After being in a car accident, they found more damage then I expected. Professional and awesome customer service.My whole front end that was damaged. Looks just as new as the day I bought my car. I am impressed Looks better than I expected. I was a tad bugged because it did take a little longer than the estimated time, however after seeing my car restored, it was well worth the wait. I would go back to this location if I ever need to again in the future.Paint - spot onMoving parts - as new as the day I drive it off the lotCustomer service - Amazing all the way around. Everyone I had contact with really took pride in their work. Thank you all who had a part in fixing my car. Even thebgal at the front desk was patient with me bugging about when my car would be ready.

Had some hit my driver side of my car. Submitted to my insurance. Car Crafters did the repair. They did great job. They said it would take a week it took 2 days more but what mattered was their courtesy and customer service. My car door looks just like new.

Called them to look at my Hyundai, they were not too sure if they could because they had no mechanic at this location. Then said...yes we can...waited til Friday, no one looked at it at the appointment ( 1:30 ) time. Called them on Monday upset they never came out. They then told me they could not come out, they don't do mechanical work here. Kinda sucks huh?

Honestly, save your time and money! Definitely go elsewhere. I was in a car accident and took my car here due to them being a reputable auto body shop wasn t the case for me. Door didn t shut correctly and had to take it back a third time for it to be able to shut correctly. There s still scratches on my door. They definitely took the cheaper route and tried buffing everything out but still didn t work for them. Go somewhere who is really going to go above and beyond for someone paying top dollar for the repairs. I promised myself I d never return and let everyone know. Paul was one of the employees. He definitely don t like his job.

Very friendly folks here and a nice atmosphere. The lady at the front was very engaging and made you feel welcome. Our Advisor Jennifer was outstanding in her performance in helping get our car repaired and back to us asap. She called us and kept us up to date as our car as going through the steps of the repair. Definitely recommend this place and these great group of folks here. :)

First and Foremost, I'm very selective when it pertains to my car. Car Crashers has great reviews. I chose their services. I was not disappointed. Jennifer and staff took great care of me and my car. As Director of Recruiting for University of New Mexico, I expect high quality service....Car Crashers went above and beyond. The fact that you receive constant updates and there's no need to call to check on your car is awesome. My service advisor Paul kept me informed about the progress on my Jeep and was available when I had any questions. My repairs were done 7 days ahead of expectations which was awesome!. They did an amazing job! It looks beautiful again as if nothing ever happened. High quality work done at this location. I will definitely use their services again.

So I brought in a sedan for some rear end damage. The reception was not very welcoming and makes you feel like more of a hassle. I had to wait around in the waiting room while someone eventually came out. They did not say hello or or anything. While conducting the walk around the professionalism went out the window andunseen damages were called bs by the receptionist. I also had insurance take care of everything and after all the repairs were done, they would not take responsibility for damages caused by them. Photo evidence is more reliable than the human touch, but according to their shop manager, that doesn't matter. Since they were upset about the issue with my car, they pushed me to the back of the line to pay the copay, horrible experience at this location. I have been to car crafters on Montano and this is not the same level of service. By far.

GREAT service! Keith was very helpful and called me with updates. I have dealt with other car crafters in the past, and the Rio Rancho location by far was the best! Got my car in and out in less than a week. Couldnt have been happier!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Quick, pleasant and professional at the Rio Rancho location.I had a fist sized area where the paint was dulled from my scrubbing off tree sap, conspicuous and ugly. They fixed it within 15 minutes and my car is gorgeous. The gentleman offered me some helpful information and the cost? Let s say it was so low I thought he was kidding. Highly recommend.Service: Painting

I'm almost speechless of how the management, office personal and , and the autobody technicians are excellent in every way. From customer service to reasonable rates the quality of the repairs.on my truck, immaculate! Even though the parts that needed for my vehicle aren't so easy to find. They had my truck back to me sooner then I assumed. Wow, great work. Highly recommend you speak to Paul (service advisor)

I brought my Jeep here after reading the reviews and i have to say that all of them held up to the service i received. I am so thankful for this team and the way they handled my repairs. My car is running perfectly and looks brand new. I am so thankful i took it here. Nothing about my experience with Car Crafters was pleasant. They put the wrong color bumper on my car, an older dented muffler after charging State Farm for a new one, dust under the paint, Put my car back together incorrectly, 0 good to say. They don t care. They play games by telling you your car will be ready a long time out, then they call and have it ready early but nothing is fixed right so owners don t care. wanted to paint a bumper that comes pre painted. It s a big NO for me with these guys!! Two times in and out and I had to take it to another body shop to be fixed properly!

Don t trust a guy named Paul there, he has horrible communication and customer service skills. Seems like he didn t care about his job or the custeromers time. He took no accountability for his failure to contact me regarding important info about my claim. Won t ever recommend this car crafters location.

Due to the nature of my accident my vehicle was totaled by insurance. However, the people at this location were exceedingly professional and truly provided a fair market evaluation of my vehicle. I was ready to be taken advantage of but Paul proved me wrong.

My car was hit on the passenger side. Figured carcrafters was the best place to get it fixed. I was wrong. They replaced my door with a used door that was damaged. The door handle fell off completely 2 seperate times. Did not put my headliner back on. The paint had bubbles and holes in it. They replaced a paert of the door handle that did not need to be replaced with one that was a completely different color and didn't bother painting it. A piece of the trim was missing. The door handle inside was not connected and so it didn't work. Plus many other little things. I ended up taking it back 5 times and speaking to the district manager. It got better each time but the door still doesn't line up correctly and doesn't shut rite. I will never go back to a carcrafters. Car crafters, you'll wish it never happened.

So I went to this place for some assistance with the lock on my truck door and the bright lady at the desk sent me next door to West Mesa Auto. And actually before she sent me next door to West Mesa Auto. I also was going to inquire for an estimate to paint my truck. Who sends customers to their competition? Is this a joke or what???

Took my vehicle to Car Crafters to repair damages after an auto accident. Based on paint and body repairs that I ve received in more than 25 years, this was the WORST paint/body repair that I ve experienced. The repair was so horrible that my insurance company (USAA) authorized repairs to be COMPLETED by another auto body repair facility (Quanz Auto Care).The following are results of the repairs from Car Crafters:- Noticed an area (right rear quarter panel) that over-buffed or sanded.- Right quarter panel had paint discoloration due to proper painting technique- Over-spray between right quarter panel and bumper cover- Over-spray between left quarter panel and bumper cover- Rough texture (Orange peel paint effect) on bumper cover- Paint exterior was subject to overspray because of failure to properly cover/protect the vehicle from overspray during the painting detail.- Left tail lamp assembly and Trunk Release Button was disconnected during repairs and never re-connected.- Left tail light assembly does not work.- Rear trunk release button does not work.- Trunk is mis-aligned from side to side.- Trunk s vertical alignment is off. Trunk will leak.- Finger print in the left quarter panel during painting process.- Vehicle letters improperly replaced on vehicle.The team from Quanz Auto Care, along with the great assistance of Jay Bowen, repaired and restored the car beyond the condition prior to the accident.Thanks Quanz Auto Care!!!

Worst service.. a bunch of liars with bad attitudes who don't return calls when the promised date of completion comes up. Thanks for ignoring me and returning my car in the worst shape .. like it never happened .. please, I'm not blind.. had to take my car to another car crafters. Will never recommend this place to anyone!!!
