Excellent customer service! I had 2 batteries installed on my diesel truck, which wasn't an easy task. They did the task, plus while watching, I noticed that one of the mounting bolts on the high pressure fuel pump that was recently changed by a factory certified mechanic was nearly falling out. The Carquesta guy tightened it down. It was very difficult to get to, but he did it with a smile.

Great local place to buy anything for vehicles etc.They even rent out small equipment like this skid steer. Got a lot done with it at a reasonable price!

This store is extremely unprofessional...I ordered a water pump and gasket for my truck. took my lunch hour to drive 20 miles to pick it up. When I got there there were 2 customers at the cash register. When I asked of I could pick up my water pump I was told that they had sold it.....the 2 guys at the counter started laughing...apparently they had just bought my water pump. Made some comments behind my back about the white guy....I guess you have to be hispanic to get good service at this store!.... They suck!!!!

Always excellent service! Willing to order you a part if they don't have it and it arrives quickly. Genuine care for getting you back on the road with consideration for tight budgets.

I needed a new battery for my vehicle and the Questa Carquest was the closest auto parts store to my location. Ted verified that this store had a battery that would work in stock. I asked if someone from the store could come to my location to give me a lift to the store and return me to my vehicle. Ted arrived at my location with the new battery, installed it (No Charge) and we returned to the store to complete the purchase. That's Service.
