Someone smashed my windshield while I was shopping one day at Walmart. Great customer service and a speedy repair. It took about 45mins but I had to wait for the adhesive to set. I was originally quoted $304 when I call in but a mistake was made. They forgot to add the molding on the total price. After explaining the situation they gave me a $30 discount even though the molding was $60+. But the price was fair and they met me halfway. Im very happy with the repair, the service, and the price.

Auto Glass Now was awesome!! I called them last week on Friday and they were able to get me in on Monday to repair the rear passenger window on my vehicle. Repair time took about an hour. Even charged my vehicles battery. Give them a try for any autoglass repairs you need!!

Was very disappointed with the service .had a windshield installed in a 2017 ford explorer,and they messed up the cowl on the front of the windshield and the side weather strips on either side of the windshield they didn t replace them and instead said that it was brought in that way.

Great experience. We had a rock hit our new Passport with less than 400 miles...they were able to get us in and repaired the same day. Very quick service...was out of there in less than 30 minutes..

Went in for warranty, they agreed it would be warranty. But they don't carry the film that they installed so they told us we had to call the number on the paperwork that they have us and go through them.

Had my windshield replaced here recently. It looks just like new and was a really easy process. They were even able to file my insurance claim for me and also did the recalibration of my car's safety system. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We plan to return for tinting services and any other auto glass needs.

I had my windshield replaced at this company. The tech was really friendly and said if there's any problems call and we will be right out to fix it. Apparently the customer has to go out of their way for this companys screw ups. My review mirror was placed so high I couldn't adjust it without it falling off.The manager was very rude and refused to schedule a time to send someone out. She in fact told me when a tech is in my area and has time he will come by. No date, no time, nothing but attitude was given. Told me to wait until a tech was in my area and they would call. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone!!! Worst customer service ever!!!! I should have read the reviews first but of course only the good ones from several years ago are posted first but on the bad views they're even arguing with the customers on their never again will I go here or recommend this place to anybody.

Had a windshield chip. They had some time between appointments and were able to fix it right away.Great customer service and technician was so nice. Reduced chip to a pencil dot. Thank you!

I visited this establishment to replace a broken windshield and tint. Staff was very friendly and helpful from the first call to schedule appointment through completion and pickup. Work was completed expertly and quicker than expected. Associates kept me informed and communicated with me the entire time. I would definitely use this place again and recommend it to others.

Great place to get your car window fixed. Had just bought a brand new truck and got a bad crack on the front windshield and needed to replace it, got an appt right away, took care of the insurance and was in & out within an hour. Erica was great as was the installer. Highly recommended for any windshield repair on any vehicle. Excellent work.

Horizon (Westside) is incredibly professional so we've used them for two in-house vehicle tints and three mobile windshield replacements. Danny has done such an amazing job, he really deserves some recognition for install excellence and he's also a pretty fun human! I would also like to thank, Erica, who takes care of everything in the office...start to finish! She is ALWAYS positive and helpful. Definitely ask for her for the very best experience!

Had the 2 front door windows tinted to match the rest on our 2020 Ford Explorer and they look great! Job was completed while I waited and everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional. All the info they gave me to protect the tint until it cures fully was very complete and easy to understand. And it only cost $70 plus tax! Highly recommended!

Came in last minute for a chip repair and everyone was extremely kind and professional. They got the job done well and quickly. They made us feel like more than just another random customer. I would highly recommend them for any of their surfaces and in the very likely event of getting another chip in my window (normal occurrence living in New Mexico ) I will be returning for their help!!

Danny S was great, came to our apartment, installed the windshield within an hour and was very helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend Horizon over safelite! The same windshield safelite wanted 500!! Horizon was only 300. Thank you for quality serviceUpdate 1/27/2022:I just had my tint done at this same location and once again I ve never been more impressed. If I could hand out 5 extra stars I would.

Bought a new car and wanted to have the windows tinted, I have see a lot of tint jobs with small bubbles etc. Made an appointment and was told it could take up to 6 hours due to the premium tint I was going with. Dropped off car and waited, it only took 3 1/2 hours or so and there is not one issue or flaw with the tint. The tech. (Angel) did an excellent job and I would have no problem going back. Entire staff was fun and friendly..

Called and set up an appointment on the first call - super professional but very friendly. Windshield was installed at my work as scheduled. Installer had a great attitude and covered everything very well. Highly recommend and will use again when needed.

When in today for a windshield replacement and an hour early. Karen was more than willing to let me get in one hour early and they did a very professional and outstanding job.Highly recommend Horizon for any vehicle they worked on my 2002 Dodge ram

Tint looks good (2 front windows and windshield strip) and no bubbles after a week or so. They left their grease (?) and what I'm assuming to be window cleaner all over the doors of my brand new sparkling clean vehicle. I asked for a perfect match about 5 times before leaving it at the shop. I was told 20% is "the best match" before they ever saw my vehicle. It wasn't explained until after I picked my vehicle up that it was explained that NM states the front two windows cannot be as dark as the rear ones. Although the woman working there may assume this is common knowledge, I would have appreciated being told that BEFORE paying them what I did. I would not recommend.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I called a month back asking Adam a bunch of questions. With my hectic schedule, plus the weather was still a bit cold, I decided to hold off. I called last week, explained the crack in my windshield had expanded across towards my field of vision, they sent Danny out the same morning to repair at my job site, eliminating the work scheduling problem I have! AMAZING! Danny was courteous and thorough in his explanation of the instructions for the after care of the repair. I am shocked the travel to my work site was not an extra cost to the repair. This company made the repair of my windshield seamless process. THANK YOU
