My experience with Chalmers Ford was the opposite of any experience I've had in New Mexico, period. The service was amazing and I spoke to one person regarding my repairs the entire time. Mark kept me informed and worry free. I even had a very pleasant ride with an older gentleman who provided transport to a cafe while I awaited service to be complete. Mark was wonderful and the staff I interacted with were pleasant. Service was quick and fair. 10/10 definitely recommend!

So I brought in my 22 Explorer ST because these warnings keep popping up on the dash. Service said it was because of my dash cam. They were insisting it was a form of modification to the vehicle because I had tapped into it. (Mind you, the dash I have is a plug and play thing that you do through the cigarette plug) So long story short, they didn't check for any system issues from my sensors. They said I have to take the cam out before they do anything because they will be charging me even if i am still under bumper to bumper warranty.

I have never had this good a service and friendly staff. Truck had a recall and I decided to get the Maverick s first oil change early! Fast return, I had no problem leaving it overnight but they had it ready in 4 hours!

5 stars for Michael Trujillo. I only interacted with him once, but that s all I needed to gather the necessary information and transparency that I needed when inquiring on selling my vehicle. As you may know when you list a vehicle for sale every single dealership wants to see it in person and do an appraisal. However that can be very time-consuming and can be a waste of time on both ends when we have a solid number we need and they cannot offer us that. Michael took all the information about our vehicle, pictures, VIN, recent inspection with factory service and came back letting us know that they could not offer us what we need. He saved me over two hours of my time by being transparent and responding to me via text message and phone calls.

bought a certified used car for my teenage daughter. Salesman John Fife found me an amazing car that fit my needs. Jackie and finance helped us get a low monthly payment. And Sebastian and delivery took the time to teach my daughter all of the features of the car. Our family has done business at Chalmers for a couple of decades, and now a new generation will be doing business there as well.

You have to ask for Raymond. He is the best and only sales guy I'll work with. We have purchased 4 new vehicles this year from him. 2 more today. Fleet needs some work. They don't follow through with anything. Raymond does exactly what he says and more! Jackie in finance is the bomb. She remembered us from last time. They have earned my business and my company fleet business as long as I don't have to deal with there fleet people.Today we purchased an F150 Tremor and F150 XL for our business. I waited on the Termor for a week to be delivered worth the wait. The other is just another work truck.Raymond answered my call on his day off. Got back to me as promised. Stayed in touch every step of the way. Even came out and helped detail the truck for delivery because the detail guys were to busy yacking on the phone. I'll be back again next year to buy as long as Raymond is around.If you haven't figured it out yet. ASK FOR RAYMOND GAFFNEY!Thanks again Raymond and Jackie in Finance! You guys rock!

I purchased my vehicles from Power Ford and their quick lane services are okay compared to Don Chalmers. Ever since to started to take my vehicle to Don Chalmers quick lane I've been much more happier. The techs and mechanics at Don Chalmers quick lane are way more prompt and courteous! I appreciate them on every visit! Excellent top notch quality services! Thank you very much!

Our truck broke down over 400 miles from home while towing a travel trailer on day 2 of a 15-day trip. We were lucky that the truck was towed to Chalmers! The entire team there was amazing with everything while we were stranded (for 2 days) and worked to find us a rental truck so we could hook up the trailer and complete our vacation. Having things like this happen to derail your plans is stressful! Working with Chalmers made it as comfortable as possible. When we came back our truck was completely repaired, and we headed home. I know this review is long, but words just aren't enough to say THANKS!

If you're looking for a friendly, professional, and honest company then I highly recommend Ford Service Department- Chalmers, Rio Rancho! Easy to work with and they constantly keep you updated. It s nice to have the peace of mind, knowing everything is done correctly.

It's been over a year since I bought our 2022 Mustang Mach-E, and ever step Ford takes to try and cut their losses really twists the knife about this terrible decision. The only good thing about buying this vehicle, was feeling less dirty about being persuaded into buying the death coverage, because I'm pretty sure that's going to happen if Ford keeps lowering the prices and interest rate on these. I should've sold mine the day I drove it off the lot and made 10k. Specifically to Chalmers, their service department is a mess. Using their website to schedule service is a antiquated nightmare. You end up at the off site location and then get rescheduled a month down the road with their main site. They don't actually offer pick-up or cars, at least in all of the attempts I've made. The car itself lacks quality, which I would've expected for the price I paid. Now I'm stuck with a car, upside down BY A LOT because of Ford itself. Shame on you all for continuing to take advantage of hard working people.

So I ve taken my my very special to me 2020 Shelby gt500 here 2 times, and have worked with a gentleman named mark, and I have to say he is awesome and Don Chalmers team is awesome, I mean I wouldn t trust just anyone with this car, but they are great and I m completely comfortable leaving my Shelby here, I know it s in good hands, mark is great, he communicates throughout the process with phone calls and explains everything that s going on, and he s very nice, very good guy, I commend this dealership and especially the service department, well done, I recommend all day long

Quick Lane on Coors was excellent! I had issues with the car battery getting drained and dying and unsure what was causing it. The staff at Quick Lane went above and beyond and took their time until they were able to isolate the problem and fixed it. It s been a week and the car is running fine. I HIGHLY recommend ordering a new Ford from Chalmers as they honored the "Ford Price Protection Program" to lock in the X-Plan price on an F250 Ultimate Tremor for me at the time I placed the order, in writing!And upon delivery, they also followed through on applying an Exclusive Cash offer I received from Ford, which is what convinced me to get out and order exactly what I wanted.This was an awesome customer experience!!!Just ask for Joshua (Sales), Rick (Customer Order Manager), Dan (Accessories Manager), and John (Finance Manager).

Everything from start to finish was exceptional. The staff were both polite and very attentive towards what we wanted and needed. Raymond was our salesman, he was the absolute best. Always made sure we were doing okay, showing honesty and how caring he is for others. Jackie was also such an amazing person throughout the paperwork process. She explained everything with clarity and ease. She made our experience so much better and showed she truly cared for us. Gary was such an incredible help as well, making our experience unforgettable. Greg Lee made our car buying process a breeze. He helped us find a pre owned, safe, and reliable SUV with great mileage in our exact price range. Greg and Jackie in finance made the car buying process quick and painless (we had two toddlers with us). We are new to the area and I will be recommending Chalmers and specifically Greg in sales to anyone in the market looking to purchase a vehicle. I found my salesman (Greg), his manager, and the finance representative to be straight forward, honest and decent people. My experience was excellent.This is an old school car dealer, not at all like how other large Albuquerque dealers operate.I highly recommend this dealership to potential buyers.

Predatory service pricing against my 79 year old mother on a window regulator for a 99 F150. Quoted 900 dollars. I suggested she should shop it because it's a 40 dollar part and maybe an hour of labor and should be 200 to 300 at most. A day later, I suggested I fly out from Lexington KY, I would change it for her, and she would be 600 dollars ahead. The work had already been done at that point, but in their kindness they only charged her 600. I don't leave many Google reviews, good or bad, but this seemed deserving. Predatory pricing against the old /uninformed. Good for you Don Chalmers. Make it where you can.

Schedule an appointment for a future date. Had time in my day and stop at quick lane. Didn t think they would take me, the service guy said there are two car in front of me. Ended up being less than an hour. Great customer service.

I took my 2013 Explorer in for a toe-link recall into Chalmers Ford In Rio Rancho in 2023 and left it for the day. They called me in the late afternoon and informed me my vehicle was ready, I picked it up relieved that the problem was resolved.In January I received another recall notice for something to do with the windshield to be replaced, I took it to Capitol Ford in Santa Fe for the repair and they told me the original recall had not been repaired! Needless to say I was flabbergasted! I had already gone on multiple road trips thinking the toe link problem was resolved. When I went back to Chalmers Ford they didn t really seemed concerned with the issue. I will not be going back there again and I ll stick with Capitol Ford
