Chose these folks for duct cleaning as they are a Rio Rancho business and BBB. Carlos, as promised, called to let us know he was on his way, arrived promptly, was extremely polite, explained and showed us the procedure, very quickly and quietly cleaned all 12 ducts and 1 return, and left no mess behind! We will check our furniture once we transition to A/C (had already stopped using heater) to see how effective the duct cleaning was. Price was reasonable and will be well worth it if our household air is cleaner. And we did not know in advance, but they gave us a senior discount. We are very happy so far and want to emphasize again that Carlos is an excellent representative for his company.

Affordable installed a new furnace and refrigerated air a good number of years ago. I have them do all the maintenance on that equipment as well as my plumbing needs. The technicians who come out are knowledgeable and clearly explain what they're doing. Very pleasant. I have referred a couple of other people who have also been pleased.

Patrick was knowledgeable and did a fantastic job. He represented the company well, and even though problems came up, as they do with these types of service calls, I was charged the quoted price despite the additional labor. I wouldn't say their namesake "affordable service plumbing..." is accurate, but I believe it to be, at the very least, honest. I will definitely call them again!

Clogged sink drain and bathtub drain. I used my electric snake to no avail. Just that clogged. Called these guys up. They pulled the EXACT same machine out. 15min later, drains still clogged. Told me "try someone else with a different machine" then charged me 200$Edit: Less than 24 hours later Kevin the manager called me. He apologized for what happened and issued me a full refund. I've never had any business do this for me.

Lucas came out in a timely fashion and evaluated my water heater. After explaining that it needed to be replaced, he removed the old water heater and returned with a new one. His professionalism and expertise was incredible. He was very personable, and I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs plumbing heating service.

Using Affordable Services was the best choice I ve ever made. They were able to diagnose my issues, which two other companies couldn t even find. They beat out other competitors prices. Affordable Service Plumbing was absolutely great. We had a major backup in our house; we could not use any water at all. They immediately responded by sending someone out in about 15 minutes. Travis and Nathaniel were wonderful. They were professional, skilled, efficient and very good-natured. They found the problem and fixed it right away. The owner that started this business decades ago is still involved and you can tell. Great company!

I had a contract with HomeServe USA for water main repair. The contractor they worked with was not Affordable. I specifically requested Affordable even though it would require out-of-pocket and probably additional expense. I made this decision as I said to the Affordable people "I wanted their truck in my driveway". The technique they used for the complete replacement of my water line (I had polybutylene or the "grey" pipe) was non invasive and the job was done in less than a day. Their team arrived on time and was very professional. I'm very pleased I had Affordable's "truck in my driveway"10-26-23 Heater RepairPatrick was terrific! He diagnosed the issue and made the necessary repair. We now have heat again!! As I said in a previous post. When I have plumbing or HVAC issues I WANT the Affordable truck in my driveway or in front of my house. I know the job will be done correctly and professionally.03/19/24I called Affordable and requested a plumber. My Hose Bib had worn out. They had a plumber available and sent him right over. Brandon was my plumber. He diagnosed the issue and replaced the hose bib within ~ 1 hour. He went to clean up the area he was working on and I told him to not worry about it I would deal with it. He gave me a look and said he didn't finish a job until he cleaned the area up. Brandon was very conscientious about his work and minimizing the impact on my home. As I've said in my previous reviews..........I WANT the Affordable truck in my driveway or in front of my house.

We have always been satisfied with the level of service we receive from the Affordable staff. We had a Saturday morning emergency situation and we were very happy with the response we received. Affordable sent Travis Rackley to handle our plumbing leak and did and excellent job explaining to us what our options were and did an excellent job fixing our problem.

When they serviced my furnace, I asked them to check into why one of my rooms wasn't getting much heat. They discovered the problem and explained it very thoroughly, gave me and estimate for the repairs on the spot, and we scheduled it for the next day. The same technician, Patrick, did the repairs and again, he went above and beyond to explain what he was doing, and he answered all of our questions very thoughtfully and honestly.

Kevin at Affordable is great! Kevin always checks the heating and air conditioning systems. I have used them for several years in my two homes. On the last visit it was a simple error on my part and Kevin was so kind and said no problem, that's what I'm here for so when you have a problem just call us. Affordable upgraded my electric and added outlets as well as air conditioning in my home. They replaced the old central air as it was time to replace it. I am always comfortable in my house and with added electrical work my home is safe. The staff is always kind and considerate when I call. Affordable really cares about their customers. Kevin is a sure professional. I see him work with the Affordable employee experts when they worked on my home and he works with them. Together Affordable employees make a great team. They are always on the same page. I would never use anyone else. I have used many many many electricians since I moved here and none of them could do the work that Affordable did for me. I wasted alot of money trying other companies who were just not able to get the job done. Thanks to Affordable I am saving money. Thank you very much and if you want the job done right just call Kevin at Affordable.APRIL !3, 2024Had no water! Called AFFORDABLE and Tony came out to replace my water heater. AWESOME job! Wish I knew about AFFORDABLE when the last water heater was installed. I have a much better water heater and the job was done very professionally. Tony is exceptional and explained many things to us about the water heater tha we never knew. We are lucky to have a great technician as Tony. He is very nice and cleans up after the job is comeplete. Tony made sure we were satisfied and asked if we had any questions. We are going to call them back in a month or so to put in a shut off valve in the house. Thank you AFFORDABLE for having Tony as your technician.

Highly recommend! Excellent to work with from the first visit through job completion. They wrote a detailed quote with affordable pricing and answered many questions providing complete answers. The installation team was very pleasant, polite, calm, diligent, and persistent. They were here for about 11 hours installing a new furnace and AC coils. Very much appreciate their team and look forward to using them for our future service needs.

Tech was friendly and professional. He was efficient and thoroughly checked the heater/air conditioning unit. He explained all areas of his inspection and assured me everything was in working order. I contract with Affordable Service maintenance to ensure every six months the units are operable. Great techs and company.

Affordable Service replaced our 30yr. old furnace with a high efficiency furnace. Their installation technician was courteous, professional, and did a great job, left everything clean. Awesome explanation on the function of our new furnace. Overall, a really good experience, highly recommend Affordable Service.

I give 5 stars because I ve used your services for everything in my house for years and you fixed and took care of everything every time. But recently, I have found another business locally that charges a lot less for the same services. I understand the name is Affordable but you seem to be the most expensive. I ll give you an example. A tankless water heater flush from your company $289. The price I just paid from another business $79. That s a pretty big difference. I would prefer to continue to use your company given the great quality of work you have provided. But the prices are not what I would call Affordable Hopefully prices come down a bit in the future and I ll continue to use your company. But if I can find the same service and quality for much less I have no choice but to go with them.

We contacted Affordable Service Plumbing immediately after a major water leak in our back yard. We were thrilled that Affordable Service Plumbing was able to send their representatives Chris and Nathaniel to our house within 15 minutes or so from our call. Their immediate work saved us from major water damage. We will recommend Affordable Service Plumbing to our friends and neighbors.

I have used Affordable for both heating and plumbing issues over the last year. Both Jeff and Patrick (heating) and Freddy and Travis (plumbing) have done excellent work in a timely and professional manner. In addition, they are friendly and courteous. Patrick saved Christmas! And my dinosaur circa 1985 heater/air conditioner combo unit as well. I flipped the switch from cool to heat early fall to test, and the heat came on . 3 weeks later when we needed the heat nothing. The fan blew but no heat, no gas, no flame no ignition. I called another company but never received a call back. Called Affordable Services and they sent out a Technician later that day. Stumped at first due to Jerry rigged wiring from a long past repair. Patrick was able look at our other functioning unit and use that as the schematics to correctly re connect the wiring. With some other fine tuning he got our heating working again. Patrick was professional yet friendly and courteous . A genius!

Thomas and Mitchell are kind, timely and professional. No one wants grinder pump issues, but these two never shy away from a challenge .which we always seem to have. They typically come out same day and do all they can to rearrange their schedule, go back to get more parts or make additional phone calls to resolve our grinder pump issues. Technician diagnosed our older furnace. Our motor was overheating He said. He quoted $4600 for new one. I asked for a quote to replace the motor. He said he would "try" to find one. Never heard from him. Another servicer replaced limit switch and solved problem. Motor is fine.

We called in for a clogged kitchen sink and they were able to get to us same day. We had tried everything outside of using a heavy duty drain snake. Chris K. Came in to snake the drain and was professional and fast! He left my kitchen in great shape and answered all my questions. Would recommend.
