Great customer service!!! This is my whole family's go to place for tires! We travel 1- 3 hours to have service here. Mark, Ruben or Brian are so awesome and friendly. They don't try to pressure you into buying other parts. Ha. The turn around time is great. Definitely recommend this place!

Went in for an alignment on my truck. They even checked my suspension to make sure there were no other issues. I appreciate them doing that, going above and beyond to make sure everything was ok. Staff there are true professionals and honest. Will definitely be going back to get work done there.

I called and was able to drop off my car super fast. The guy who helped me was super sweet, and when I asked him questions, he explained everything all politely. I'm just bummed that for this specific job, the competitor was a little less expensive.

I brought my car in without notice. It had a slow leaking tire and I was hoping they could look at it. They were able to look at it and repair it all within an hour! And they did it for free! I was amazed at the service and very thankful!

Great experience. I had a flat and was referred here by a friend. When I entered into the store, I was immediately greeted and help out. Exellent customer service, will definitely refer this place to other friends and I will be back if needed.

Big O in Rio Rancho provides excellent customer service. Ruben has helped my family for all our tire maintenance and even helped us when we had a tire in need of repair. He is the best.

I came in with a screw in my tire and Ruben immediately assisted me and assured me he would get it fixed. My family and I were heading out of town and after multiple places said they could not help me for three hours Ruben got me taken care of right away. Because of Big O s friendly and fast service they have earned my future business with all my vehicles. I highly recommend them for any of your needs and am sure you will get the same great, fast and honest service they provided me with!

I showed up at the last moment before they were closing because I really needed the tire fixed as soon as possible. They were wonderful and took care of it right away for me! I m deeply grateful to them for you the extra mile when they could have just asked me to come back the next day. My son needs the car for work in the middle of the night and we really needed it done. Thank you so much to the Big O team! You guys are amazing! I ll be back!

Shout out to Mark when I picked up my spare tire that needed a valve stem thingamadoochee. He was really customer oriented and while not the closest to me this is the place I will choose! Women love the Big O !!!

A huge shout out to Brian and his crew at Big O Tires! I brought my suburban in with a dead battery and check engine light on. (I had recently had the car and engine detailed.)They found water in the fuse box. Once found it was dried and tested and the car was running perfectly! All of this was done with no charge to me! I am so thankful! They turned, why could have been a huge expense to a very positive experience!

They were very helpful. The gentlemen that helped us were. Mark and Xavier . It was almost closing time. They stayed open to help us . We were coming from Colorado on are way to California. When we notices the front driver tiirewas making some nosie . So I went on google and notice they were open on a Saturday . They helped us right away .We got all 4 new tires to be safe. Weare truly grateful for them staying ope.n and helping us to get back home safely to California.

Great customer service! Manager was awesome too. Got a wayyyyy better price and more service for less than what the dealership offered who didn t seem to care at all. These guys care and are no pressure and super friendly informative etc. i highly recommend!

Excellent experience & customer service (Ruben Zuniga) at this location. I had gone to Discount tire & they wanted to sell me a new tire & not fix my flat just because it was a couple years old. The staff at Big-O made suggestions but also got right on my flat repair.

Had a great start to my morning as Brian and the team fixed my tire that had a nail stuck inside. They also fixed the nail in a second tire I brought with me. This company is ALWAYS fair with pricing. I trust their diagnosis and they treat woman who know very little about cars with respect, explaining the vehicle need and step-by-step repairs. Love them!!

Just want for a flat repair. Front desk staff were exceptional in getting your checked in and making sure your needs were addressed with your vehicle. Was also serviced in a timely manner. Will be retuning got future tire needs.

Have been doing business at this location for several years. There gave been recent changes. Made an appointment for oil change. Was told I needed lots of repairs and four new tires. About $600. Lots of upselling with little to no explanation. Would agree with other reviewers about being aware, especially if female.

They are really professional and good at what they do here. I ve gone to Big Os out of state too and this one has been my favorite one that I ve been to. They are honest about what you need done and they display excellent customer service skills.

I ve been having my cars and trucks serviced here for years and these guys are fantastic! They take care of my vehicles, whether it s my 2013 Toyota Tacoma or my 1959 Volkswagen Beetle, they make sure my oil change, tires, or whatever work I need done is correct and quick! Thanks, Mark, and your Big O team for the continued quality of service!

I had to get tires today and Ruben Zuniga helped me today. He was very helpful and kind from the beginning. I was having a rough day and he made sure to be personable and put a smile on my face. His partner who was standing next to him also made sure to make me feel welcome. The environment at rio rancho was so different from all the other ones I had ever been in. It was also very clean and had plenty of cold water available. Ruben also had my size tires which is actually rare and I was worried about. I have a dodge journey and usually when I go into tire places they all say they don't have my size or they are out of stock and thank God this store had them because being it was raining I needed them badly. A++ for this Rio rancho Big O definitely recommend them to everyone!!

I brought my car in early in the morning and Bryan worked with me and patched a tire that I needed to get back on the road and it was very quick and timely. They were very professional and I would recommend tire establishment to anyone.
