Ive always had a good experience with Advance, but certainly not this one! Very rude, acted like it was a chore to actually help someone and couldn't be bothered to answer questions. I certainly won't return. Pathetic.

I called this particular store for no reason at all but to ask a simple question but the guy that answered the phone was talking like a 5 year old and very soft when trying to ask my question he got angry rude he said his name was Mathew but I don't think so this guy doesn't know customer service

Nothing like standing in front of the counter looking at someone behind it and not receiving a hello or be with you in a moment. He didn't even acknowledge me. So AutoZone it is! They're always helpful and kind and quick to lone some help or knowledge.

The very knowledgeable people at Advanced Auto always find the specific part I need. If it's not in stock they will order it and have it within 24 hours. There are several auto parts stores close to where I reside, but this is my Go To store.

I needed an uncommon size of tap and die for a project I wanted to complete in a weekend. Friday night, I found that the only place in town that had both the tap AND the die was the AAP in RR. I ordered online for in-store pickup. Saturday morning, just a few minutes after the store opened, I got an email that my tools were ready. The person I spoke with was friendly and professional and I was in and out in minutes. The tools were exactly as described online. I'll be returning to this store!

I thought my low beam and high beam lights were out. Leroy figured out they were loose and fixed them for me. Great customer service! Thank you!

Drove 20 minutes to the Rio Rancho NM store because of the free battery installation. There was only 1 employee in the store at the time so he couldn't do it right away but estimated someone would be back in 20-25 minutes so I told him I was fine waiting and his response was " are you sure you don't want me to just give you the tools to do it yourself?" If I wanted to change out the 2 batteries myself I would have just bought them somewhere else for less. Seemed to me he just didn't want to do it. Why offer the service at all if that's the case. I'll spend my $400 or better somewhere else and won't be back

Got 15 percent off ordering on line and picking it up. They will deliver your part to you. That's great it your broke down and can't pick it up.

Loved the customer service I received. Richard was very polite and knowledgeable in the product that I bought. Will definitely send my friends and family to Advance and to ask for Richard at the Rio Rancho location!!!! Thank you

Seems like every time I stop in for parts/auto supply. I get cool service from the employees.. No complaints here. And thanks to the nice female that helped me the other (3/23/21) day.

I forgot the gentlemans name who helped me but he was very nice and went above and beyond to help make sure I got the right parts and information. I also asked about job positions and he told me everything I needed to know before I said another word. Great customer service. I'll definitely go back to that location and maybe even be working there soon. Thank you.

Their pricing seems to be non-competitive. Bought an item with a rebate, of course it was a mail in type and sure enough I was denied the rebate for unspecific details. Avoid shopping here and utilize stores that have a proven customer satisfaction track record.

The service an the parts are top shelf quality. I have my business set up with them an its beat all others from price quality parts an if they don't have it it's overnighted .

All the guys at Advance are super knowledgeable and helpful. I was in a pinch with a car emergency. They advised me on products and went the extra mile to assist me right there in the parking lot.
