I did an online order 1/6 and cancelled it same day. On 1/8 the charge went through. I have all the documents to show online order was cancelled same day and filed a dispute with my credit company. I will NEVER deal with any Auto Zone again! Calling and getting any help with your 800 customer service number was horrible as well.

I called to check if they had the parts I needed. The young woman who answered was very nice and had my answer instantly. When I went in to get it they were swamped, but she stayed very professional and friendly and had it ready and waiting. This was honestly my best experience with parts places, in this area, in years.

I ll keep saying it: your experience depends on your knowledge of cars. If you know what you re doing and what you need and don t need help, you should be fine and have a fine experience. I knew exactly what I needed and that made it somewhat seamless. Unfortunately the online stock options didn t match what actually was available in store so unfortunately I wasn t able to get everything I intended. I had asked about copper anti seize and the employee couldn t find any so I said I would just get my brakes and nothing else. He rings me up and then grabs a small packet of brake grease by the check out, scans it, and rings me up. I assumed it was free or a promotion since I bought brake pads and he didn t say anything or ask me if I wanted this grease. I pay and then realized before walking out that he charged me for the grease. I immediately turn around and ask to return it since I never asked for it in the first place. I m not sure what was up with that but just beware to not let them sell you anything without your permission.

Robert was amazing, professional and knowledgeable! He helped me within minutes of arriving and I was on my way back home in no time. The store was very clean and organized too! Definitely ask for Robert and he ll help you and have you out of the store in no time. I m very pleased with him. He should be the store manager! Thank you Robert for your assistance! GREAT JOB

I went for help with lug nuts and Robert was a gem to have help me! He immediately knew what to do and got right to it! Helped me with the work and all! All well he was taking care of the store and customers very helpful very nice. Great service all around!

through out the years this location has never failed me, the employes are always so nice and ready to help you. they have a great selection and if they dont have it they will see if other locations have it, amazing job to everyone who works there. 4 years later and still an amazing location Brian is so kind and helpful always a great experience

Very good AutoZone! Friendly service. I went in to get my check engine light evaluated. Very simple and the lady helping me was very polite and very knowledgable. Overall, very good location to meet and/or exceed brand standards!

I stopped by the store Monday morning (it showed an item in stock, but it was missing from the shelf). I went home and ordered it online. Per the email, it was ready early Monday afternoon but the store called shortly after the email and indicated part was not available and that it would be in by 4:00pm. Called at 4:30pm to confirm and was told they would call back (they didn t). I called Tuesday morning and was told it would be in around 9:00am and that they would call (they didn t). I called around 11:30am and was told it would be in by 4:00pm and that they would call (they didn t). I stopped by and was told it would be in Wednesday morning around 9:00am. I am not sure why getting this part is proving so difficult but telling me they would call and not following through 3 times in two days is not acceptable.

Every time I go into this store the customer service is outstanding. The employees are very knowledgeable about what they have in the store. They have saved me a lot of time and money when fixing cars. Also if they can't help they find a part I need they send me to someone who can or they put me in the right direction so I can get the part. Thank you very much to all employees at this store.

Has been near my home for 13 years. MOST people here are nice and helpful. One old guy seems to hate his job. We just ignore him. Maybe he will retire soon and we can have an amazing staff at this location! I choose here over others in town! They are tops in my book!

I always have a good experience at this location. Even though they were a little understaffed this time, the two clerks helped everyone as fast as possible yet with great courtesy. It may have taken a little longer than normal but everyone left looking satisfied.
