Stopped at this location the other day for a battery issue. Lucas was a great help as was his manager Joe (even though he was off). They were able to resolve the issue and Lucas definitely went above and beyond. Great service!

Last week an employee name Zeke. Went out of his way to help me with my car. He was very knowledgeable. I recommend AutoZone for their services especially this location.

An employee (Belinda) went above and beyond to help with our visit. Great customer service has become rare the last couple of years. Most of the time folks leave reviews is because of a bad experience. Let me say she was absolutely amazing and was a comforting person to my 5 year old son. Thank you!!

I have been going into this location for a long time now and they have just lost a customer. But they won't care. The old guys that did not want to help me and was put off that I was trying to order motorcycle parts from them. Would not recommend going to the location angain.

My son recommended this AutoZone to me when I moved here and I have found them to be friendly, honest, and helpful.They stood behind me and their product all the way. I highly recommend them to everyone especially to women who need expertise and cooperation they can depend on.

Picked up two air filters, a regular and a cabin air filter, attendant very helpful, patient and courteous. They were for my 2016 Ford Focus SE cost totaled $50.

Went in a night before to get some parts when the worker JUNIOR L or I was helping and on his PHONE!!!! Telling me to hold on while he takes a call and texts!!!! Very unprofessional. I went in for a warranty exchange and gave him my information and he told me the part I had was not on file. Luckily I had a email receipt for it and showed him them he did his job and actually looked and found it. The next day I went it to purchase another part# and when I got him he gave me the totallly wrong part# so I had to back AGAIN and explain to him that he sold me the wrong part. I had to look the part number up myself on my phone and prove him wrong once again!!!! The manger was there that I didn t get him name but the manger was very helpful. That JUNIOR L guy NEEDS to get retrained to HELP customers and not be on his PHONE and telling them to hold on while he attends to personal issues!! Don t NOT go to the JUNIOR guy if you want the right parts and service.

I just want to say that, again, I will always go back to Autozone when I need auto help!! Each time I have entered this business, a sales clerk welcomes me promptly, and helps me within a few minutes The clerk that assisted me today was Julian. He listened to my concern and showed his sincere concern to help me! I found his advice to be very useful! Thank goodness for employees who are knowledgeable and enjoy their job! They make the world easier to live in

Beyond helpful for last minute issues!Customer service was higher than expectations, called close to closing and a gentlemen named Julian A. helped every step of our need. Walked us through every part we need to fix my Jeep. Great place to get everything needed for vehicles. Thank you for your patiences and excellent service.

Went in to get my yellow top Optima battery charged dated 2/21, and to make a return. In spite of having my reciept, I was given store credit instead of my money back. Was told it was because there had been "lots of thefts lately". Then they tried to give me an old battery dated 1/14 that tested bad. When I explained this battery wasnt mine, at first they tried to insist that battery was mine. I protested, and come to find out they gave my battery to someone else. They did replace the lost battery, but my wife and kids had to sit in the truck for 45-60 minutes waiting while I was treated like a thief and then a liar. I own a business and if I treated my clients like that I would expect them not to come back.

Extremely happy with the service given today. Garrett M at the autozone on Southern Blvd in Rio Rancho went above and beyond to help me out with my vehicles stereo issues. He took his time explaining things, was respectful, knowledgeable, and courteous in getting the job done. By far the best customer service experience I ve had .... ever.

Attention to manager store. I usually buy every single part in this store. Customer service has been so good for the last couple years . Unfortunately one single person can send everything to hell . I stop by at 9:30pm today 04/22/2022 those two guys were so mean . I was asking them for an oil filter and the one who attended me . He just pointed out the product number from the computer screen to me. I asked him to please write it down and he wrote a wrong number My English isn t perfect but I noticed right a way that they were making fun of it.I just left the place . This two guys shouldn t be there , PLEASE DOBLE CHECK there s security cameras in the store.

My son had to have his battery replaced. Originally we tried the AutoZone on Coors noth west. The guy at that location said their battery tester was stolen and that they didn't have the tools to remove the battery. That is unacceptable, my son was under the impression that the guy didn't want to do the work and that's what brought us to your location in Rio Rancho. The guy at that location was very helpful!

I would just like to take a minute to praise the amazing team at AutoZone on Southern and 528 in Rio Rancho. I had a problem with a Duralast tool set that I purchased a number of years ago. Due to the age of the tool set, they no longer carried the tool set that I had. Ken, which is a team member went above and beyond by reaching out to his district manager because the store manager was off for the day. His district manager went above and beyond my expectations by swapping out my set which was an 83 piece set for a set which had over 100 pieces. Due to the type of work that I do it was imperative that I had a 3/8 , 1/4 , and 1/2 ratchet and sockets. The new set came with everything my old set came with along with other tools which I didn t really need because I already own but were greatly appreciated. This is one of the many reasons that I will only shop at AutoZone when it comes to my vehicle part and tool needs. You guys are an amazing group of men and woman. I will continue to tell all my friends about how great AutoZone is and how they offer nothing but the best customer service in the industry. Please keep up the great work and I will only shop at your store. Today you defined why I am an AutoZone customer for LIFE!!! O Reillys who?

Had to have car battery replaced on my car and the guy from towing company suggested going to Autozone since they offer free battery check. Went to the shop, and they took a look and confirmed that it is the dead battery (I had next to 0 experience with cars so I was unsure until they confirmed it). I thought it would take about an hour but it took much less than that. They also answered other questions I had in details so that I would know what to expect and what to do. I hang out inside the shop (very clean and fully stocked) while the battery was being replaced. Very happy with their work/service!

They were very loudly implying that I was gonna run out with something made me feel very uncomfortable and degrading. Never shopping there again.

Just left this store a half hour ago, leaving behind my last bad experience at that location. Just a suggestion- Management needs to retrain the staff on better customer service. Maybe not make the customer feel like the bad guy when he tries to return a part. I live 2 blocks from this location, and it looks like I ll be starting a customer repor with your competitor around the corner.

The sales man begind the counter was very helpful. He took the time to go look at my car. Then proceeded to give me advice and helped me puck out what I needed to solve my problem.. Great experience
