First of all Jordan & Josiah were a pleasure to work with! Very professional. Josiah came to our fifthwheel and added a new solar/charger and 4 more 100w panels to our rig. In addition he titied up the wiring I had put in when I installed the system we wanted to add to. Everything looks great and works as we hoped it would.I felt pricing was right and work done in a timely manner.

Jordan and his crew fixed a dealer screw-up with our solar system and we finally have the setup we want on our RV! I appreciate his patience and willingness to answer our questions. He gave a detailed explanation of what was changed and why. The installation looks great and it's easy see what goes where.

Renting from Echo One Adventures was awesome! Everything in the camper works perfect. Jordan is great to rent from. This is our second time renting and plan to rent his camper again.

Jordan is great! He did a large solar install on our fifth wheel for us and was easy to work with and super knowledgeable. We full time RV and with this new system we ll be able to spend weeks off grid! We had him install 1000w of panels on the roof, a 400amp hour battery, and a new Victron multiplus II inverter. He also built a new 25 cable for our 200w deployable panel. Our build ended up being a bit of a marathon, but Jordan communicated everything to us and worked around our schedule. He s also been great answering any questions we have using the system. We are very confident in his work and have already recommended him to our friends!

I can t speak highly enough about the service I received from Jordan Madrid at Echo One Adventures! My brand new trailer, with an upgraded lithium battery package, stopped working shortly after taking delivery. After attempts to troubleshoot by phone with a tech at Battle Born, I was referred to Echo One Adventures. After the initial diagnosis of a possible faulty battery, the next step was to bench test all 4 of my batteries. Then it was determined that all batteries were good. A deeper look was now necessary to find this problem and it proved to be a challenge. And then, I got the call from Jordan telling me the DC wires on my batteries were either not crimped at all, or crimped with the wrong sized tool! He would need to rewire it, and he suggested all new wires should be used in order to preserve the old ones to show the manufacturer. Turns out, that was great advice as my warranty covered my repair expenses. Huge thanks to Jordan for never giving up and hunting down that little gremlin! Great job.

So so happy with Echo One Adventures troubleshooting and correcting our boondocking RV solar system! They came to our location, explained the equipment/wiring issues and gave us repair options. They were professional and cost conscience, managing our expectations along the way. We would highly recommend them for RV solar solutions!

It has been a great experience working with ECHO One Adventures. Jordan was professional, knowledgeable and very responsive. He asked about our system needs then customized and designed our solar/lithium system expansion to meet them. He was upfront about pricing and we did not encounter any surprises along the way. We were kept informed through out the process and when we had questions he would take the time to explain the answers in detail so that we could understand the design and how the system worked. Being that we have a small dog, the mobile installation was perfect for us as we did not have to turn our RV into a shop during the installation. Once installed, he went through setting up the application on our phones and explained how to use it. We are very pleased with the work, the system and Jordan was professional and pleasant. Top Tier company! We had a solar installation performed by one of Battleborns competitors. It was so unreliable we had to stop using it and rely on shore power every night. Jordan and his team came in and was able to quickly diagnose our system and finally get it working correctly. Finally, after 20 months, we have a working solar system. Everything about Echo One Adventures is top notch. They even came to our campsite and did the work without us having to leave for a hotel which was great as full-time RVers. Jordan is communicative, provides swift responses, patient with questions and really takes the time to help educate on the equipment. Echo One is an honest company providing exceptional customer service and support.

I highly recommend Echo One Adventures for any battery upgrades! Jordan was very helpful through the whole estimate and install process. I am extremely happy with our new Battle Born 100ah batteries and new 200 watt solar panel suitcase. Five stars are not enough for Echo One Adventures. Jordan came highly recommended to me by the folks at Battleborn Batteries. Jordan recently upgraded the 12 volt systems in my Four Wheel Camper Hawk model truck camper. He installed two heated 100 amp Battle Born batteries and a 3000 watt Renogy pure sine inverter. Also included in the upgrade were 110 outlets with built in USB A and USB C chargers to each side of the camper. All installs look as if they came out of the factory. He relocated the batteries in my camper making storage areas more convenient for me. He upgraded all the wiring and also installed a Victron 30 amp dc to dc charger so the batteries can charge quickly from my truck while it s running. All was integrated with my existing Victron solar controller. Jordan is very knowledgable with all sorts of campers and vehicles. I ve read positive reviews over the years from Airstream and Revel owners. You can add FWC Four Wheel Camper to his accolades. My upgrade was scheduled and completed in a short amount of time. I couldn t be happier with the results. Don t hesitate to contact Echo One Adventures.

I wanted to drop a few lines and say that Jordan's customer service is beyond excellent. I rented a trailer a few times. They were nice and clean for affordable price. His team made sure I had everything I needed for my trip. We also rented this last year for the balloon fiesta. WOW, it was perfect for the spectacular view. I am renting again for this years fiesta. It's a must do You get to beat traffic sleep in a little and you are right by the balloon park you can just watch them from the trailer. It's amazing. Thank you Echo One Adventures!!

Overall had a great experience with this company. Jordan was very thorough, knowledgeable and helped build me the perfect lithium and solar system for my camping needs. He walked me through the entire system once installed and set up the apps needed to control it via Bluetooth. He did an incredible job installing and finished product was super clean. This company is amazing! The owner is beyond helpful and knowledgeable!!I have his set up on my trailer which came in more than handy this past weekend! I had my toy hauler out in the mesa this past weekend and I ended up getting stuck with my wife and kids. Luckily I had the proper set up on my rig because power was the least of my problems while we waited to be pulled out!

I got to meet Jordan at Overland Expo. Very knowledgeable in solar power systems. He supplied me the equipment and battery for my power system on my 2003 Nissan Xterra. I am happy with my setup and can live off grid without any problems for as long as I want! Highly recommended for any of your solar and power systems!

Jordan was great, professional and extremely knowledgeable in Victron System equipment. He reprogramed our inverter / charger changing some parameters. Result, reduced charging time dramatically from both 110 source and solar as well. I was very pleased with the outcome, believe Jordan was invested in improving the functionality of our system and treated us with honesty and integrity. I will use his services in the future. I m giving Echo Adventure 5 stars for it s Solar Systems products and installation on our RV travel trailer! We were challenged by an electric refrigerator drawing down voltage on our batteries when boondocking. Jordan was recommended to us and upon consultation, he designed and installed the perfect system. We then had taken a maiden voyage to see if his system would keep the batteries charged and thus maintain the fridge and other electrical requirements while living off the grid for three days. Absolute Success!! I greatly appreciated his knowledge, skill set and professionalism! I would recommend his company in a heartbeat for those needing solar support for their RV! Jordan is wonderful! As a newbie myself to the world of travel trailers and trying to convert my Airstream Basecamp to my full-time home, Jordan was incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and helpful. Echo One Adventures expanded our solar install by adding a 3000 watt inverter, two more lithium batteries, and moved our existing lithium battery from the tongue to the bay. We are full time so we have a limited amount of time in an area to have work done. We got an appointment quickly and worked with our technician Jordan to ensure we ordered everything in time for the install. Jordan got it done quickly and was patient with us when we decided to add another battery. Now we can go a few days off grid and run our freezers when we are traveling. Thank you Jordan and Echo One!! We can t wait to be back in the area so we can add a couple more panels and batteries!
