I want to give David Carrillo a BIG thank you for making it so easy to buy a car. David knew the perfect car for me. He answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. He went over and beyond in making sure my new car was spotless when he turned over the keys.The back story, on how I landed up at M & F Auto is one of pure fate, that will be told for a long time to come. Just ask David.I want to also thank Junior Estrada for the speedy process of getting me approvedand going the extra mile in obtaining an awesome rate. It made a huge difference.Last but not least, I want to thank John Valdez for making me feel like part of the M & F family by making it fun and easy to get all the paperwork done quickly.The wholo team at M & F Auto Sales are great at what they do! I recommend visiting them; you will be happy you did.

From the first phone call I received, I had a great experience working with David Carrillo. He was very honest, helpful, friendly, and most of all genuine. He did whatever it took tonight to make sure I loved the vehicle I chose with his help. He was not pushy nor impatient even after being there a couple hours after they closed for the day. He went above and beyond and I would recommend him to anyone wondering if they should stop by. I would also say to ask for him by name. You will not regret it. I will definitely recommend M&F to anyone I know and David made it all the more worth it. Definitely a 10/10! The whole team at the Rio Rancho location are amazing. Thank you!

Review updated with two edits below.Jude Laris was a great help. He was very patient and easy to work with. I got a great deal on my new car.Edit: This rating is now 1 star. The car they sold me ended up having a few issues. I took it to M&F twice and they didn't solve the issue. Eventually they scheduled an appointment at the dealership under manufacturer warranty. The car has been there nearly three weeks for transmission work. The issue is something that should have been caught by M&F but apparently their quality checks aren't very thorough. Be very weary of buying a car from M&F and get a third party inspection before even considering working with them.Edit 2: M&F did reach out to help solve the issue. The car will need a new transmission. I'm currently waiting for it to be installed.

David Carrillo was fantastic, friendly, charismatic. Helped a lot with the pricing of what we thought would be more reasonable. Told him we were on a time crunch and he did everything he can to make it as quick as possible for us as well.

Jude at the Rio Rancho location was awesome he worked with us in buying my daughter her first car. He took the time to listen and work around her budget. Took care of me and the car, making sure everything was working and pristine before I got off the lot and even had the service techs fix a few minor things! This was the best experience I ve had at a car dealership ever!

This place was great! Showed up with my wife to just look at some vehicles for her, we were approached by David Carrillo and he just had a very comfortable energy and really wanted to help us find something. He helped us with every step along the way. Everyone at M&F worked hard to get us into a vehicle, including Luis and John who even stayed late just to try to get us the best deal. We are very thankful for this experience, they made everything easy and used no pushy or aggressive sales tactics. Thanks David and M&F!!

We had such a good experience with Jude when buying our Tacoma. He was able to meet our price for trade-in as well as what we needed on the Tacoma and we didn t waste our whole day there, which is impressive considering buying a car is not a fun ordeal.Thank you Jude!

Fantastic dealership! The salesman I worked with is the most genuine and caring person to work with. His patience is unmatched and I ve never had a better experience with car sales anywhere else in the state. Highly recommended and definitely ask for David Carrillo!!!

My boyfriend and I came in later in the day and Jude welcomed us at the door. Despite it being late, he was more than happy to help us find a car. We left with a 2022 Nissan Altima :) Very good experience with Jude!

I was very pleased with my purchase. Jude was an awesome salesman. I was never pressured into buying anything I wasn't happy with, and he was very patient with me finding something for me, and my family. I would recommend this auto dealership to anyone over big car dealerships if you're looking for a really nice used car. Mine looked like it never left the previous owners garage. The rest of the staff was very friendly, too.

Great experience with M&F Autos.! This was my second time working with them. I purchased a Jeep from them in 2015. They truly work with you with the best deals. I highly recommend this auto dealership.
