ambulances take workers out at least once a month, their are like 400-600 employees so it does happen. A supervisor once said ok dont pay attention and lets get to it, as paramedics are wheeling out the employee. Everyone is realy nice and pay raises are easy however the job of listening of family deaths or family members bodies trapped in houses or car deaths does make people weird in the smoking area so to say. It is a interesting place but I do not recommend it, management is always trying to win NM workforce of the year and this last year we were forced to vote yes lol they had us do it during business hours was a whole thing. I didn't like it.

Went there for a customer svc rep job interview 3 weeks ago.. thought it was all sewn up but I apparently "may not have been what they were looking for"...and back when I lived in Bayonne NJ we used their company to replace our windshield and we liked their customer service/appt rep and their field tech who did the job..and I had a fantastic phone interview and face to face interview...did a great role-play reading of the customer svc script with a manager... disappointing...

I was told by Richard Diab that this place hires felons. He had a hard time when he got out of prison finding a job and they open the doors for him. He's making great money here at Safelite. They allow you lots of overtime Richard states . If you're looking for work check them out. It's called Safelite AutoGlass located by the end of Hwy 528 and Bernalillo.

I have worked here for over a year and a half, and have had 5 job coaches in less than 6 months no one knows why, outside of that its a good place to work

Horrible place to work. You are unable to get any time off and the management is horrendous. You are better off working at McDonalds than here.

This company will not pay us we have faxed and emailed the invoice 16 times since November 30,2017 and it is march 22, 2018 I have problems getting paided every time

Safelite did not give me a chance to learn all the jobs they trained me for as a new employee they over trained me and then just let me go what a waste of everybody's time

HORRIBLE INSURANCE WHEN IT COMES TO PAYING FOR THE WORK THATS BEEN DONE FOR THE CAR. WE DID THE WORK FOR A CUSTOMER AND ITS BEEN OVER A MONTH AND THEY STILL GIVE US THE RUN AROUND AND PUT US ON HOLD FOR HOURS AND THEN HANG THE PHONE UP. WORST INSURANCE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH.
