I can t say enough. Mike helped a dear friend of mine. After horrible service and unknown extra fees, with an other company. We decided to work with Mike. He is fair, reliable and easy to do business with. I highly recommend him. 1st Interlock!!

I have never had an issue with my interlock the entire time I had it in my truck, it was easy to blow into, and never locked me out. Every time I came into the shop for a service Mike Sprunk was courteous, explained things understandably, and always had an answer to any of my questions. If you need an interlock device on your vehicle, I highly recommend First Interlock.

Mike is the man! Very friendly the best customer service I ve experienced in an unfortunate event such as this, he made me feel like a human being and not ashamed of my mistake. He gave me a lot of confidence and is one of the best techs I ve met. He is fast with services and my car is good as new, as I got my device removed! He s very clear on the process on installing and removing devices. I definitely recommend the location in Rio Rancho at 1st interlock ask for Mike.Service: Electrical

I have had my interlock for about 5 months now and they have been nothing but truly a pleasure to work with. I actually look forward to coming in for my appointments because they are so nice and kind. It felt like I was among friends from my very first appointment. If you need an interlock, THIS is the only place I would recommend!

I would like to leave a great review for 1st interlock because the customer service is excellent. The manager is very helpful and very knowledgeable about the product and makes me understand what needs to be done. Also I like that it s in Rio Rancho to service anyone who has to go through the right steps be able to still drive.

This establishment is 10/10 & I would definitely recommend. Going through a situation like this is not easy but it helps when you have people that are welcoming and friendly. Owner is not only very understanding and helpful but he doesn t make you feel defined by your mistake. Very considerate and overall a diligent person. He explains things clear and makes it easiest as possible. Appreciate the overall efforts from the owner and overall very good service.

First Interlock I ve had, and hopefully the last but if it ever happened again I would rush to these guys right away. They re extremely transparent, trustworthy and great to do business with. I highly recommend them, Mike has been an absolute professional and is fast and reliable at what he does.

Highly recommended this place. Mike has been nothing least than amazing. Always works with you and like that he is always straight forward with you . You are also able to make appointments so you are not waiting too long for inspections. Great customer service as well
