Second time the mechanics have really gone out of their way to help with a car issue. I appreciate Juan's explanation of problems that were discovered and options and his working with the mechanic to figure out and fix the issue.Always feel very comfortable trusting my vehicles with Don Chalmers Quick Lane.Very nice waiting area, lots of seating and a charging station.Highly recommend.

My left back passenger tire was completely popped! I had no idea what to do but thankfully Josh was there to help! He helped me find the best price and also made sure all my tires were secure!!I have always loved this place but I love it even more now thanks to Josh s assistance!i also recent just went back and Lance was also an amazing help! it was a hard day and him and his team made everything easier!

The last two times I ve had appointments for oil changes here it has been a two hour wait to get the vehicle brought back and then another hour for the oil change. This last time, the guy at the desk said that the appointments aren t really appointments but just a place in line. ???? It s a shame because they used to be a lot better.

Excellent service! Between Lance Navarro (service advisor) and Turner Nail (tech) me and my father couldn't have been happier with the service and results. I Couldn't have been happier with the overall experience add results at all.

I used to enjoy the service of this Quick Lane location. iv been taking my truck here to this location at Chalmers Ford for 6 or 7 yrs. As of today, I will never take my vehicle here again. Last week, I had an appt to have the truck serviced. I go in and the Service Manager says ot will be about 3 hrs. I said why I had an appt. He says 4 techs quit. Ok, I understand. I reschedule. skip forward 1 week. I go in and as soon as I walk in, service writer has an attitude. I can tell he is upset. I keep the chat to a minimum because I dont want to upset him. the service took roughly an hour. no biggie. I pay. Go out to my truck and when i open the driver side door, there is oil and grim on my seat and center console. no biggie. I go inside and ask the service writer to have tech clean it. once Service writer goes back inside, he denies that his tech created the oil and grim stains. This is where the issue is.. He deliberately denied the issue. refused to apologize. I explained that oil was not there when I arrived. he again stated, that didnt come from his tech. I go outside to tell the tech to give me my keys. he said why? I said don't ask me why. Give me my damn keys. I then explain that he needs to have more respect for customer vehicles and dont get in the vehicles without checking his clothes and wiping his hands off. The service writer comes outside and says dont talk to my tech, you can talk to me. I said , I already tried and you denied everything and didn't make it right. You tried to blame someone else!Future customers, find somewhere else to go. This place has gone down hill.

Honest but pricey. Great technicians than most that are round. They give you proper diagnosis and explain and show. Competitive pricing and can price match BUT they do NOT allow you to competitive pay in monthly payments (if you're looking for that service).

I came to the wrong location, was going to reschedule. Was told to be patient they could get me in, needless to say I was taken well care of by a more than professional staff all around. Service was superb; even with the error being my fault!!

They acknowledged an honest mistake and quickly got me in and out and corrected the mistake, Ford has always treated me and vehicles with care and plenty of experienced staff and management, Thank you.

Awesome nice guys, but one of the mechanics i won't say his name lied straight to my face told me he rotated my tires even gave me a story of how he didn't need to use my anti theft lug nut wrench cause the shop had their own.. went for 10,000 mile check up , oil change and tire rotation... now I gotta hope they even changed the oil and filter.. so disappointed i spent $30,000 on a vehicle at Don Chalmers and they can't even rotate my tires.. the picture shows where I marked my front rims and guess what they are still on the front...I will be contacting everyone to express my dissatisfaction

Waited 2 and a half hours for an oil change I had a 4 o clock appointment and didn't leave till 630 very unorganized i highly recommend you don't get your oil change here

I like the quick service from the front desk with Chris. Their space is very neat and calm to sit while waiting your vehicle. For me, the most important thing is the table with usb for charging phones thanks for the great service. The service is very quickly.

Quick Lane did wheel bearing's service as part of a front end alignment. I have an E450 van and they are one of the few in my area that can handle vehicles of that size. Within 20000 miles of that service i suffered an outer wheel bearing failure. Luckily the spindle didn't break after bearing seized and I was able to get safely off the road. I had vehicle towed to there location, $904.00, in hopes they would work with me on this problem. They refused to accept any responsibility for this failure. Claimed it wasn't their fault and offered no assistance with repairs. I'm done with that business.

I came here under stress because my tire had suddenly gone flat while traveling between work appointments. I happened to stop to check it at the gas station across the street, so I filled up with air as best I could and limped my way over.The man at the front desk was extremely understanding and helpful, and he went out of his way to make sure my issue was addressed in a timely manner. I was driving away less than 40 minutes after I arrived.The lobby was clean, cool, and comfortable while I waited, and at the end of the day, I felt valued and taken care of.

Few days ago I was told to drop my car off in the morning showed up to drop off. They told me to take my car. Could be up to 5 days til I could pick up car . I asked why is that and they told me no help. Find that odd. So talking around and hear Chalmers Ford has know problems with finding help. So beware if they tell you to show up. Quick Lane was rude to tell you to drop off then to leave... Never again this package is a joke.. Do not trust walk ins with this company..

Is too expensive like an oil change it it could cause between $29.99 up to 69.99. my car filter I don't know how much it cost me but they give it to me like $30 or $35

The service department at Don Chalmers Ford always takes great care of me. They are professional friendly and work to solve your problem as quickly as possible. I have been a customer there for over 12 years and even when I've had a problem or concern with service they always provide great resolution to ensure customer satisfaction.

The staff is great. They explain everything and take their time to answer questions. Never had an oil change done in under an hour before. Brought veh in for oil change, and they said all 4 brakes needed service. I agreed. My oil change turned into an extremely expensive day, which would have been OK, but they broke my vehicle in the process and kept it for better part of 2 days when I really needed it while hosting a guest at my home. Completely ruined my visit, we were stuck at home with no vehicle to drive. Awful. They ended up fixing my vehicle but at what price. They used to be reliable, but NEVER AGAIN!! Just went in for a routine oil change. Even arriving early and expecting not to get serviced until my scheduled appointment, the time from walking through the front door to driving off was just under an hour and I felt welcomed the entire time I was there. The guy at the front desk (can't recall his name. He had a beard) was very detailed in what the mechanics did to my vehicle and answered all the questions I had. Don Chalmers Quick Lane is my go to for my truck. Doesn't matter if it's routine maintenance or a repair the service is always thorough and professional. And if it's something they can't do, they'll let you know and send you to the main shop.

I go to get Ford and non-Ford vehicles serviced here. I have gotten everything from oil changes to radiator replacements to a window electrical panel swap. They are great and never try to add extra, not-necessary procedures. I appreciate their honesty and integrity! Definitely recommend it! If the work is out of scope (ie transmission codes) they refer out to Don Chalmers dealership, which is equally as reasonable.

Had an appointment for an oil change; I got there ten minutes early and was told it would be an hour and fifteen minutes before they could start servicing my car. I waited there, and a half hour later, they tell me my car is done and ready to go. I am legitimately impressed at their speed, and Duane was great. I will be recommending this place to others, and they definitely have my future business.Service: Oil change

Scheduled an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I sat around for an hour before I was approached with an up-sale pitch for over $1500 worth of services. No work had been done on the vehicle when I was approached, so if you schedule an appointment with this place, you will be waiting and they will try to sell you unnecessary services before they even work on your vehicle.

I waited three days for an oil change appointment after being told that was best way to get it done without long wait. Came in at appointment time still waited an hour before my truck was brought into shop. I specifically asked for oil change and tire rotation. While sitting at stop light I saw that brakes were not inspected. It actually says that on report. I went back to find out why. The desk jockey I dealt with was gone so his replacement talked to the technician. He said he was told to not do the rotation. If he didn t rotate the tires and check the brakes how does he know my truck was safe to drive. On the front of the report it says brakes are in the green and ok. WHICH IS IT? I was then told to come back tomorrow and talk with manager. I ready paid for tire rotation when I bought new tires months ago.Service: Oil change

Very busy but i was given a realistic expectation of time. Seems like they did a good job. 2nd visit a little faster. Employees and technicians are very friendly and professional. Up to my 5th visit now and 5 stars every time.

Took truck in for recall asked employee if they do that, even specified it was an air bag issue, he told me they do it and it will take a couple days, make appointment show up and they tell me they don t do those repairs, what an absolute waste of my time.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change
