Came in with a screw in a tire with 600 miles on it. They could have taken my car back, then told me it's new tire time and charged me 1000$ .Instead, Oscar grab a pair of plyers and water bottle. He figured out that the screw wasn't long enough to penetrate the air envelope.I left after 3 minutes and no change at all.I have seven cars (yes I know i have a problem) they will all go to discount tire from now on, and I'm hoping to see Oscar again if I need some tire expertise.

I only go to discount tire for my tire needs. Dominick was exceptional. He greeted me once they opened their doors as there was a line formed at 7:50am. I was the first in line thankfully. I explained the situation he took my keys and took my truck into the bay for them to begin working on it. Quoted 45 min wait, ETC at 9:00am. The job was done at 8:28am! Less than 25 min they fixed my tire which has only 7K miles on it and ate a huge galvanized nail. Tire looks just like new! When I looked back there was 7 people/cars waiting to be helped. My plan worked to get there early! Dominick was the only one I heard addressing the line that they would be with them soon. Everyone else was working like busy bees!

We took our car in yesterday to have one tire replaced and have our tires rotated and balanced. My husband waited for hours to have the service completed, and I walked out to a flat tire this morning. The manager seemed really apologetic and willing to fix it. Now he won't even answer a phone call, and I'm stranded with no vehicle because of their bad work. I won't trust them to take my vehicle there again.

Outstanding service from Marco and Zack. I arrived early to my appointment and they promptly took back my truck and put the new tires on. They were finsihed before my scheduled appointment time. Zak went a step further and went through the lifetime service process and when to bring it in to have them rotated. Outstanding efficiency and communication! Highly recommend.

Growing up, my father was always a Discount Tire customer. I've kept up the tradition. That's over 40 years!They always do a great job. They are super busy all the time, but they still strive to take care of everyone who walks in. I highly recommend this location and the company as a whole. I also recommend using the app to schedule and buy tires.

Rio Ranch /Unser. I waited over 40 minutes from the estimated time for my truck to be ready. I had to go up a second time and ask if my truck was ready .The completed work order was done and sitting in a pile. Very disappointed. Also, no word if the nail was found .. Usually a good experience here. The guy that checked me in was very nice.

Excellent service!! I had scheduled an appointment thinking it might be a minor repair but ended up being more than I expected. They still got the work done in time - and within an hour, even though they were busy. Dominick was super helpful in presenting all the options / pricing for new tires. Definitely recommend and trust!

I thought I had a hole in one of my tires, so I went to Discount Tire. One of the gentleman ( I m sorry I forgot his name) came out and measured all of my tires. He said one of the tires was a little low on air, but there was no danger of driving it until I had a chance to put air in the tire. There was no charge! I would have been glad to pay him for his time and advice. Thank you sir! If I ever need tires, Discount Tire would be my first choice!

Went in with a nail in my tire and Pat was so kind to get my issue resolved quick and hassle free I was in and out in less than an hour he was very courteous and helpful they never disappoint .. Thank you for helping me I will definitely be back to do business with Discount Tire

Had a flat tire. I've always gone to discount for all my tire services. This location is by far the best store. They helped me replace my tire and get a full rim and spare. Thank you so much. I was in and out fast!

Made an appointment for tire rotation and balance . Was given a time showed up had to wait for several minutes but was out in 1 hour. The job was done correctly.

This place this Great! Need a tire replacement. The gentlemen at the counter understood my situation and had to get to work. He got it done so fast and polite! Even went above and beyond and helped with a discount! Will need a new set of tires in a few months and will be getting all 4 here at this location! Thank you to everyone at discount tire (this location)!

They are very friendly and accommodating with reasonable prices on their tires. I have lived in several places in Colorado and New Mexico and it makes me happy that wherever I go I can find a discount tire store.

I constantly deal with issues at this location. Long waits when appointments are made. Every time I get a balance done I have to take it back. Too many employees who do not pay attention to details which leads to safety concerns.

Wife got there at 11 because she had a screw in her tire, writer pulled out the screw and the tire immediately went flat. So she had to wait almost 4 hours with our toddler, and I had to leave work early to pick up our daughter from school at 2:30.

I usually don't have any complaints about discount tire but this has me upset. I brought my wife's van in for a tire replacement on one tire and when checked they advised I do both back tires. So I did and asked if the new tires be put on the rear wheels but rotated to the front of the vehicle so the new tires would be in the front. They said sure no problem! Well I come outside 2 days later to find the same tire I took the vehicle in for flat again. I took the tire off to find that the tire plug I put in the tire 2 weeks earlier was still in the same tire! No tires were rotated and my 2 better tires are now gone!Edit: after talking with the manager, he was super apologetic and asked to bring the van back in to see what he could do. When we returned for the van it had 2 new tires put on-solid!!Thank you Discount!

Ordered a set of tires online and scheduled an appointment with no problems. Tires arrived 2 days later, 12 days before my scheduled appointment. I got a call from the store to let me know my tires were in and that they could install them immediately. I made an appointment for 4pm that day and arrived about 45 minutes early. I was checked in and my car was ready earlier than promised. Unfortunately, one of the new tires was installed on my spare wheel; I noticed and let the guys know. In less than 20 minutes, the error was corrected and I was on my way. These guys are the best; courteous , professional and efficient. This is the reason I always come to Discount Tire. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Had a 12:00 appointment and the store (as usual) was very busy. It took them a little while to get to me, but the staff kept me posted on my start time and how long it would take to balance and rotate my tires. Once they started the technician was a fast, safe and knowledgeable ROBOT. It took about 15 minutes. My F-350 truck no longer "rumbles" down the highway at 65 MPH and doesn't leap into the air with each NM pothole I hit. They certainly are one of the best tire shops in NM.

I ordered 4 tires on line for my travel trailer for a last minute tire repair. When I showed up for my appointment all of the tires hadn t been shipped by FEDEX so they only had half the tires I needed. I couldn t wait as we were trying to leave the next day and none of the other stores had the tires close by. John , the tech working with me on the register worked some magic and found me an upgraded tire and got me back on the road. Also they completed the remove and install 30 minutes faster then they quoted me on. I have been using discount near exclusively before but we will be customers for life now. Thanks John for saving our vacation!!!

I always go to discount when I have any issue with my tires. The employees are so helpful and I love the fact that if they can fix your flat it's free of charge. They have appointments and take walk-ins.

Fast efficient and polite. I had two blow outs. They helped fix it. They even have the rims that I needed cuz I damaged one of my. Then recently I was there and they fixed my flat tire for free. Like I said fast efficient polite clean friendly service and I recommend anyone to go there especially if there is a blowout, flat tire or you need to buy yourself just new tires and rims.

Went in to get two front tires changed this morning at 10 am. The line was going out the door. I have used Discount tires a few times in the past and was pleased with the service. The line did not discourage me at all, since there was at least 4 employees at the counter. It was nice to see an employee would ask out loud if there were customers there to pick up their cars, it made the line move faster. Aldo, was the employee that took care of me. He was excellent! He went outside to look at my tires and informed me the front tires were a different size from the back. I appreciated that, so I had him replace the front with the same tire size as the back. I saw how quickly the employees were changing out the tires, so I applaud them for that! One thing I found helpful was I got a phone text which informed me the status of the work on my car. Aldo, who helped me even let me know that I can come back in a few hours, and gave me an estimate time frame. Overall, I think Discount Tires, in terms of customer service, is simply outstanding! Their employees are excellent!

The guy that initially helped me at the desk was good, but the guys actually working my car left a mess everywhere! There was tire dust all over both my front seats and steering wheel. Also I had to wait in line another 15 min after my car was finished instead of just calling my name and getting me out. Disappointed

I called ahead to make my appointment and discuss what I might be looking for, made final product decision in person day of appointment. Honest, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff; quick service. I walked over to Walmart to do a little shopping and got texted when my car was ready - sooner than I expected!

I used to enjoy these guys because they took an actual interest in guest resolution. Now it's just so busy that their focus is to get you in and out. Long time customer. I'll be looking elsewhere.

My experience at Discount Tire was positive, compared to other similar businesses.The employees seemed genuinely interested and friendly - not distracted, bored, or irritated that I even came in.The service was prompt and efficient. They ONLY do tires and wheels, no oil changes or anything else. Once you've bought tires from them, they offer a number of free services related to their maintenace.Next time you need tires I would recommend you give them a try.
