Jerod was very polite and quickly changed key fob battery. Also walked out into parking lot to make sure it worked on car after installation. Would definitely frequent the business again.

Cool little place. Lots of gadgets. They had an option for my Lenovo Thinkpad laptop charger that stopped working. It is definitely an odd style charger. In and out in 3 minutes. Laptop works great again. Side note it was 5x more expensive than the one on Amazon. However I was in a pinch, so to me it was worth it. You have to pay for fast convenience.

I needed a battery for my jeep. Spoke with numerous business that quoted me different prices. Batteries Plus by far was the best price,the best ATTITUDE in wanting to help, and knowledgeable. Joseph very polite professional, great attitude and friendly.It was 90 plus degrees outside and he installed my battery and had the most positive ,kind,manner about him as he's melting in this heat.KUDOS to you Joseph I appreciate you!! It is a great store I will be back and I will recommend to family and friends!! Thanks again

I answered a help wanted ad for a battery technician at this location. After driving for 25 minutes, and meeting with Bernadette for over an hour, she told me she would making a decision shortly and contact me in a couple of days. I never heard from Bernadette again. No text, phone call or email. I felt this was very unprofessional considering my time and effort in applying for the job.

Very good service. I needed a battery replacement for my mobile phone. It came in promptly and they did an excellent job replacing it.They are courteous and responsive. I will gladly do business with them again.

I needed a new cell phone battery, the guys at the Rio Rancho location were wonderful. They ordered the battery and I was able to pick it up timely after Richard did a professional job in installing it. I would recommend this location to anyone that needs cell phone service.

I'm glad we finally have a location in Rio Rancho, always have good luck with Duracell batteries and Batteries Plus seems to always have them in stock whenever I need them. I needed a battery for a UPS and the location had a good variety of options ready for same-day pickup. The staff at this location quickly fulfilled an order I placed online. Recommended!

Went to start my car today only to find there was no power at all. Pulled the battery out and brought it to Batteries Plus. It was so dead it didn't even register on their testing equipment, but they hooked it up to a charger and were able to get it enough juice to make it testable. Unfortunately it came back as being bad, but they had a replacement battery in stock. In fact they offered me 3 options of varying warranty lengths. Bernadette, Brian and Juan were all very helpful and friendly from my initial phone call asking if they could test/charge a battery to the final sale. I like to shop local, so I'm happy to see them here in Rio Rancho and offering such great customer service. Thank you!

I brought my Samsung S20 FE over here and the sales rep, Adrian, was very helpful and the transaction was quick. The phone repair was quick as well, Joseph repaired my phone he was also very friendly and helpful, overall this place is friendly and helpful.

These guys were able to get my water destroyed Samsung phone to work again so that I could retrieve the files I needed off of it.I highly recommend them!!!

I would GIVE more stars if I could, JOSEPH CHAVEZ is a lifesaver he stayed open so I could pick up batteries for my Daughter's Cochlear Implants Kansos... Had to drive from Santa Fe to Rio Rancho when the website said they were open till 7, arrived at Santa Fe store at 6:30 and they were closed...rushed the almost hour to Rio Rancho and he had the batteries ready!!!! Amazing Customer Service and Support !!! Unmatched...SERVICE!!! ... Wish I Lived here as I would ONLY shop here!!!

I've patronized BOTH of the 'local' Batteries Plus stores, each time for a simple wristwatch battery replacement, and had disastrous results at BOTH locations!If you need a watch repaired or a watch battery replaced, I highly suggest that you take your watch to a reputable JEWELER!I've (now) had a Casio wristwatch ruined after the Batteries Plus tech didn't reassemble the watch correctly AFTER replacing the battery AND an Ecko wristwatch damaged when the Batteries Plus technician dropped it on the counter while trying to change the battery!After EACH incident, the Batteries+ tech didn't even admit to his (own) screwup! Each one just acted like, "Oh well"! Get this..they both STILL CHARGED ME FOR THE COST OF A NEW BATTERY..after damaging my wristwatches! My Ecko watch had to be repaired by jewelers at the Coronado Mall in N.E. ABQ (NM). More Money Spent! =\ The nonfunctioning Casio watch ended up becoming a donation to Goodwill!Don't take a chance with your wristwatch repairs at the Batteries Plus stores at 4000 San Mateo Blvd NE, Albuquerque (NM) or 2415 Southern Blvd SE, Suite 104, Rio Rancho (NM)!Use the Services of a Professional Jeweler, instead!

Needed a replacement battery in an older iPhone. Servicing iPhone batteries is not easy as they are difficult to open and the internal connectors are tiny.Bernadette carefully and patiently worked thru the process to successfully replace the battery. In addition to being skillful and meticulous, she's great with people and an asset to store.

Awesome store! After dealing with rudeness at another store I went to Batteries Plus. Ryan was super helpful and VERY nice! Great place to get any battery you are in need of at great prices! Highly recommend!!!

Needed watch batteries, young man, very nice, insisted that they are only sold individually, even though they come in package of 10. I didn t quite get it, asked for 2 packets and he rang up $127!!! The same packet online is $5.99. Needless to say I left. That s highway robbery!!!!

I saw an electrical part on their website and called to verify that they had it in stocks. They checked, they had it, I told them that I would be down shortly to pick it up and they had it at the check-out ready to go when I arrived. That impressed me.
