Great customer service and employee knowledge of car and truck plus SUV replacement parts. Also the out of stock process of the length of the waiting time for delivery of part's not in stock. It took a matter of hours and I waited for a few hours and then went back to the store and walked out with the delivered part.

I was trying to get some windshield wipers and they made it as hard as possible. I went across the street to AutoZone and got way better costumer service.

I usually always get most of what I need here. Typically, they have good stock, and if not, they can get it quick. The only issue I really have is the last 2 years I've needed stuff, It is the wrong part (after giving a knowledgeable description of what is needed).

Bought a radiator from these guys. It was used. The box was marked by a shop as a return part and when I pulled it out the fins were bent and it had bugs in it. I should've noticed this before I left the store yes but I was in a hurry and shouldn't have been handed a used product to begin with.

Called 6 times this morning, no answer.This happened last time I called for quotes on parts needed, which was 6 weeks ago. I ended up going across the street to AutoZone and purchased the parts needed.Looks like AutoZone will come through once again.

Two years ago, I went to purchase some windshield wipers. My product was looked up immediately for a quick purchase but the staff worker also offered to install them as well. Just yesterday my kid went to do the same & told me that the great service was still in operation, install was offered as well. Love the consistent, efficient and kind people there!

Just want to say thank u Oreillys! Had a dead car battery this morning. Single mom and didnt have help so i ubered to get the new battery..had difficulty getting an uber back home...thank u for letting me hang out and shoot the breeze until my ride finally got there. Car is running like a champ now. That was very awesome customer service in my book!

I went in to this Rio Rancho location to purchase a car battery and the installation is included (says it on their website) but a young male worker there told me we can t instal it because there s only 2 workers here but keep in mind that I was the only customer there. I was stranded with my battery dead and my 2 toddlers in 95 degree heat. He was lying because he was too lazy to instal it. I managed to get a jump start and got my car started and I drove to another location near my home (Ventana Ranch location) and they were so nice and professional and installed my battery right away and Let me add there was only 2 workers there too and 5 customers. I called the manager that same day and the young worker had lied to the manager and said that he told me if I would wait he would instal the battery but that is not true at all, I was the only customer there at that time and he never said that to me, and to top it off the managers response was well it is what it is bad things happen to good people like seriously? They are so unprofessional at this location and so is the manager.

Micheal and Caitie were excellent help! I needed to get a battery tested and they were very friendly and knowledgeable about all my questions. My battery tested bad (which tested faster than expected) and I got excellent recommendations on a new one. I appreciate my O'Reilly's team and will continue to give my business to them.

Waited at the counter for help. Saw employees talking with people, and not about parts. They saw me, but made me wait. Finally I was asked if I needed help. I gave the clerk my yr,make & model of my car. I just needed tail light bulb. After getting it home, I realized I was sold the wrong bulb. Little disappointed, because I was lending my car out to a family member to go on a trip. They ended up buying at a different store.

I stopped in to get my rotors turned and the 2 workers told me they didn t know the specs and tire out they were closing in two hours so they just didn t want to stay and give good customer service! I went to the one on 550 and tanner immediately took care of my rotors for me! He is very knowledgeable and always wanting to help!

We were about to be headed home on a 10 hour road trip from Albuquerque, but woke up with a dead battery on our car. We got it jumped and tried to get help at an AutoZone first, but they couldn't help us.Fortunately, O'Reilly was right across the street and in no time, Wes got us a new battery installed and we were on our way! They were amazing and Wes was a real joy to chat with as he got the job done!

Always have what I'm looking for. Price is the premium however. Quality is not the difference from store across the street. Customer service is good to better then the store across the street but most of the time I've already done my research on net and tell them what I need!

I have super mixed feelings one guy was just completely lazy which I think worked out cause his bad character was noticed by a great employee that came on over and completely did his job. If it wasn't for the one lazy limb it would of been perfect. So for that they loose a star

Usually I have no issue getting the right quality part from this store. Today they could not tell me what sensor, belt, or pcv valve goes into my very common vehicle. I can see what they see on a website. I need their expertise. Not today. Lost sale and customer at that location. Not pleased leaving empty handed when I intended to get the standard of quality the store is known for.

They hooked up the computer to our truck to let us know which cylinder was having the misfire. Got a new coil, replaced it, and everything worked just great. Very friendly and helpful.

The store managers doesn't honors their warranties they make excuses why 'you are at fault' so any warranties that you might have they wouldn't make you pay for the same part again. In other words go to AutoZone if you want to buy parts at a warranty cuz they do honor it

Been coming here for a a while now.What really sold me on here vs any other auto store around Rio is the service. TBH, when I call here, I usually get a younger sounded guy. Kinda rude, or just gives short responses really.But every time I have been in person, I get just quality service!!!!The older guys in there are what's up. Jr and I believe Walt is the other guys name?Man, I tell ya! Being a younger female, I get the run around at some other brand name auto shops like this. But not here.The young girl is nice too and sounds like she knows her stuff. She has quite the rapport with the regulars so that's cool to see!Great ppl, great service, good prices! If they don't have it, they're willing to order too!
