Pete was amazing! We were on our way to Colorado , in our short Skoolie conversion towing a 22 foot travel trailer, when our bus started making a horrible noise from the rear end. Then when we were on our way to Triple O , the rear wheel bearing let loose, and our tires almost fell clean off. Pete ran right up to help us, saved us a tow bill by pulling the bus down the hill with his Blazer. He was able to fix our wheel bearing and get us back on the road in about 24 hours. He had to file the spindle, and it was a tough job, but he got it done! Charged us a fair price, was great to work with. Answered all our questions, we left Raton grateful to meet Pete!!!

We had a flat on our travel trailer on our way to Colorado from Texas. Our overnight stop was in Raton. We called all the tire shops in town to get a spare replacement mounted on the wheel before heading back out in the morning. Pete at Triple O was the only one to answer. He didn t have the tire we needed so he drove to Trinidad to get it before we got into town, waited late/after closing for us to get into town, and mounted and returned the new spare to us at our campsite before we headed out in the morning. Everything he did was over and above, and so much appreciated. Pete and Triple O are a lifesaver!

Pete IS A LIFESAVER On the way home to Dallas from Colorado Springs our bus breaks down on the side of the highway , he came out made a diagnosis a proceeded to move it to his shop for repairs, it was seven (7) of us with luggage , since the repairs would not be completed the same day, this guy made himself available for us and turned into our Uber driver shuttling us to the local hotel for the night, he made the repairs and brought the bus to us at the hotel , he made what could have been an absolutely horrible experience manageable and stress free, I can't THANK Him enough

Pete saved the day for us and our horses. We had a major rear trailer tire blowout that shred the tire blowing off the fender and recking � folded down side window. He was the only one of 3 Tire repair services in Rotan that would respond to our insurance companies calls. Replaced the tire and got us on our way.

Pete was absolutely AMAZING had a freak accident at Capulin Volcano and hit a unavoidable rock that rolled off the mountain and cracked my transmission housing and he was able to fix me up so my family and I get back to Texas. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

RV Broke down ( tire blow out) in Des Moines NM called Pete he was super helpful worked with us on gettin tire from Walmart in Trinidad ( he didn't have r size in stock)VERY VERY VERY FRIENDLYHIGHLY RECOMMEND

Our motor home overheated while traveling through Raton on our way home from Colorado. We made it to Triple O Auto and spoke with Pete. His first suggestion was to blow out the radiator (diesel pusher with rear radiator) . This was the least expensive option, I knew then that Pete was trustworthy, He cleaned the radiator and then crawled under the MH to take a look and found a shredded fan belt. Shredded belts are often the result of a bad bearing but it was just a bad belt. Pete could have charged for a replacement bearing but he only charged for replacing the belt. His charges were very reasonable and he was very honest. I highly recommend Pete and Triple O.

Pete helped us right away when we were stranded in our Uhaul. He had to get parts shipped in but did so quickly and efficiently so we were only delayed a short while. He was courteous on the phone and answered all of our questions. Great service!

Pete probably is a good mechanic, maybe even a good guy, but I'll never know because I don't ever want to have to deal with him again. Our car broke down near Raton and what should have been a simple repair turned into a 2 days ordeal. It would have been 3 (or more?) without the generous help of Brent at Carquest. Pete's abysmal customer service and lack of professionalism made our situation confusing, incredibly stressful and infuriating. I had read the negative reviews but he was referred to us because our car has a diesel engine. My bad. Try anyone else. Get towed to Trinidad if you have to. Glass half full: It forced us to spent time in Raton and everyone else we met there was super friendly!

We had a truck needing a flat repair at the New Mexico port near Raton. We called Triple O to check road side availability. Pete answered and said it would be at least three hours. Due to the wait Pete referred us to another road side service that was availableGreat customer service! If we need service in the Raton, NM area in the future we'll be calling Triple O first.

Using car hauler from uhaul and tire blew out. Triple O was there in 45 min. on Sunday afternoon. and had us back on the road in less than 10 min after arrival. Very courteous and concerned for our safety. Excellent service.

We agreed on almost everything..My mistake was I forgot to ask up front the cost of coolant. ..35/ galAt the dealer is $9.95, I thought I don't hear well !!BUY YOUR OWN COOLANT !!!$500 for coolant only !It's cheaper to rent a car, get your parts and fix your truck !

Am currently in the process of repairing the damages caused while this mechanic worked on my car. $500 for his shop work and $250 for a wheel hub that's now discontinued, for me to have to turn around and have a new wheel hub MACHINED. Do not waste your time and take anything to this joke of a shop.

Said they would be right there shortly but it took them 3 hours to arrive. I explained the problem and he said it would be the alternator without doing a diagnostic first he replaced the alternator and it did not solve the problem even though I had told him we had just put a new alternator. It turned out to be a 2 min fix but I got charged almost 600 for the work that didn't need to be done. We will never use this guy's again

Was the only person who answered and helped us out on Memorial Day! We waited around a bit but I believe he s a mobil mechanic. But he helped fix a blown spark plug that needed to be rethreaded! As stated before could be more phone friendly but IMO he s a mechanic not a phone person so I can get over that.

The only mechanic to answer on a Sunday and even offered to drive to Trinidad to get our tire. We felt like we had someone who genuinely cared about helping and getting us back on the road as soon as possible.

My husband has been on the road with our travel trailer with one flat after another be it the trailer or truck. Darn road trash. He now has 4 new tires for the trailer and is on the road again thanks to the help of this kind man.

These guys were forty minutes or more late. They didn't call to let me know they would be running behind. Very unprofessional on the phone. Will not be working with these guys again. If you need a professional tow in Raton, call Jody's Towing instead.

Man this is a great shop. They helped us when we were stranded, they worked with us through problems with starter. Picked us up and charged less then we thought. Had to give a tip... Awesome.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! CALLED THE PERSON IN CHARGE TO ASK IF HE COULD DO SOMETHING FOR US. HE AGREED OVER THE PHONE AND THEN WHEN WE GOT THERE HE REFUSED TO DO IT! DO NOT BOTHER!!!!
