Unfortunately we did not have a better than average experience. Gabriel was great and professional but we had to return for minor work three different times and still work not really complete as needed. Failure to install wiper blade correctly caused metal on glass etchings and yet to remedy. Company recommended by Progressive insurance and more difficulty with rental cars in conjunction with auto body work. There needs to be better continuity between progressive, rental car companies, and crash champions.Really too much work and time needed as a customer to get the desired outcome. Attention to detail is needed. And I still need my rear windshield fixed

Working with Crash Champions in regards to getting my vehicle repaired was a pleasant experience; Everything from the insurance claim to picking up my vehicle after the repair was hassle free. The employees were nice, they kept in contact with me during the process AND my car was even ready 2 days before the estimated completion date. My vehicle was returned in such clean conditions, both inside and out. I would definitely recommend Crash Champions.

I had heard/read bad reviews of this place but still gave it a try. Our estimator/ repair tech Glenn was absolutely amazing! We had zero issues, car came out amazing and it was overall an amazing experience. I highly recommend them, everyone is friendly at the front and the building is comfortable and clean while waiting.

Glenn was amazing with the entire process and that is a complete understatement. He was very professional and considerate of how emotional this was but was very communicative the entire time and did not skip a beat. I am so so pleased with every step in the process and I am so happy I had Glenn as my adjuster!

We got hit by a truck that pushed us into the vehicle in front of us. They gave an estimate for the damage on both ends, even though the front was minor we still wanted it repaired. They were super friendly about it. Unlike the other repair shop went to first, who was rude. They did a great job on the repair and they kept me updated throughout the process. There s even an enterprise station in the building so my rental was there waiting for me. They even picked up and vacuumed inside my van, which is no easy task because I have 4 kids, 3 dogs and chickens that routinely ride in the van.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim

Crash champions did a beautiful job of repairing my car. But like the rest of the auto industry, they refuse to acknowledge that a woman could, in fact own a car, and be the decision-maker in the process. Even this survey and request for a review was addressed to my husband. Nothing has changed since when I bought the car from Lexus five years ago. After I bought it, my husband got a letter in the mail congratulating him on his purchase.

Crash Champions went over and beyond. I couldn t have been happier with the customer service I received from E. Madrid. They kept me updated weekly on the progress. My car came back to me the way I drove it off the lot when I purchased it. Thank you!! I highly recommend Crash Champions.

I scheduled an appointment, quick appraisal. About 30minutrs. Fair price, good people. I have scheduled the work which is a 2 to 3 week wait but every place I went said the same. So far so good.

1 Dropped car off on 7 th after first appraisal was in July, was told can t get car in till nov 7 th due to parts. Dropped car off on 7 th Nov just picked up on Dec 6 th. I was told 10 to 15 business days. I would have to constantly call in because no one reached out with updates. I was also told it took so long because of parts, when I mentioned we waited months to bring in due to parts they said they would have an advisor reach out .. I never received that call. We had a trip planned and had to rent another car due to the long period of time they had it and unexpected delay in repairs. This ended up costing us so much more than expected and this all would have been ok if we were given dates so we could plan our trip and a rental. I will never go back

Ernie and Daniel were awesome about keeping me updated on my vehicle s progress and status, they usually checked in 1-2x a week and it made the whole experience great. When it was time to pick up, it was super easy and there were no surprises because they told what to expect and how much I d need to pay for my deductible. The work looked awesome and I was happy to get my vehicle back. Great experience for what the situation was.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The shop took my car even though it was badly damaged. They restored it using Subaru parts to Subaru specifications. It looks great.

Major problem with Progressive Insurance policy of having to leave car starting with estimate through completion. Had to have a rental car for entire process, about 40 days of which insurance paid for 30 days.

I took my truck to Crash Champions after Discount Tire damaged my truck. They were awesome. Glen took care of my truck and provided the best customer service I have had in a long time. He kept in touch and informed me of the progress. I recommend them. A++

I was so worried that my truck wouldn't be the same after my accident, that it would always have some evidence of the crash, but it looks amazing. No one can even tell that I was in an accident. Glen was WONDERFUL. He was so professional and did everything in his power to get my truck back to us as quickly as possible knowing we were having transportation troubles since our other vehicle was also in the shop for mechanical issues. Thank you Glen and your team for your timely and efficient service. I appreciate the great job you all did and understanding of our situation even while working short handed. I would not recommend Crash Champions to anyone. They don't keep their word, they don't do quality work, and they don't have any quality control. Use at your own risk.

If you are looking for a place that puts customer service, honesty and really cares about your vehicle, Champions Collision Repair provides all this and more. I just happened to select them based on driving by and going in to make an appointment. The place is spotless and they were extremely friendly.I returned today for my service and was even more impressed. We are very fortunate to have this business in our neighborhood. Easiest repair I have ever went through. Was called twice a week to receive updates on the progress of my vehicle. Customer service was excellent. I will definitely recommend this business for all your car repairs, etc.

Very professional and courteous. My experience was pretty good. When I picked up the car after hours, the doors were unlocked, which was disappointing, and then there were rat droppings in the car that I knew that we're not there when I dropped the car off. The rat droppings were in the cup holders that I use daily. Other than that, everything went well.
