Went in for a plain ole oil change, and it was very busy. They were working their butts off to make sure we all got in and out fast. There were about 4 cars ahead of mine and it took about 40 minutes total. They showed me my absolutely filthy engine air filter and I opted to replace it for a good price. But then I got it my car and they even cleaned my absolutely filthy car. I was headed to a car vacuum right after and I was amazing to see it done. Then I drove and my car actually sounded new again. Excellent service. There's a reason there's a line and it was worth every minute. Thank you!!

Worst tire shop I have ever been to staff not worried at all about getting you in and out. I spent three hours waiting for tires to be put on and it was taken in right away. The manager on duty is more worried about chitchat than making sure things are getting done.

Very nice young man waited on me and worked on my car. Didn t push sales like some places do and they were pretty quick to get it all done too. I ll definitely be going back.

When I arrived, I was offered coffee or soda. There were no cups to be found so I informed an employee who said I guess we re out of cups. No problem, but no apology nor said they would inform manager. When car was finished I noticed that the carpet was not vacuumed on drivers side. Employee was told and they said would you like me to do it? I said sure, if possible. They drove it back in and just did the one carpet side in front seat area, and unfortunately I don t think vacuum was working very well because still looked a bit rough considering. Then I noticed I was missing two valve stem caps so I asked if they may have forgotten to replace them? The employee said they may st have been missing prior, but I just filled tires with air two days before and they were on then . Regardless, if they were missing, why didn t they replace them, or offer to replace them? Finally, an employee put reminder sticker on windshield, only they stuck it to the old one without removing it first. These are minor inconveniences, but they seem to add up to an unexpected disappointing visit. Especially when the cost of a simple oil change has expanded to over $90, I expect perfection.

It was good customer service. Just the prices are unreasonable and they charge you for everything. They charged me to top off fluids . Never had that done before. It s good if you need something quick and easy but I wouldn t go there again

Man, this place is the worst. Employees ignore you when you talk to them. I literally had to raise my voice to get someone's attention. Showed up for ONLY an oil change and the rep tells me that my brake lines are leaking. Took it to BIG O immediately after (where I recently had my car serviced) and they said it was fine. Jiffy lube tried charging me 600 dollars for an issue that wasn't actually there. Won't be going back.

My van was messaging that I needed an oil change so I took it in. Once there and they checked it out they came in and told me according to their records I did not need an oil change. So they re-set the electronics, topped off all fluids, did not charge me and sent me on my way. I appreciate the honesty.

Stopped by to get oil change, this is not my usual jiffy lube location. I live on upper east side of Albuquerque. I was greeted and provided with excellent customer service by professional and courteous staff. This was definitely the best experience ever with Jiffy Lube. I will drive back to this Rio Rancho location for all future oil changes. Thank you Adam, Antonio, Michael and Patrick for the outstanding services on my Tacoma. Thank you for vacuuming and washing the windows as well.

Unfortunately, Jiffy lube, as a whole, has opted to battle staffing shortages by hiring under-qualified high school kids that absolutely WILL mess up your vehicle. Maybe not the first time - IF you get lucky, but be cautious as they will eventually cause damage to your vehicle that they are not capable of fixing. Honestly hard to believe that they even have mechanics on site. A basic oil change should NEVERRR equate to thousands in damage. How unprofessional and under-qualified.I am now changing my reviews on the platforms that i went out of my way to post on for this company and will contact the businesses i recommended to use them in the past to ensure I share what happened and take back my recommendation.Will only recommend people Stay Away from this chain at all possible costs. Hopefully they can hire actual professionals, or at the least, older "children" who know what they're doing... Or maybe have them pass a 'flashlight holder' test first for the Actual mechanics before you let them literally play around in a vehicle as a child would if they were following YouTube videos...

Horrible overall experience. Was told total service would take about 40 minutes, ended up taking an hour and 20 minutes. They told me they they filled the windshield washer fluid, but when I got in the car my indicator was still on and after I checked the reservoir, they did not. I was still in the parking lot so I told them and they topped it off. I got home and noticed a screw on my passenger seat. They forgot to reinstall the screw that attaches my glove box to the hydraulic arm. They also told me they vacuumed the interior, which they did not. Overall makes me question the integrity here. I called and spoke to Adam, the manager, he apologized saying that the staff was new. He suggested I bring the car back in so him and his team could go through it with a fine tooth comb, but I refused. I don't want to bring my vehicle back here.

Jiffy Lube did an excellent job today on my car! They were very professional and addressed my issues in a timely manner. Even when I had to bring my car back when the check engine light came on Gage fixed it and did a fantastic job. Only reason for four stars is that they did not pump my tires up all the way and the air filter engine was apparently not put in properly the first time. Other than that they did a great job!

Good service. Technicians are very kind. I would appreciate if they would give a more accurate wait time. I was told 45 minutes and waited about 2 hrs. Other than that, it was great!

Worst place ever! I would nor recommend going there! The brakes were fixed until we heard a grinding noise and they had to resurface roters and put new pads again and it still sounds kinda rough! Then the oil change was leaking oil so they redid an oil change but stated someone over tightened the filter. Came back again cause the oil light kept coming on. Now we are waiting for the oil filter housing from the dealership that they stripped! The manager was very rude and unhelpful! Went in at 10:30 am and left with my car still leaking at 4:00 pm!

This location did a fast and efficient emissions test for me they were able to get it done fast enough that I could make it to mvd to register my vehicle before they closed I would recommend this location to anyone who needs fast and efficient service I give them a 5 star rating!

Always a reliable place for car services. Gage did an excellent job with getting my car serviced. New spark plugs, serpentine belt, brake fluid, and a tire rotation. My car is running great now. Thank you guys at Jiffy Lube for a great experience!

I never leave bad reviews but after today I guess there s always a first time. I arrived and waited a good 5 min before anyone even approached my car. Then as I was about to leave after getting an oil change was told they needed to jump my car because the battery was dead! Never in the 2 years of owning the car has it ever not started! Their solution was to go to Subaru which is what I should have done in the first place for the oil change! I am so disappointed and won t be back!Service: Oil change

Oil change was fast but sloppy, cabin filter cover was not replaced after it was removed. Maintenance light was not reset after work was completed.

I stopped for an oil change and to have my catalytic converter etched - that was very clearly written on my windshield. They completed the oil change in 20 min and when the guy called me up I asked about the etching and he said oh they forgot to do that - do you still want that done? I said absolutely. He then placed my car at the end of the cue - I waited an additional hour - they pulled it in and 5 min later came and told me it was inaccessible and could not be etched!!!!! Furious to have wasted 1.5 hours for their own fault! Why does Jiffy Lube not keep a list of vehicles with inaccessible catalytic converters?!!! Very very angry - will never return to that store again - total waste of time!Service: Oil change

Great service and friendly people. It did take a little longer then I would like but I can tell they were swamped with cars and a bit short handed. The work they did was great and the service attendants were nice and genuine.
