Oil change, tire rotation, and 2 factory recalls performed without issue. JC and Mark were courteous and efficient. Hope you have similar experiences.

To be transparent, my son works here. But, in addition to friendly, knowledgeable mechanics, the other people who work here are consistently friendly and nice. They do a good job on my vehicle and smile alot.

Chambers ford sales are not friendly and Do Not negotiate prices on used cars at all. I went in with a great credit store , money to put down on a f150, and they told me the price is the price on the truck. I know they don't own the truck for that high og price, because looking up the value of the truck on 2 different web sites with the VIN number shows the value 12 to 14,0000 under what they are asking. Don't buy at Chambers ford in Rio Rancho...

We broke down on our family road trip right in Albuquerque. This dealership took care of us and had us back on the road in no time. We thought it d be all day and our trip would be halted. Happy we found this place and very grateful for Taven. We can t thank you enough Chalmers Ford!

J.C. was the most helpful, kind, and considerate individual I've ever met at a dealership. Always up to date on what was going on, he quoted both time and price appropriately. Poor customer service. Had a recall service appt drop off at 7:30am. Didn't get un update, I called about 3:30 and left message with advisor. At 4:20pm i get a call back and I was informed that vehicle hasn't been worked on and will be ready next day. I wouldn't mind if my vehicle was being worked on and the job (ticket) wouldn't be complete until tomorrow, but the fact that my vehicle would just sit there all day untouched and me asking for rides to get around just doesn't make sense. Not sure if they could have helped with a car rental or shuttle. If so, it wasn't offered. Picked up my vehicle right away and taking elsewhere.

The staff are incredible. They are very knowledgeable and extremely accommodating. They were able to pivot and change things up to accommodate our situation. They communicated throughout the service process to keep us informed. I would recommend this service center to anyone.

We actually went to look at used cars. Our salesman, John, found us a vehicle that was a great fit for our needs. The service department at Don Chalmers has always been outstanding. We have another vehicle that we take to Chalmers for service.

JC was by far the best, had bought a 2018 Ford escape from a different dealer, something mechanically big happened 7 months after purchase. Original dealer was no help, JC helped me in ways ill never be able to thank him for. He stepped up got me a loaner car for over a month, called me with any update. From now on ill return to Chalmers for all service needs because of JC.Service: Transmission

My Jeep is in the shop there. And every single week they tell me it should be ready by the end of that week. Including this week. Which is week three. They're always waiting on a part, the last part. Or so they say.

They took the vehicle in rather quickly, answering all questions. The people who checked us in were polite. However their loaner vehicle policy is terrible. They schedule loaner vehicles a week out. This gives people who have time to plan a vehicle issue a spare car, but leaves those in emergency/last minute situations in a pickle. Honestly doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me.

Fleet Service Manager JC Lucero really helped me out today. For the past month I ve been trying to get a warranty issue with my 2020 Ford Explorer addressed.Service managers at Power Ford and Rich Ford had both told me that I d have to leave the vehicle with them for appropriately three weeks while they waited for service to look at the problem, contact Ford, order parts, and repair the vehicle.I contacted Ford, but they were not able to find a local dealer that would let me make an appointment, or provide a loaner vehicle.I made an appointment here a couple days ago, and this morning JC arranged to have service look at the problem while routine maintenance is performed, and to make me a follow up appointment once the parts come in.This is exactly what I ve been asking for, and I really appreciate JC s service.

Highly recommend Trent as the go to service guy. Never an issue when dealing with Trent. I'm sure the others are good too, have only used Trent though.
